Thank youfor purchasing the PM-775.PM-775 isa singleoutputchannels EMS
machine and highly effective improvebloodcirculation,increasing the range of
movements and increasing the powergrasp, EMS stands for ElectronicMuscle
Stimulation isa non-invasivemuscleexercise and muscletoningtechniquethat isa very
useful supplement to your workout routine. EMS machines work by applying a chosen
intensity and frequencyrepeatedly in stimulatedcontraction and relaxationintervals.
This is beingwidelyused in home , hospital and sport for improvebloodcirculation,
increasing the powergrasp and increasing the range of movements,beneficial effects
are suppression of muscle hypertonia, increased awareness ofthe affectedhand, and
decrease of spatialhemineglect.Beforeusing,pleaseread allthe instructions in this

Explanation ofthe ElectronicHandStimulator and Massager
Control ofthe arm,hand, and fingers is part of expressivecommunicationbehavior andis
a equirement for acceptanceintohumansociety. The hand is alsoimportant in expressing
emotionsthroughpainting,music, and drama.
Introduction
Besides having a different musculoskeletal designthan the lowerextremity, the hand is
subject to morecomplex neuronal control. Itisnot surprisingthatmanydecades ofuse
many lead to poorcirculation,muscle and jointpain. Itisa process affecting an
expandingproportion ofthe population.Prevention isthe idealsolution. The Electronic
Hand Stimulator and Massager can assist but most ofthe time there isa need to
reduce the existing symptoms.
The Electronic HandStimulator and Massager isa small,lightweightstimulator; it uses
Electrical MuscleStimulation(EMS)appliedprimarilythrough a glove and electrode pad
to stimulatethousands of nerveendings inthe hand. The glove is made of conductive
wire andcanbe slippedover the hand so that the stimulation is distributed evenly and
comfortably. Thisactioneffectivelypreventsstasis(thepooling of blood)with a
significantincrease in venousbloodflow.

Before you start
Pleasecarefullyread and understand the followingwarnings and cautions to ensure the
safe and correct useof this device andto prevent injury.
• Makesure the batteries are installedcorrectly.
• Wearglove and place the electrode padinthe hand.
• Connect the cable tothe glove andthe electrodepad, and thenconnect tothe unit.
•Donotusethe glove or electrode padifitis scratched or damaged inany way.
Contraindication
•Donotuse thisdevice ifyou have a cardiacpacemaker, implanteddefibrillator, or other
implanted metallic or electronic device. Such use could cause electric shock, burns,
electrical interference, or death.
Warnings
•Ifyouareinthe care ofa physician, consult with your physician before using this device;
•Ifyou have had medical or physicaltreatment for your pain,consultwithyourphysician
before usingthisdevice;

Safety information
Stimulation should not take place while the user is connected to high-frequency surgical
equipment, itmay causeburninjuries onthe skinunder the electrodes, as well as
problemswith the stimulator.
Donotusethe stimulator inthe vicinity of shortwave or microwavetherapyequipment,
sincethis may affect the outputpower ofthe stimulator.
If yourpaindoes not improve,becomesmorethan mild, or continues for morethanfive
days,stopusing the device and consultwithyourphysician;
Do not apply stimulation over your neck because this could cause severe muscle
spasmsresulting in closure of yourairway,difficulty in breathing, or adverseeffects on
heartrhythm or bloodpressure;
Do not applystimulationacrossyourchestbecause the introduction of electricalcurrent
into the chest may causerhythmdisturbances to yourheart,whichcould be lethal;
Donot applystimulation over openwounds or rashes, or overswollen,red,infected, or
inflamedareas or skineruptions(e.g.,phlebitis, thrombophlebitis,varicoseveins);
Do not apply stimulation over, orin proximity to, cancerous lesions;
Do not applystimulation inthe presence of electronicmonitoringequipment(e.g.,
cardiacmonitors, ECG alarms),which maynot operateproperlywhen the electrical

the management of painpatients;

Safety information
The long-termeffects of electricalstimulation are unknown;
Since the effects of stimulation ofthe brain are unknown, stimulationshould notbe
applied acrossyourhead, and electrodesshould notbe placed on oppositesides of
your head;
The safety of electrical stimulation during pregnancy hasnot been established, so
pregnancy women or labour shouldconsultyourphysicianbeforeuse.
Youmay experienceskinirritation or hypersensitivity duetothe electrical stimulation
or electricalconductivemedium;
If you havesuspected or diagnosedheartdisease, you shouldfollowprecautions
recommended by yourphysician; and
If you havesuspected or diagnosedepilepsy, you shouldfollowprecautions
recommended by yourphysician.
The unitmust be turned off beforemoving the glove.
Avoid contact ofthe glovewithanythingmade of metal,such as rings.
We also recommendthat the usermanualadviseusers ofthe following:
Use caution ifyou have a tendency to bleedinternally, such as following an injury or
fracture;
Safety information
• Consultwithyourphysicianprior to using the device after a recentsurgicalprocedure,
becausestimulation may disrupt the healingprocess;
•Use caution if stimulation is appliedover the menstruating or pregnantuterus; and
•Use caution if stimulation is appliedoverareas of skinthat lacknormalsensation.
•The usermanualshouldadviseusers ofthe following:
• Keepthisdevice outofthe reach of children; and
•Use thisdeviceonlywith the leads,glove, and accessoriesrecommended bythe
manufacturer.
Adverse Reactions
'You may experience skin irritation and burns beneath the stimulation electrodes
applied to yourskin;
•Youmay experienceheadache and otherpainfulsensationsduring or following the
application of electricalstimulationnearyoureyes andto yourhead and face; and
•You should stopusing the device and should consultwithyourphysician ifyou
experience adverse reactions from the device.

How to connect the cable to glove and electrode pad
First, you shouldinsert the cable pin intoelectrode
pad, and thenwear the glove onthe hand and place
the electrode padonthe arm.finally , pleasetake the
snapconnector ofthe cable ontothe metalsnap on
the glove (as show the rightdiagram).
Connect the cable to device
Before proceeding to thisstep, be sure the device is
completelyturnedoff.Hold the cableplug and insert
into the socket onthetopofthe device (as shown in
the diagram).Ensure the leadcable are inserted
correctly.

Turn the device"ON"
Before using the device forthe first time, youare strongly advised to takecarefulnote
of the safetyinformationdetailed atthe beginning of thismanual, as thispowerful
equipment is neither a toynora gadget!
In order to turn on the device, pleasepress [ (i> ] button,
the treatmentpartindicator will be blinked 3 times first and
you willhear 3 times "Dl" sound, and then, the treatmentpart
indicatorwill be light.
Caution:
If there isno operation inthe panel for1 minutes inthe waitingstate, the deviceturns
off automatically.
Select the therapymode
There are 15 therapeuticmodes asa cycle.

The device will be working cycle according to 15 therapeuticmodesalternatelyevery
1 minute.
If you feel the therapeuticmode is comfortable, youcan keep the currenttherapeutic
mode by press [ci>] button. TheLED M modeindicator will light for3 secondslikefigure I.
If you want to back working cycle at 15
therapeutic modes, youcan press [ (i)]

Start the work and Adjust the output intensity
Press the intensitycontrolbutton ([A] and[ v]) to adjust the intensityoutput andthe
devicestart to work. Youcan hear a "Dl"soundwhen you pressbuttoneverytime.
Caution:
1. The device has25 stepsintensitycontrol. Ifyou press the intensitycontrolfrom the1
step to8 step, thelow intensityindicator will be blinked andyou willhear 1 times"Dl"
sound. Ifyou continuouspress the intensitycontrolfrom the9 step to 17 step, the
middle intensity indicator will be blinked andyou willhear 2 times "Dl" sound.
Continuouspress the intensity controlfrom the18 step to25 step, the highintensity
indicatorwill be blinked andyou willhear 3 times"Dl"sound.
2.The strength of stimulation canbe adjusteddependingupon the individualcondition of
user.
3. The maximumintensitylevel is25, meansthat you can'tincrease the intensityafter
press [A] button 25 timescontinuously.
4.Forthe devicewithelectrodedetectionfunction, Ifthe electrodes no placedfirmly on
skin orthe device hasnot connected onthe electrodes, you cannotincrease the
stimulator'soutputintensity, andyou will hear two sets of threetimes "Di" sound.

Turn the device off
Press [<!)] button and hold onfor5 seconds,
then the power onLED indicator off means
the device is turnedoff.
Caution:
1. When youare finishedusingyourstimulator, pleaseremoving the glove and
electrode padto avoidunpleasantstimulation.
2. Unplug the electrodecable,graspingthem bythe plug, notthe cord.When the
electrodes are removed,clean the skinthoroughlywithmildsoap and water.
3. Afterfinished the treatment, the treatmentpartindicatorwill be light for1 minute,
and then the stimulator will turn off automatically.

Battery information
To insert the battery, you shouldpress the belt clip up first,slide the batterycover
downward until the coverpops off likeFigure I. Insert 3 batteries(typeAAA)into the
battery compartment as indicated Figure II. Make sure youare installing the battery
properly, follow the correctpolarity (+and- pole)marked inthe batterycompartment of
the unit. Donot turn the device on yet!Finally,Close the cover onby slidingfrom the
bottom up likeFigureIII.

Battery information
Caution:
1. Please use SxAAA batteries in thisunit.

Maintenance and Cautions
Storage
• Remove the batteriesfrom the device ifyouarenot going touseitfora longperiod of
time.Leakingbatteries can damage the unit.
> Donot expose the device to direct sunlight and protect it against dirt and moisture.
• Store the device ina cool, well- ventilatedplace.
• Neverplace any heavyobjects onthe device.
Do not immersedevice in water orany liquid. Donot drop the device or throw it from a
height.
After using the device,pleaseremove the output plug from the outputsocket.
Do not twist or pull the outputcable.
Do notuseany chemical to clean the device the cable and electrodepad. Ifyou need
to cleanthem,pleasewipewith a damp,lint free cloth.
To clean the glove,wash it gentlywithmildsoap in lukewarm, nothot water.Rinse
thoroughly in warmwater to remove all traces of soap.
Do not wring.Instead,wrap ina terrycloth towel to removeexcess moisture.
Remove from towel and allow toairdryat roomtemperatureawayfromheat and
sunlight.
