I. General conditions for use
Please carefully read the following instructions before use:
•Handle with care. Do not attempt to pull up the platform. Gently place the load
onto the middle of the platform. Rough handling such as shaking, dropping or
otherwise shocking the scale may permanently damage the sensor. Loss of
warranty will result.
•Avoid any exposure to extreme heat or cold. Your scale works better in normal
room temperature. After great temperature fluctuation allow the scale to acclimate
for one hour – particularly before calibration.
•Keep your scale in a clean environment. Dust, dirt, moisture, vibration, air currents
and vicinity to other electronic equipment (e.g. mobile phones) may cause an
adverse effect on the reliability and accuracy of the scale.
•Only operate the scale on a stable, horizontal and vibration free surface. Avoid
any draft.
•The scale has been calibrated in the factory. It may need user calibration from
time to time.
II. Operation
On initial use open the battery cover, remove wrapping foil from batteries and install
them in the in the compartment with electric contacts. Remove the protecting film on
the panel.
1. Press the ON/OFF button. Wait until [0.0] is displayed.
2. Gently place the load on the weighing platform.
3. Change the measuring unit with MODE if required.
III. Tare
1. The scale switched on, gently place a container on the weighing platform.
2. Press the TARE button and wait until [0.0] is displayed.
3. Fill in the net weight item(s) and directly read their weight.
IV. User calibration (only in gram unit)
1. Place the scale on a horizontal and stable surface.
2. Press ON/OFF and wait until [0.0] is displayed.
3. Press and hold MODE for approximately 3 seconds.
4. As soon as [CAL] is displayed release MODE.
5. Press MODE again. First [CAL] starts flashing followed by [500.0].
6. Carefully place a 500g calibration weight onto the centre of the platform.
7. [PASS] followed by [500.0] is displayed and the scale subsequently
returns to the normal weighing mode. End of calibration.
8. Remove the 500g calibration weight and [0.0] is displayed.
In case of inconsistency repeat the process.
Please check availability of optional weights with your dealer.
V. Elimination of problems and errors
Display Elimination of errors
None Remove isolation strip in battery compartment. Check polarity of
batteries. If still no display replace batteries.
[Lo_b] Replace batteries. Pay attention to the polarity.
[UnSt] Unstable: Move the scale to a horizontal and stable surface.
[OL_d] Attention overload. Reduce the weight immediately.
[OUE2] Calibrate the scale as described in point IV.

I. Gebrauch, Allgemeines
Lesen Sie bitte diese Anleitung vor Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam durch:
•Behandeln Sie die Waage mit Sorgfalt. Die Plattform darf nicht angehoben
werden. Die Last vorsichtig in die Mitte der Plattform legen. Grobe Behandlung
wie z.B. Schock-Belastung, Ueberlastung, Fallenlassen oder Schütteln, kann die
Waage bzw. den Sensor irreparabel zerstören und führt zum Verlust des
Garantie-Anspruchs.
•Vermeiden Sie bei Betrieb und Lagerung extreme Temperaturen. Die Waage
arbeitet am Besten in normaler Raum-Temperatur. Bei grossen
Temperatur-Schwankungen eine Stunde Zeit zur Akklimatisation geben,
insbesondere vor einer Kalibrierung.
•Verwenden Sie Ihre Waage nur in sauberer Umgebung. Vermeiden Sie Schmutz,
Staub, Feuchtigkeit, Vibrationen, Luftzug oder die Nähe von elektronischen
Geräten (z.B. Mobiltelefonen), ansonsten das Messergebnis beeinflusst und
allenfalls die Lebensdauer der Waage reduziert werden könnte.
•Benutzen Sie die Waage nur auf einer stabilen, horizontalen und
erschütterungsfreien Unterlage. Jeglichen Luftzug vermeiden.
•Die Waage wurde im Werk justiert. Eine Benutzer-Kalibrierung ist jederzeit
möglich und empfohlen.
II. Wiegebetrieb
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch das Batteriefach öffnen, die Schutzfolie von den Batterien
abziehen und Letztere im Fach mit elektrischen Kontakten einlegen. Die Schutzfolie
auf dem Tastenfeld entfernen.
1. Drücken Sie die ON/OFF-Taste. Warten bis [0.0] angezeigt wird.
2. Anschliessend Wiegegut vorsichtig auf die Plattform legen.
3. Allenfalls die Wiegeeinheit mit MODE wechseln.
III. Tarieren
1. Bei eingeschalteter Waage, das zu tarierende Gefäss auf die Plattform legen.
2. Auf TARE drücken und warten, bis [0.0] angezeigt wird.
3. Das Wiegegut zufügen und dessen Gewicht direkt ablesen.
IV. Benutzer Kalibrierung (nur in Einheit Gramm)
1. Waage auf eine horizontale, stabile Fläche stellen.
2. ON/OFF drücken und warten bis [0.0] erscheint.
3. MODE während ca. 3 Sekunden drücken und halten.
4. Sobald [CAL] angezeigt wird, MODE loslassen.
5. MODE erneut drücken. Zuerst blinkt [CAL] gefolgt von [500.0].
6. Ein 500g Kalibriergewicht sorgfältig auf die Plattformmitte stellen.
7. [PASS] gefolgt von [500.0] wird angezeigt und anschliessend kehrt die
Waage in den normalen Wiegemodus zurück. Die Kalibrierung ist beendet.
8. Das 500g Kalibriergewicht entfernen und [0.0] erscheint im Display.
Falls die Kalibrierung nicht erfolgreich sein sollte, diesen Prozess wiederholen.
Geeignete, optionale Kalibriergewichte finden Sie bei Ihrem Händler.

V. Problem- und Fehlerbehebung
Anzeige Fehlerbehebung
Keine Isolationsstreifen im Batteriefach entfernen. Polarität der Batterien
prüfen. Falls immer noch keine Anzeige erscheint, Batterien
ersetzen.
[Lo_b] Batterien ersetzen. Polarität beachten.
[UnSt] Waage auf horizontaler und stabiler Unterlage betreiben.
[OL_d] Achtung Ueberlastung. Das Gewicht sofort reduzieren.
[OUE2] Waage neu justieren wie unter Punkt IV. beschrieben.

I. Utilisation, généralités
Avant la mise en marche, veuillez lire attentivement les points suivants:
•Veuillez traiter votre balance avec soin. Ne pas soulever la plate-forme. Placer la
charge soigneusement sur la plate-forme. Evitez des surcharges. Ne pas laisser
tomber la balance ni l’agiter et éviter des à-coups. Maniez cet instrument de
précision avec précaution affin de ne pas endommager la cellule de mesure -
faute de quoi la garantie deviendra caduque.
•La balance est prévue pour une utilisation à température ambiante. Evitez les
températures extrêmes. Laisser s'acclimater la balance à la température
ambiante pendant une heure, surtout avant l’étalonnage.
•Utiliser la balance seulement dans un milieu propre. La saleté, la poussière,
l’humidité, des vibrations, des courants d’air et la proximité d'autres appareils
électroniques (p.e. téléphones mobiles), peuvent influencer ou fausser le résultat
de mesure.
•Utiliser la balance sur une surface horizontale, stable et exempte de vibrations.
Eviter tout courant d’air.
•La balance à été étalonnée à l’usine. Un étallonage par l’utilisateur est toujours
possible et recommandé.
II. Mise en marche
Lors de la première utilisation, ouvrir le compartiment de piles, enlever la feuille
d’emballage et installer les piles dans le compartiment aux contacts électriques.
Enlever la feuille protectrice sur l’écran.
1. Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF. Attendre à ce que [0.0] sera affiché.
2. Déposer les objets à peser sur la plate-forme.
3. Choisir l’unité de mesure avec la touche MODE.
III. Tarer
1. La balance en marche, déposer l’objet à tarer sur la plate-forme.
2. Appuyer sur TARE et attendre jusqu’à ce que [0.0] sera affiché.

3. Ajouter les objets à peser et lire leur poids directement.
IV. Etalonnage par l’utilisateur
1. Déposer la balance sur une surface horizontale et stable.
2. Appuyer sur ON/OFF et attendre à ce que [0.0] sera affiché.
3. Appuyer sur et tenir MODE pour environ 3 secondes.
4. Dès que [CAL] sera affiché, relâcher MODE.
5. Appuyer à nouveau sur MODE. [CAL] clignote, suivi de [500.00].
6. Déposer soigneusement un poids de 500g au milieu de la plate-forme.
7. [PASS] suivi de [500.0] sera affiché et ensuite la balance retourne au mode de
pesage. L’étalonnage est terminé.
8. Enlever le (les) poids et [0.00] sera affiché.
Répéter ce processus en cas d’un écart des fonctions décrites.
Votre distributeur vous offre des poids étalon appropriés.
V. Élimination d’erreurs et de problèmes
Affichage Elimination de faute
Aucun Enlever la bande d’isolation dans le compartiment piles. Contrôler
la polarité des piles. Toujours sans indication : échanger les piles.
[Lo_b] Changer les piles. Attention à la polarité.
[UnSt] Utiliser la balance sur une surface horizontale et stable.
[OL_d] Attention surcharge. Enlever le poids immédiatement.
[OUE2] Etalonner la balance selon instructions IV.

I. Uso, istruzioni generali
Leggere attentamente tutte le presenti istruzioni prima della messa in funzione:
•Trattare la bilancia con cura. La piattaforma non deve essere sollevata.
Posizionare con cautela il carico al centro della piattaforma. Un utilizzo non
attento, come ad es. urti, sovraccarico, cadute o scossoni, può danneggiare
irreparabilmente la bilancia o il sensore e comporta la perdita del diritto di
garanzia.
•Evitare temperature estreme durante il funzionamento e lo stoccaggio. La bilancia
funziona al meglio alla normale temperatura ambiente. In caso di grandi variazioni
di temperatura attendere un’ora per consentire l’acclimatazione, soprattutto prima
di una calibratura.
•Utilizzare la bilancia solo in ambiente pulito. Evitare sporco, polvere, umidità,
vibrazioni, correnti d’aria o la vicinanza di apparecchi elettronici (ad es. telefoni
cellulari); in caso contrario il risultato di misura potrebbe essere influenzato ed
eventualmente la vita utile della bilancia ridotta.

•Utilizzare la bilancia solo su una base stabile, orizzontale e libera da vibrazioni.
Evitare ogni corrente d’aria.
•La bilancia è stata regolata in fabbrica. Una calibratura da parte dell’utente è
possibile in qualsiasi momento e consigliata.
II. Pesatura
Prima del utilizzo iniziale aprire il vano batterie, rimuovere la foglia d’imballaggio
isolante e installare le batterie nel vano con contatti elettrici. Rimuovere la pellicola
protettiva sul tastierino.
1. Premere il tasto ON/OFF. Attendere finché viene visualizzato [0.0].
2. Quindi collocare con cautela l'oggetto da pesare sulla piattaforma.
3. Eventualmente modificare l’unità di pesatura con MODE.
III. Taratura
1. A bilancia accesa, collocare il recipiente da tarare sulla piattaforma.
2. Premere su TARE e attendere finché viene visualizzato [0.0].
3. Aggiungere l’oggetto da pesare e leggere direttamente il peso.
IV. Calibratura da parte dell’utente (solo nell’unità grammo)
1. Posizionare la bilancia su una superficie orizzontale, stabile.
2. Premere ON/OFF e attendere finché viene visualizzato [0.0].
3. Premere e tenere premuto MODE per circa 3 secondi.
4. Non appena viene visualizzato [CAL], rilasciare MODE.
5. Premere nuovamente MODE. Prima lampeggia [CAL] seguito da [500.0].
6. Collocare con cautela un peso di calibratura da 500g al centro della piattaforma.
7. Viene visualizzato [PASS] seguito da [500.0] e successivamente la bilancia
ritorna nella normale modalità di pesatura. La calibratura è terminata.
8. Rimuovere il peso di calibratura da 500g e [0.0] viene visualizzato sul display.
Qualora la calibratura non dovesse riuscire, ripetere la procedura.
Pesi di calibratura opzionali adatti sono disponibili presso il commerciante.
V. Eliminazione di problemi ed errori
Visuali-

Nessuna Rimuovere la striscia isolante nel vano batterie. Controllare la
polarità delle batterie. Qualora non compaia ancora nessuna
visualizzazione, sostituire le batterie.
[Lo_b] Sostituire le batterie. Prestare attenzione alla polarità.
[UnSt] Utilizzare la bilancia su una base orizzontale e stabile.
[OL_d] Attenzione sovraccarico. Ridurre subito il peso.
[OUE2] Regolare nuovamente la bilancia come descritto al punto IV.
