PESOLA PPS200 (200g · d = 0.01g) Manual ENGLISH
This scale has been calibrated by the manufacturer. Auser calibration is possible at any time. The fine
accuracy may slightly be affected by variations of gravity, shipment, handling and changes of
temperature. This scale is a sensitive precision device. Avoid shocks, vibrations, excessive
temperature changes, humidity, vicinity to electromagnetic objects and overload. Only use high quality
AAA alkaline batteries.
I. Operation
On initial use remove isolation strip in battery compartment.
1. Place the scale on a horizontal flat surface.
2. Carefully remove the protective transparent bowl from the weighing platform.
3. Press the I/0 key. Wait until stability is achieved (point in circle on left side of display) and [0.00]
are displayed.
4. Gently place the load on the centre of the stainless steel weighing platform. The load must be
protected against draft and free of any contact to other items (e.g. the hinge of the scale cover).
5. If required change the weighing unit by pressing the M(Mode) key.
II. Tare
1. Turn on the scale and place the protective transparent bowl or another container on the platform.
Its weight shall not exceed the nominal capacity of 200g.
2. Press T(Tare) and wait until [0.00] is displayed.
3. Add the load and directly read its net weight.
III. Counting function for small identical items
1. Press I/0 (possibly with an adequate tare bowl on the platform) and wait until [0.00] is displayed or
press T to get the [0.00] reading.
2. Place a reference lot of 25, 50, 75 or 100pcs of the items to be counted onto the platform (the
higher the reference lot the more precise is the following counting).
3. Press and hold the C (Count) key for 3 seconds. [25] - the first of the four possible reference lots
(25, 50, 75 or 100) will be displayed.
4. If your reference lot is not 25, press M to change to the reference lot quantity you already added.
5. Press the C key to confirm the selection. [PCS] will appear on the display to confirm the calibration
of the counting function.
6. Add more identical items and their quantity will be displayed (not their weight).
7. If required switch to weighing mode by pressing Cand back to counting mode by pressing M.
IV. Professional 2 step user calibration (only in gram unit)
1. Press I/0 and give the scale 30 seconds to warm up.
2. Wait until [0.00] is displayed. Press and hold the Mkey for 3 – 5 seconds.
3. As soon as [CAL] is displayed, release the Mkey.
4. Press the Mkey again. [CAL] starts flashing followed by flashing [100.00].
5. Gently add a 100g calibration weight to the centre of the platform. The display will change to
flashing [200.00].
6. Gently add another 100g calibration weight or exchange the first one by a 200g weight. The
display will switch to [PASS] and return to normal weighing mode, still displaying [200.00].
7. Remove the load(s) and [0.00] shall be displayed. Calibration is complete.
In case of inconsistency repeat the process.
Please check availability of calibration weights with your supplier.
V. Elimination of problems and errors
Display Elimination of errors
None Remove isolation strip in battery compartment. Check polarity of
batteries. If still no display replace batteries.
[Lo-b] Replace batteries. Pay attention to the polarity.
[O-Ld] Attention overload! Reduce the weight immediately.
Wrong weight indication Check the weighing unit selected and change it with the Mkey if
applicable. For extremely precise weighing results calibrate the
scale regularly or after intense use.

Diese Waage wurde vom Hersteller kalibriert. Eine Benutzerkalibrierung ist jederzeit möglich. Die
Genauigkeit kann aufgrund von Versand, Handhabung, Temperatur-Veränderungen oder
standortbedingten Änderungen der Gravitation geringfügig beeinflusst werden. Diese Waage ist ein
sensibles Präzisions-Messgerät. Vermeiden Sie Schläge, Vibrationen, grosse
Temperaturschwankungen, Feuchtigkeit, Nähe zu elektromagnetischen Geräten und Überlast.
Verwenden Sie ausschliesslich Qualitäts-Alkalibatterien.
I. Wiegebetrieb
Isolationsstreifen im Batteriefach vor dem ersten Gebrauch entfernen.
1. Waage auf eine horizontale, vibrationsfreie Fläche stellen.
2. Transparente Schutz-Schale über der Inox Plattform sorgfältig entfernen.
3. I/0 Taste drücken. Warten bis die Stabilität erreicht ist (Punkt in Kreis links im Display) und [0.00]
angezeigt werden.
4. Anschliessend Wiegegut vorsichtig auf das Zentrum der Wiegeplattform legen. Die Last muss vor
Luftzug geschützt sein und darf keine anderen Gegenstände berühren (z.B. Scharnier des
Waagendeckels).
5. Wenn gewünscht, die Wiegeeinheit mit M(Mode) wechseln.
II. Tarieren
1. I/0 drücken und die transparente Schutz-Schale oder ein anderes Gefäss auf die Plattform legen.
Dessen Gewicht darf die Nennkapazität von 200g nicht überschreiten.
2. Auf T(Tara) drücken und warten bis [0.00] angezeigt wird.
3. Das Wiegegut zufügen und dessen Netto-Gewicht direkt ablesen.
III. Zählfunktion für kleine identische Teile
1. I/0 drücken (möglichst mit einem geeigneten Gefäss auf der Plattform) und warten bis [0.00]
angezeigt wird oder die TTaste drücken um [0.00] zu erreichen.
2. 25, 50,75 oder 100 Stk der zu zählenden, identischen Teile auf die Plattform legen (je grösser das
Referenz-Los je genauer die anschliessende Zählung).
3. C(Count) drücken und 3 Sekunden halten. Die erste Referenz-Losgrösse [25] wird angezeigt.
4. Wenn eine andere Referenz-Losgrösse abgezählt wurde, Mdrücken bis die angezeigte Menge
entspricht.
5. Cdrücken um die Wahl zu bestätigen. [PCS] wird angezeigt und bestätigt hiermit die Eichung der
Zählfunktion.
6. Weitere identische Artikel beifügen und die gesamte Anzahl wird direkt angezeigt (nicht deren
Gewicht).
7. Man kann mit Czum Wiegemodus umschalten und wieder zurück zum Zählmodus mit M.
VI. Professionelle 2 Schritt Benutzer Kalibrierung (nur in Einheit Gramm)
1. I/0 drücken und der Waage 30 Sekunden Zeit zum Aufwärmen geben.
2. Warten bis [0.00] angezeigt wird. Mdrücken und 3 – 5 Sekunden halten.

3. Sobald [CAL] angezeigt wird Mloslassen.
4. Merneut drücken. [CAL] blinkt, gefolgt von blinkenden [100.00].
5. Sorgfältig ein 100g Kalibriergewicht auf die Mitte der Plattform stellen. Die Anzeige wechselt auf
blinkende [200.00].
6. Sorgfältig ein weiteres 100g Kalibriergewicht beifügen oder das erste Gewicht durch ein 200g
Gewicht ersetzen. Die Anzeige wird auf [PASS] schalten und zum normalen Wiegemodus
zurückkehren, wobei immer noch [200.00] angezeigt wird.
7. Gewicht(e) entfernen und [0.00] wird angezeigt. Die Kalibrierung ist beendet.
Bei Unstimmigkeiten, den Prozess wiederholen.
Geeignete Kalibriergewichte erhalten Sie bei Ihrem Lieferanten.
V. Problem- und Fehlerbehebung
Anzeige Fehlerbehebung
Keine Isolationsstreifen im Batteriefach entfernen. Polarität der Batterien
prüfen. Falls immer noch keine Anzeige erscheint, Batterien ersetzen.
[Lo_b] Batterien ersetzten. Polarität beachten.
[O-Ld] Achtung Überlastung. Das Gewicht sofort reduzieren.
Falsche
Gewichtsangabe Die eingestellte Gewichtseinheit prüfen und gegebenenfalls mit M umstellen. Für präziseste Messergebnisse, die Waage regelmässig
oder nach intensivem Gebrauch kalibrieren.

La balance à été étalonnée chez le fabricant. Un étalonnage par l’utilisateur est toujours possible. La
précision peut être influencée légèrement dû à des changements de gravitation, de température, à
l’expédition ou l’utilisation. Cette balance est un instrument de précision délicat. Evitez des à-coups,
vibrations, de grandes changements de température, humidité, proximité à des appareils
électroniques et surcharge. N’utilisez que de piles alcalines.
I. Mise en marche
Enlever la bande d’isolation du compartiment des piles lors de la première utilisation.
1. Déposer la balance sur une surface horizontale et exempte de vibrations.
2. Enlever le bol transparent protecteur de la plate-forme en Inox.
3. Appuyez sur I/0. Attendre la stabilisation (point dans cercle à gauche sur l’écran) et l’affichage de
[0.0].
4. Déposer soigneusement les objets à peser au centre de la plate-forme. La charge doit être
protégée contre les courants d’air et ne pas être en contact avec d’autres objets (p.ex. charnière
du couvercle).
5. Si nécessaire, changer l’unité de mesure avec la touche M(Mode).
II. Tarer
1. Appuyer sur I/0 et déposer le couvercle de protection transparent ou un autre récipient sur la
plate-forme. Son poids ne devrait pas excéder la capacité nominale de 200g.

2. Appuyer sur T(Tare) et attendre jusqu’à ce que [0.0] sera affiché.
3. Ajouter les objets à peser et lire le poids net directement.
III. Fonction de comptage de petites pièces identiques
1. Appuyer sur I/0 (avec un récipient approprié sur la plate-forme) et attendre l’affichage de [0.00]
ou appuyer sur Tà obtenir [0.00].
2. Déposer 25, 50,75 ou 100 des pièces identiques à compter sur la plate-forme (la précision du
comptage suivant augmente en fonction de la taille du lot de référence).
3. Appuyer sur et tenir C(Count) pendant 3 secondes. [25], le premier lot de référence sera affiché.
4. Si un autre lot de référence à été déposée, appuyer sur Mjusqu'à ce que la quantité affichée
corresponde.
5. Appuyer sur Cpour confirmer le choix. [PCS] sera affiché et confirme l’étalonnage de la fonction
de comptage.
6. Ajouter d’autres articles à compter et leur quantité totale sera affiché (ne pas leur poids).
7. Vous pouvez basculer au mode de pesage en appuyant sur Cet revenir au mode de comptage
avec M.
IV. Etalonnage par l’utilisateur professionnel en deux étapes (unité de gramme seulement)
1. Appuyer sur I/0 et attendez 30 sec au minimum, pour que la balance se réchauffe.
2. Attendre l’affichage de [0.00]. Ensuite appuyer sur et tenir Mpour 3 – 5 secondes.
3. Dès que [CAL] sera affiché, relâcher M.
4. Appuyer à nouveau sur M. [CAL] clignote, suivi de [100.00] aussi clignotant.
5. Déposer soigneusement un poids de 100g au milieu de la plate-forme. L’affichage change à
[200.00] clignotant.
6. Ensuite ajouter un autre poids étalon de 100g ou remplacer le premier par un poids de 200g.
L’affichage changera à [PASS] et ensuite la balance retourne au mode de pesage indiquant
[200.00].
7. Enlever le (les) poids et [0.00] sera affiché. L’étalonnage est terminé.
Répéter ce processus en cas d’un écart des fonctions décrites.
Votre fournisseur offre des poids d’étalonnage appropriés.
V. Élimination d’erreurs et de problèmes
Affichage Elimination de faute
Aucun Enlever la bande d’isolation dans le compartiment piles. Contrôler la
polarité des piles. Toujours sans indication : échanger les piles.
[Lo_b] Changer les piles. Attention à la polarité.
[Ol_d] Attention surcharge. Réduire le poids immédiatement.

non probable Contrôler l’unité de mesure et si nécessaire la changer avec la touche M. Pour des résultats de mesure très précis nous recommandons
d’étalonner la balance régulièrement er surtout en cas d’utilisation
intense.
