ElectronicMuscle
Stimulation
isa
non-invasivemuscleexercise
and
muscletoningtechniquethat
isa
very
useful
supplement
to
your
workout
routine.
EMS
machines
work
by
applying
a
chosen
intensity
and
frequencyrepeatedly
in
stimulatedcontraction
and
relaxationintervals.

is

Introduction
Besides
having
a
different
musculoskeletal
designthan
the
lowerextremity,
the
hand
is
subject
to
morecomplex
neuronal
control.
Itisnot
surprisingthatmanydecades
ofuse
many
lead
to
poorcirculation,muscle
and
jointpain.
Itisa
process
affecting
an
expandingproportion
ofthe
population.Prevention
isthe
idealsolution.
The
Electronic
Hand
Stimulator
and
Massager
can
assist
but
most
ofthe
time
there
isa
need
to
reduce
the
existing
symptoms.
The
Electronic HandStimulator
and
Massager
isa
small,lightweightstimulator;
it
uses
Electrical
MuscleStimulation(EMS)appliedprimarilythrough
a
glove
and
electrode
pad
to
stimulatethousands
of
nerveendings
inthe
hand.
The
glove
is
made
of
conductive
wire
andcanbe
slippedover
the
hand
so
that
the
stimulation
is
distributed evenly
and
comfortably.
Thisactioneffectivelypreventsstasis(thepooling
of
blood)with
a
significantincrease
in
venousbloodflow.

Safety
information
Stimulation
should
not
take
place
while
the
user
is
connected
to
high-frequency
surgical
equipment,
itmay
causeburninjuries
onthe
skinunder
the
electrodes,
as
well
as
problemswith
the
stimulator.
Donotusethe
stimulator
inthe
vicinity
of
shortwave
or
microwavetherapyequipment,

How
to
connect
the
cable
to
glove
and
electrode
pad
First,
you
shouldinsert
the
cable
pin
intoelectrode
pad,
and
thenwear
the
glove
onthe
hand
and
place
the
electrode
padonthe
arm.finally
,
pleasetake
the
snapconnector
ofthe
cable
ontothe
metalsnap
on
the
glove
(as
show
the
rightdiagram).
Connect
the
cable
to
device
Before
proceeding
to
thisstep,
be
sure
the
device
is
completelyturnedoff.Hold
the
cableplug
and
insert
into
the
socket
onthetopofthe
device
(as
shown
in
the
diagram).Ensure
the
leadcable
are
inserted
correctly.

advised

equipment

order
to
turn
on
the
device, pleasepress
[

button,
the
treatmentpartindicator
will
be
blinked

times
first
and
you
willhear

times
"Dl"
sound,
and
then,
the
treatmentpart
indicatorwill
be
light.
Caution:
If
there
isno
operation
inthe
panel

minutes

waitingstate,
the
deviceturns
off
automatically.

removed,clean

and
water.

treatment,
the

turn
