LIMITED WARRANTY
PERFORMANCETOOLextendsonlythefollowingwarranties,andonlytooriginalretailpurchasers.Thesewarrantiesgive
specificlegalrights.Exceptwhereprohibitedbylocallaw,thelawoftheStateofWashingtongovernsallwarrantiesandall
exclusions and limitations of warranties and remedies. There may be other rights which vary from state to state.
PERFORMANCETOOLwarrantstheproducttobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipundernormaluseand
service.Adefectiveproductmaybereturnedforafreereplacementwithin90daysfromthedateofpurchase,providedthat
productisreturnedtoplaceofpurchaseimmediatelyafterdiscoveryofdefect.After90daysandupto1yearfromdateof
purchase,PERFORMANCETOOLwillreplaceatnochargeanypartswhichourexaminationshalldisclosetobedefectiveand
underwarranty.Thesewarrantiesshallbevalidonlywhenasalesreceiptshowingthedateofpurchaseaccompaniesthe
defectiveproductordefectivepart(s)beingreturned.Forpart(s)after90days,pleaseremityourrequest,postageprepaidto:

Thesewarrantiesexcludeblades,bits,punches,dies,bulbs,fuses,andotherconsumableswhichmustbereplacedunder
normaluseandservice.Thesewarrantiesshallnotapplytoanyproductorpartwhichisusedforapurposeforwhichitisnot
designed,orwhichhasbeenrepairedoralteredinanywaysoastoaffectadverselyitsperformanceorreliability,norshallthese
warrantiesapplytoanyproductorpartwhichhasbeensubjecttomisuse,neglect,accidentorwearandtearincidenttonormal
use and service.
PERFORMANCETOOLdoesnotauthorizeanyotherpersontomakeanywarrantyortoassumeanyliabilityinconnectionwith
its products.
Exceptforwarrantiesoftitleandthelimitedexpresswarrantiessetforthabove,PERFORMANCETOOLmakesnoexpressor
impliedwarrantiesofanykindwithrespecttoitsproducts.Inparticular,PERFORMANCETOOLmakesnoimpliedwarrantyof
merchantabilityandnoimpliedwarrantyoffitnessforanyparticularpurpose,exceptthatforgoodspurchasedprimarilyfor
personal,familyorhouseholduseandnotforcommercialorbusinessuse,PERFORMANCETOOLmakesanimpliedwarrantyof
merchantability(and,ifotherwiseapplicable,animpliedwarrantyoffitnessforaparticularpurpose),butonlyfortheparticular
qualitiesorcharacteristics,andfortheduration,expresslywarrantedabove.Thelawsonlimitationofimpliedwarrantiesmay
differ from state to state, so the above limitations may not apply in all cases.
PERFORMANCETOOLshallnotbeliableforconsequential,incidentalorspecialdamagesresultingfromorinanymanner
relatedtoanyproduct,ortothedesign,use,oranyinabilitytousetheproduct.Thesoleandexclusiveremedyforadefective
productorpartshallbe the repair,or replacement thereof asprovidedabove.The laws on limitationofremediesor on
consequential,incidentalorspecialdamagesmayvaryfromstatetostate,sotheabovelimitationsmaynotapplyinallcases.

1.Placethetoptrayupsidedownonaatsurface.
2. Position one of the L-bar frame legs on the inside of the brackets on the
 tray.NOTE:Theteardropshapedholesshouldbeonthelongersideofthe
 tray,withthelargercircleportionoftheopeningsfacingdown.
3. Usealargescrew,washerandnuttofastentheL-barframelegstothetoptray
 bracketsonbothsides.
4. Placethebaseontheendofthelegs,withthelegsinsidethebracketsonthe
 base,andfastenwithalargescrew,washerandnut.
5. Placethebottombinsupportbracketonthebottomsetofholesinthelegs.
6. Aligntheholesinthebasesupportbracketswiththethreadedholesonthe
 base,andholesinthelegs.Fastenthetopholeswithalargescrew,washer
 andnut.Fastenthebottomholeswithtwosmallmachinescrews.
7. Insertremainingbinsupportbracketsontothelegs.Makesurethe3holesin
 thesupportbracketareclosertothetop.
8. Alignthe vertical support bracket with thebolts on back of the binsupport
 brackets,andlockintoplace.
