Philips User Guide for TT model Touch Screen Monitors
HID Compliant
This Philips Touch Screen monitor is HID Compliant, up to 6 touch points, with Windows Operating Systems (OS) devices.
For MAC OS, a touch driver and license key are required. For Android, Chrome and Linux, a configuration change is
required.
Windows
For Calibration or any change in touch screen settings, please click (or copy and paste into a browser) the following link
to download the Windows OS version of the PulseIRUtility file. http://bit.ly/PulseWindowsOS
•Unzip into a separate folder
•In the folder, click on PulseIRController Application to get started.
CALIBRATION
To calibrate via the PulseIRController application, click on the CALIBRATE icon and touch each target as the targets
appear on the touch screen monitor. Click on APPLY when calibration is completed.

MAC OS
When connecting your touch screen to a MAC OS device, single touch functionality will be available after a configuration
change.
For multi-touch functionality, a touch driver and license key will be required to be installed. Please email
[e-mail] or call 802-874-0123 Option 2 for assistance.
CONFIGURATION change:
Please click (or copy and paste into a browser) the following link to download the MAC OS version of the PulseIRUtility
file. http://bit.ly/PulseMacOS
•Extract the Utility file
•Click on PulseIRController to install / open the application
•Set the “TOUCH MODE” option to “AUTO” and click on Apply

CALIBRATION: (MAC OS continued)
•To Calibrate, click on the CALIBRATION icon and press each target as the targets appear on the touch screen
monitor.
•Click on APPLY once calibration process is complete.
Android, Chrome, Linux
Touch drivers are not required for Android, Chrome or Linux OS devices. A configuration change is required.
The following versions of Linux OS have been tested for compatibility:
Kernel 2.6.35 or later version/ GNOME 2.28 or later version
Redhat 6.0 or later version
Ubuntu 8.10 or later version
Debian 5.04 or later version
Fedora 12 or later version
JAVA 1.6 or higher version must be installed.
Important notes:
•Most Linux kernels that supports HID devices will work properly.
•A Windows OS device is required to make the configuration changes via the PulseIRController application.

PulseIRUtility file http://bit.ly/PulseWindowsOS
•Unzip the Utility file in a separate folder
•Click on PulseIRController to open the application
•Set the “TOUCH MODE” option to “STYLUS” and click on Apply
•Settings are saved in the touch screen, not in the operating system
