General Instructions:
Your highpod has 3 seat positions.
IMPORTANT only use for children within the recommended ages and weighing no more than the weights stipulated below;
• upright – for feeding fiestas. Not recommended for newborns.
• layback – ideal for bottle feeding. Not recommended for newborns.
Use only when child can sit upright unassisted from approximately 6 months to 4 years.
• sleepy – for the newborn feeding frenzy, ideal for bottle feeding and the newborn post fiesta-siesta!
Newborn to approximately 6 months. Not recommended for older or heavier children.
IMPORTANT Make sure the seat is locked in position before placing a child in the seat.
IMPORTANT Do not adjust the seat position with a child in the seat.
IMPORTANT Do not allow a child to stand on the footrest.

cleaning & caring
The once over
Check the highpod for cuts & bruises. If your highpod is damaged in any
way, or you’re not sure how to use it, contact your retailer immediately.
Caring for highpod
Unlike children, your highpod likes to stay clean. In case of little accidents,
sponge wipe with warm water and a mild detergent. Do not submerse the
highpod, its seat or tray in water. Do not use any solvents or bleach based
products as these may harm the materials or your child. Dry your highpod
thoroughly before use or storage. Store in a well ventilated space, away
from direct sunlight which could damage or fade your highpod’s colourful
coat.
The food tray cover can be washed, either by hand using warm water
and mild detergent or placed in a dishwasher. Brush off dirt from the seat
insert. For more intense cleaning: hand wash in warm water only. Do not
use detergents. Do not bleach. Air dry out of direct sunlight.
NOTE Improper care will void any warranties. Do not use the highpod if
deterioration is detected or suspected. Contact us if you are unsure.
rights & remedies
*Consumers may have extra rights in some countries or states.
Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship
for one year from the date of purchase. If the product has a manufacturing
fault we will repair it free of charge. If not practical to repair it, we will, at
our discretion, replace the part in question. If the product fails due to wear
and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or is outside the warranty, we
will happily repair it for a reasonable charge.*
Who is covered? The original purchaser buying product from an
authorised dealer in the same country as the purchaser. Proof of purchase
is required.
What is covered? Workmanship or materials that are deemed by us to be
faulty, providing the product has at all times been used in normal
conditions in accordance with instructions, and has been properly
maintained.
What is not covered? Second hand product, modified product, poorly
maintained product, normal wear, fading and fabric cuts, improper use
(by way of example): abnormal use; not following instructions; child left
unattended; excessive load; transport damage i.e. airline or freight
damage.

Customer costs within warranty. The customer is responsible for any
inwards freight charge to return the product to the manufacturer or its
representative for warranty and/or service.
Customer costs outside warranty. Where proof of purchase is not provided
or the product is outside of the one year warranty period, the manufacturer
(or agent) reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for
parts replaced/repaired. A return freight charge will also apply.
Exclusions. Any consequential loss or damage to any person or property
directly or indirectly as a result of using the product.

through the warranty claim process. Note: you will need to provide proof
of purchase.

and other sources of strong heat in the vicinity of your high

The child should be secured in the high chair at all times
by the restraining system, either in the sleepy, layback or
upright position. The tray is not designed to hold the child in
the chair. It is recommended that the high chair be used in

WARNING
Always use on a flat, even and horizontal floor.
Do not elevate the high chair on any structure or table.

To reduce the risk of injury position the high chair away
from furniture, walls, hot surfaces and liquids, window
covering cords and electrical cords. Position the high
chair away from furniture when the chair is not being
used at a table with a tray removed.
WARNING
The high chair should only be used in the upright or
layback position once the child is capable of reliably
and consistently sitting upright.

Notice:
L’assise de votre highpod s’incline en 3 positions.
IMPORTANT : L’enfant installé dans le highpod doit correspondre à l’âge et au poids indiqués ci-dessous - pas plus.
• Position droite – pour les petites bouffes. Cette position ne convient pas aux nouveau-nés.
• Position inclinée – idéale pour le biberon. Cette position ne convient pas aux nouveau-nés.
N’utilisez ces positions que lorsque l’enfant est en mesure de se tenir droit par lui-même, environ de 6 mois à 4 ans.
• Position allongée – Parfaite pour les nouveau-nés, qu’il s’agisse de prendre un biberon ou bien de faire une petite sieste !
De la naissance à 6 mois. Déconseillé pour les enfants plus âgés ou plus lourds.
IMPORTANT Vérifiez que la position du siège est correctement enclenchée avant d’installer l’enfant dans le siège.
IMPORTANT Ne réglez pas la position du siège lorsque l’enfant est déjà installé dans le siège.
IMPORTANT Ne laissez pas un enfant s’appuyer ou se suspendre au repose-pieds.

nettoyer & entretenir
Au cas où
Examinez avec attention votre highpod. Si vous constatez une anomalie
ou si vous ne savez pas comment l’utiliser, n’hésitez pas à contacter votre
revendeur.
Précautions
Contrairement aux enfants, le highpod aime rester propre. En cas de
petit accident, ôtez les salissures à l’aide d’une éponge humide et d’un
détergent doux. Ne mettez pas votre highpod, son siège ou son plateau
dans l’eau. N’utilisez jamais de solvants ou de produits à base d’eau de
javel, ils pourraient endommager les matériaux ou blesser votre enfant.
Veillez à bien sécher votre highpod avant de le ranger.
Stockez votre highpod dans un endroit ventilé, à l’abri de la lumière
(celle-ci pourrait altérer la couleur du tissu).
La protection du plateau est lavable, soit à l’aide d’une éponge humide et
d’un détergent doux, soit au lave-vaisselle.
Brossez les salissures sur le coussin du siège. Pour un nettoyage plus
important, lavez le coussin à la main dans de l’eau chaude uniquement.
N’utilisez pas de détergents ni d’eau de javel. Séchez à l’air libre à l’abri
des rayons du soleil.
REMARQUE : Le non respect de ces consignes d’entretien invaliderait
la garantie. N’utilisez pas le highpod si vous détectez ou suspectez la
moindre détérioration. N’hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous avez le
moindre doute.

*Certains pays ou états peuvent octroyer des droits supplémentaires
Nos produits sont garantis contre les défauts de matériaux et de
fabrication pendant un an à compter de la date d’achat. Si le produit venait
à présenter un défaut de fabrication, nous le réparerions gratuitement.
Si une réparation ne nous paraissait pas opportune, nous remplacerions
la pièce en question à notre entière discrétion. Si un produit s’avérait
défectueux par l’usure, un accident, le manque de soin ou la négligence
ou que l’année de garantie était écoulée, nous nous ferions un plaisir de le
réparer à un tarif raisonnable.*
Qui est couvert par la garantie ? L’acquéreur initial qui se procure le
produit neuf auprès d’un revendeur agréé dans le pays de résidence de
l’acquéreur. Une preuve d’achat sera demandée.

Que couvre-t-elle ? La fabrication ou les matériaux jugés défectueux par
phil&teds, à condition que le produit ait toujours été utilisé dans des
conditions normales et conformément aux instructions, et qu’il ait été
correctement entretenu.
Qu’est-ce qui n’est pas couvert ? Un produit d’occasion, modifié ou
mal entretenu, l’usure normale, la décoloration et les coupures du tissu,
l’utilisation inappropriée (par exemple) : utilisation anormale ; non-respect
des instructions ; enfant laissé sans surveillance ; non-utilisation du harnais
de sécurité ; charge excessive ; dommages dus au transport, notamment
transport aérien.
Coûts à la charge du client dans le cadre de la garantie. Tous les frais de
transport pour le retour du produit au fabricant ou à son représentant, au
titre de la garantie ou à des fins de réparation, sont à la charge du client.
Coûts à la charge du client en dehors du cadre de la garantie. En l’absence
de preuve d’achat ou une fois la garantie d’un an du produit expirée, le
fabricant (ou son agent) se réserve le droit de facturer des frais de
réparation et/ou le coût des pièces remplacées/réparées. Le port pour le
retour de la marchandise sera facturé.
Exclusions. Toute perte matérielle ou dommage corporel résultant
directement ou indirectement de l’utilisation du produit.

Ne laissez jamais l’enfant sans surveillance.
ATTENTION
Lorsqu’il est dans la chaise haute, l’enfant doit rester
attaché en permanence et cela, qu’il soit en position droite,
incline ou allongée. Le plateau n’est pas destiné à maintenir
l’enfant dans la chaise. N’utilisez les positions « droite » et
« inclinée » que lorsque l’enfant est en mesure de se tenir
droit par lui-même.
