The once over
Check the smart for cuts & bruises. If your smart is damaged in any
way, or you’re not sure how to use it, contact your retailer immediately.
Caring for smart
Unlike children, your smart likes to stay clean.
Brush dirt off frame and wheels regularly.•
Clean with non-abrasive household cleaner and a soft cloth.•
Wash off sand and salt after visiting the beach.•
Always dry frame if wet.•
Fabric can be washed with warm water, using mild natural soap.•
Do not use detergents or bleach. Air dry.•
Take care to avoid damage to foam rubber (foam rubber is not•
under warranty).
Excessive wear can reduce effectiveness and safety. Parts may need
lubrication. Inspect essential components for:
fraying – especially webbing straps and safety harnesses
wear – locks, snap fasteners, tyres, plastic parts and moving parts
safety – locks must not be loose

*Consumers may have extra rights in some countries or states.
Our products are warranted against defects in materials and
workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If the product
has a manufacturing fault we will repair it free of charge. If not practical
to repair it, we will, at our discretion, replace the part in question. If the
product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence,
or is outside the warranty, we will happily repair it for a reasonable
charge.*
Who is covered? The original purchaser buying product from an
authorised dealer in the same country as the purchaser. Proof of
purchase is required.
What is covered? Workmanship or materials that are deemed by us to
be faulty, providing the product has at all times been used in normal
conditions in accordance with instructions, and has been properly
maintained.
What is not covered? Second hand product, modified product, poorly

Customer costs within warranty. The customer is responsible for any
inwards freight charge to return the product to the manufacturer or its
representative for warranty and/or service.
Customer costs outside warranty. Where proof of purchase is not
provided or the product is outside of the one year warranty period, the
manufacturer (or agent) reserves the right to charge a service fee and/
or charge for parts replaced/repaired. A return freight charge will also
apply.
Exclusions. Any consequential loss or damage to any person or
property directly or indirectly as a result of using the product.

Check that the stroller body or seat unit attachment

This product is not suitable for running or skating.

Always apply the breaks whenever the stroller is
stationary.
Do not leave children unattended.•
Secure the child in the harness at all times.•
Do not carry extra children or bags on this stroller.•
Make sure children are clear of any moving parts if•
you adjust the stroller.

harness straps and ensure it’s correctly fitted and

Avant l’utilisation
Vérifiez que votre smart ne présente aucun endommagement
d’aucune sorte. En cas de dommage ou de doute quant à son
utilisation, contactez immédiatement le magasin où vous l’avez acheté.
Entretien de votre smart
Contrairement aux enfants, votre smart aime rester propre. Brossez
les roues et le châssis pour ôter les salissures.
Nettoyez avec un produit d’entretien non abrasif et un chiffon doux.
Après vos balades dans le sable ou la neige, rincez à l’eau claire pour
enlever le sel et le sable du châssis. Séchez systématiquement le
châssis. La toile se nettoie avec de l’eau chaude et un savon doux.
N’utilisez pas de détergents ni d’eau de Javel. Séchez à l’air libre.
Prenez soin de la mousse située sur guidon (la pièce en mousse n’est
pas couverte par la garantie).
Certaines pièces peuvent avoir besoin d’être lubrifiées.
A surveiller sur les principaux composants:
effilochage - tout particulièrement les sangles et le harnais de sécurité
usure - boucles, fermoirs, pneus, pièces en plastique, zips et parties
amovibles
sécurité - les boucles ne doivent pas être lâches
droits & recours
*certains pays ou états peuvent octroyer des droits supplémentaires.
Nos produits sont garantis contre les défauts de matériaux et de
fabrication pendant un an à compter de la date d’achat. Si le produit
venait à présenter un défaut de fabrication, nous le réparerions
gratuitement. Si une réparation ne nous paraissait pas opportune, nous
remplacerions la pièce en question à notre entière discrétion. Si un
produit s’avérait défectueux par l’usure, un accident, le manque de
soin ou la négligence ou que l’année de garantie était écoulée, nous
nous ferions un plaisir de le réparer à un tarif raisonnable.*
Qui est couvert par la garantie?
L’acquéreur initial qui se procure le produit neuf auprès d’un revendeur
agréé dans le pays de résidence de l’acquéreur. Une preuve d’achat
sera demandée.

Que couvre-t-elle?
La fabrication ou les matériaux jugés défectueux par phil&teds, à
condition que le produit ait toujours été utilisé dans des conditions
normales et conformément aux instructions, et qu’il ait été
correctement entretenu.
Qu’est-ce qui n’est pas couvert?
Un produit d’occasion, modifié ou mal entretenu, l’usure normale, la
décoloration et les coupures du tissu, l’utilisation inappropriée (par
exemple) : utilisation anormale ; non-respect des instructions ; enfant
laissé sans surveillance ; non-utilisation du harnais de sécurité ; charge
excessive ; dommages dus au transport, notamment transport aérien.
Coûts à la charge du client dans le cadre de la garantie.
Tous les frais de transport pour le retour du produit au fabricant ou à
son représentant, au titre de la garantie ou à des fins de réparation,
sont à la charge du client.
Coûts à la charge du client en dehors du cadre de la garantie.
En l’absence de preuve d’achat ou une fois la garantie d’un an du
produit expirée, le fabricant (ou son agent) se réserve le droit de
facturer des frais de réparation et/ou le coût des pièces remplacées/
réparées. Le port pour le retour de la marchandise sera facturé.
Exclusions.
Toute perte matérielle ou dommage corporel résultant directement ou
indirectement de l’utilisation du produit.

Toute charge suspendue au guidon nuit à la stabilité de la poussette.
