Kocokan
Kocokan dimaksudkan untuk mengocok krim, putih telur,
pencuci mulut dsb.
Jangan gunakan kocokan untuk menyiapkan adonan atau
adonan kue.
1. Pasang kocokan ke unit roda gigi kocokan (bunyi “klik”)
(gbr. 1).
2. Pasa ng unit sambungan kocokan ke unit motor (bunyi “klik”)
(gbr. 2).
3. Masukkan bahan ke dalam mangkuk (gbr. 3).
4. Colokkan steker ke stopkontak dinding (gbr. 4).
5. Masukkan kocokan ke dalam bahan (gbr. 5).
6. Hidupkan alat dengan menekan tombol On/o (gbr. 6).
7. Goyangkan alat ke atas dan bawah dan memutar secara
perlahan (gbr. 7).
8. Setelah selesai mengocok, cabut steker dari stopkontak dinding
(gbr. 8).
Penumbuk kentang
1. Pasang penumbuk kentang ke unit sambungan penumbuk
kentang, putar penumbuk kentang berlawanan dengan arah
jarum jam hingga terkunci (bunyi “klik”) (gbr. 1).
2. Untuk me ma sang pengaduk ke bilah kentang, putar
berlawanan dengan arah jarum jam hingga terkunci. (gbr. 2).
3. Pasang unit sambungan penumbuk kentang ke unit motor
(gbr. 3).
4. Colokkan steker ke stopkontak dinding (gbr. 4).
5. Masukkan penumbuk kentang ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi
kentang matang (gbr. 5).
6. Hidupkan alat dengan menekan tombol On/o (gbr. 6).
7. Goyangkan alat ke atas dan bawah dan memutar secara
perlahan (gbr. 7).
8. Setelah selesai menumbuk kentang, cabut steker dari
stopkontak dinding (gbr. 8).
Membersihkan
Perhatian: Jangan merendam unit motor, bilah blender, unit
sambungan kocokan, dan penumbuk kentang di dalam air atau
cairan apa pun, juga jangan dicuci di bawah air keran. Gunakan
kain lembap untuk membersihkan komponen. Hanya pisau bilah
blender dan pelindung yang dapat dicuci di bawah keran.
Perhatian: Jangan sekali-kali menggunakan sabut gosok, bahan
pembersih abrasif atau cairan keras seperti alkohol, bensin, atau
aseton untuk membersihkan alat.
1. Cabut steker alat dari listrik.
2. Tekan tombol pelepas pada unit motor untuk melepas aksesori
yang digunakan.
3. Lepaskan aksesori.
4. Lihat tabel “Pembersihan” untuk petunjuk lebih lanjut.
Resep
Es Krim Vanila dengan raspberry panas
Resep ini dapat disiapkan menggunakan perajang XL. Perajang XL
tidak disertakan sebagai aksesori standar pada setiap model dalam
jajaran produk ini, tetapi bisa dipesan sebagai aksesori tambahan.

• 115 g madu
• 120 g es krim vanila
• 115 g raspberry
1. Masukkan madu ke dalam kulkas selama beberapa jam
dengan suhu 3°C.
2. Masukkan unit pisau perajang XL ke dalam mangkuk
perajang XL lalu tuangkan madu ke dalam mangkuk.
3. Masukkan es krim vanila ke dalam mangkuk perajang XL,
kemudian masukkan mangkuk ke dalam freezer bersuhu
-18°C selama 15 menit.
4. Sambil menunggu es krim mendingin, masak raspberry di
dalam panci di atas kompor.
5. Keluarkan mangkuk perajang XL dari freezer lalu tuangkan
rapsberry panas di atas es krim vanila.
6. Pasang tutup perajang XL pada mangkuk dan pasang unit
motor pada tutup.
7. Tekan tombol On/o dan biarkan perajang beroperasi
selama 5 detik pada kecepatan ini.

Important
Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance
and save it for future reference.
Danger
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid and
do not rinse it under the tap. Only use a moist cloth to clean
the motor unit.
Warning
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds
to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or other
parts are damaged or have visible cracks.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Philips,
its service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
- Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
- Do not touch the cutting edges of the blade units under any
conditions, especially when the appliance is plugged in. The
cutting edges are very sharp.
- Be careful when you pour hot liquid into the beaker, as hot
liquid and steam may cause scalding.
- This appliance is intended for normal household use only. It
is not intended for use in environments such as sta kitchens
of shops, oces, farms or other work environments. Nor is
it intended to be used by clients in hotels, motels, bed and
breakfasts and other residential environments.
- Never use a chopper blade unit without a chopper bowl.
- To avoid splashing, always immerse the blender bar or the
whisk (specic types only) into the ingredients before you
switch on the appliance, especially when you process hot
ingredients.
- If one of the blade unit gets stuck, unplug the appliance
before you remove the ingredients that block the blade units.
- Never process hard ingredients like ice cubes with the
appliance.
- Always unplug the device from power supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food
before you use the appliance for the rst time. Refer to the
instructions in the manual.
Caution
- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains if you leave
it unattended and before you assemble, disassemble, store
or clean it.
- Do not use the appliance with any of the accessories longer
than 3 minutes without interruption. Let the appliance cool
down for 15 minutes before you continue processing.
- None of the accessories is suitable for use in the microwave.
- Keep the motor unit away from heat, re, moisture and dirt.
- Only use this appliance for its intended purpose as shown in
the user manual.
- Never ll the beaker or compact chopper bowl (specic types
only) with ingredients that are hotter than 80°C/175°F.
- Do not exceed the quantities and processing times indicated
in the table.
- Never use any accessories or parts from other manufacturers
or that Philips does not specically recommend. If you use
such accessories or parts, your guarantee becomes invalid.
- Clean the blade unit of the blender bar under the tap. Never
immerse the power unit in water.
- After cleaning, let the blender bar dry. Store it either
horizontally or with the blade pointing upwards.
- Noise level: Lc = 85 dB(A)

Before first use
Thoroughly clean all parts that will come into food contact before
you use the appliance for the rst time (see chapter “Cleaning”).
Note: Make sure all parts are completely dry before you start
using the appliance.
Preparing for use
1. Let hot ingredients cool down before you process them or
put them in the beaker or bowl (maximum temperature 80°C).
2. Cut large ingredients into pieces of approx. 2 x 2 x 2 cm before
you process them.
3. Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the
wall outlet.
Note: Always unwind the power cord completely before you switch
on the appliance.
Note: Remove all packing material or labels before using.
Using the appliance
Hand blender
The hand blender is intended for:
- blending uids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups,
mixed drinks and shakes.
- mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
- pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
- chopping nuts, fruits and vegetables.
Caution: Do not process ingredients such as ice cubes, frozen
ingredients or fruits with stones (g. 1).
1. Attach the blender bar to the motor unit (“click”) (g. 2).
2. Put the ingredients into the beaker (g. 3)
3. Put the plug into the wall outlet (g. 4)
4. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients in order
to avoid splashing (g. 5).
5. Switch on the appliance by pressing the On/o button (g. 6).
6. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend
the ingredients (g. 7).
7. After you have nished blending, unplug the appliance (g. 8).
Compact chopper
The compact chopper is intended for chopping ingredients such
as nuts, raw meat, onions, hard cheese, boiled eggs, garlic, herbs,
dry bread, etc.
1. Put the blade unit in the chopper bowl (g. 1)
2. Put the ingredients in the chopper bowl (g. 2)
3. Put the chopper lid on the chopper bowl (g. 3)
4. Attach the motor unit onto the chopper lid (“click”) (g. 4)
5. Put the plug in the wall outlet (g. 5)
6. Press the On/o button and let it operate until all ingredients
are cut (g. 6)
7. After yo u have nished chopping, unplug the appliance (g. 7)
Whisk
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg whites,
desserts etc.
Do not use the whisk to prepare dough or cake mixture.
1. Attach the whisk to the whisk gear unit (“click”) (g. 1).
2. Atta ch the whisk coupling unit to the motor unit (“click”) (g. 2).
3. Put the ingredients in a bowl (g. 3).
4. Put the plug in the wall outlet (g. 4).
5. Immerse the whisk in the ingredients (g. 5).
6. Switch the appliance on by pressing the On/o button (g. 6).
7. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles (g. 7).
8. After you have nished the whisking, remove the plug from the
wall outle t (g. 8).
Potato smasher
1. Attach the potato smasher to the potato smasher coupling
unit, turn the potato smasher counterclockwise until it is
locked (“click”) (g. 1).
2. To at ta ch the paddle to the potato bar turn it
counterclockwise until it locks. (g. 2).
3. Attach the potato smasher coupling unit to the motor unit (g. 3).
4. Put the plug in the wall outlet (g. 4).
5. Lower potato smasher into a bowl with cooked potatoes (g. 5).
6. Switch the appliance on by pressing the On/o button (g. 6).
7. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles (g. 7).
8. After you have nished smashing potatoes, remove the plug
from the wall outlet (g. 8).
Cleaning
Caution: Do not immerse the motor unit, the blender bar, the
whisk coupling unit, and the potato smasher coupling unit in
water or any other liquids, nor rinse them under the tap. Use a
moist cloth to clean these parts. Only the blender bar blade and
guard can be rinsed under the tap.
Caution: Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or
ggressive liquids such as alcohol, gasoline or acetone to clean the
appliance.
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Press the release button on the motor unit to remove the
accessory you have used.
3. Disassemble the accessory.
4. See the “Cleaning” chart for further instructions.
Recipe
Vanilla Ice Cream with hot raspberries
This recipe can be prepared with the XL chopper. The XL chopper
is not supplied as a standard accessory with every model in this
product range, but it can be ordered as an extra accessory. See
chapter “Ordering accessories”.
• 115 g honey
• 120 g vanilla ice cream
• 115 g raspberries
1. Put the honey in the fridge for several hours at 3°C.
2. Put the XL chopper blade unit in the XL chopper bowl and
pour the honey in the bowl.
3. Put the vanilla ice cream in the XL chopper bowl and put the
bowl into the freezer for 15 minutes at -18°C.
4. In the meantime cook the raspberries in a cooking pot on the
stove.
5. Take the XL chopper bowl out of the freezer and pour the hot
raspberries on the vanilla ice cream.
6. Put the XL chopper lid on the bowl and then fasten the
motor unit onto the lid.
7. Press the On/o button and let the chopper operate for
5 seconds at this speed.

- Selalu cabut perangkat dari suplay daya sebelum mengganti
aksesori atau mendekati komponen bergerak yang sedang
digunakan.
- Bersihkan secara cermat bagian-bagian yang bersentuhan
dengan makanan sebelum menggunakan alat ini untuk
pertama kali. Lihat petunjuk di dalam manual.
Perhatian
- Selalu cabut steker alat dari stopkontak listrik jika Anda akan

Menyiapkan penggunaan
1. Biarkan bahan makanan yang panas mendingin sebelum

2. Potong bahan makanan yang besar menjadi potongan kecil
sekitar 2 x 2 x 2 cm sebelum mengolahnya.
3. Pasang alat dengan benar sebelum memasukkan steker ke
stopkontak dinding.
Catatan: Selalu lepas gulungan kabel sepenuhnya sebelum alat
dihidupkan.
Catatan: Lepaskan semua material kemasan atau label sebelum
menggunakan.
Menggunakan alat
Blender tangan
Blender tangan dimaksudkan untuk:
- memblender bahan cair seperti susu, saos, jus buah, sup,
minuman campur, dan minuman kocok.
- mencampur bahan makanan lembut seperti adonan kue
penekuk atau mayones.
- menghaluskan bahan makanan masak, misalnya untuk
membuat makanan bayi.
- Mencacah kacang-kacangan, buah, dan sayuran.
Perhatian: Jangan mengolah bahan-bahan seperti es batu,
bahan beku, atau buah-buahan dengan biji (Gbr. 1).
1. Pasang bilah blender ke unit motor (bunyi “klik”) (gbr. 2).
2. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam gelas blender (gbr. 3)
3. Colokkan steker ke stopkontak dinding (gbr. 4)
4. Pastikan pelindung pisau tertutup sepenuhnya oleh bahan agar
tidak muncul cipratan (gbr. 5).
5. Hidupkan alat dengan menekan tombol On/O (gbr. 6).
6. Goyangkan alat ke atas dan bawah dan dalam arah memutar
secara perlahan untuk meratakan campuran bahan (gbr. 7).
7. Setelah selesai memblender, cabut steker alat (gbr. 8).
Pencacah ringkas
Pencacah ringkas dimaksudkan untuk mencacah bahan seperti
kacang, daging mentah, bawang, keju keras, telur rebus, bawang
putih, rempah-rempah, roti kering, dsb.
1. Pasang unit pisau ke mangkuk pencacah (gbr. 1)
2. Masukkan bahan-bahan ke mangkuk pencacah (gbr. 2)
3. Pasang tutup pencacah pada mangkuk pencacah (gbr. 3)
4. Pasang unit motor ke tutup pencacah (bunyi ‘klik’) (gbr. 4)
