1. Click the Wireless Network
dropdown menu
2. Select SIM
3. Change Country to USA (310)
and click Set
4. If your cellular provider did not
provide you with a custom APN:
a) Set the APN to Managed
Internet APN.
5. If your cellular provide did provide
with a customAPN
1. Set the APN to Customer
APN and enter the
correspondingAPN code
6. Click Apply

1. Click the Status dropdown menu,
and select Radio
2. Check the signal level.A strong
signal is between -50 and -80 dbm
1. Move the TC Router as
necessary to achieve a better
signal
3. Verify Packet data is online 1

TC Router Setup: Troubleshooting
If the TC router is offline
or does not have a
strong signal after setup,
try rebooting the Router
1. Click the System
dropdown menu
2. Select Reboot
3. Click Reboot NOW
4. Wait ~2 minutes and
check the signal
