•Remove the Bucket assy and Accessory cover assy (17)
including the accessories.
•To remove buttons (20, 21) the Front housing (22) has
to removed first !
•Unscrew the 4 screws (C) in Front housing (22).
•To remove the Front housing start on side of the Hose
inlet to unlock the clicknocks, with your hands or a
screwdriver.
•Then the clicknocks on the sides and at the Motor
housing, after the clicknocks have come loose pull the
Front housing upwards.
•Turn the appliance.
•Remove Exhaust grill assy (19) and Exhaust filter (18)
(on the bottom).
•Turn the appliance back again.
To remove the Buttons
•Use a screwdriver, start on the front side (Fronthousing-
side), lift up, then pull upwards and by pushing with your
thumb.
Disassembly- and Reassembly advice

•Take out Light box cover (25) and Light box (24) (both
are not screwed).
•Unscrew the 6 screws (D) to remove Back housing assy
(26) including Handle (23).
•Pull the Back housing upwards with force.
•Disconnect the wires coming from the handle
(2 connectors).
•If necessary Valve assy (27) can be replaced.
•Remove the Cordwinder lever (38).
•Disconnect the wires from the PCB, unscrew the 2 scews
(J) to remove PCBA (36).
•Remove Cordwinder cover (34).
•Unscrew the 4 screws (E) to remove the Motor housing.
Two on top of the Motor housing and 2 from the bottom
of the appliance.
Disassembly- and Reassembly advice

•Motor filter Frame (28) can be removed by unscrewing
the 3 screws (F).
•The Separation wall (42) can be removed from the
Motor housing by unscrewing the 2 screws (K). It is also
attached with one of the screws F.
To reassemble
•First place the Cordwinder assy.
Remark: check if rewinding is working !!!
•When replacing the Cordwinder cover:
Start at the backside, then click on the frontside.
