INSTALLATION
3.1 OPERATING SOFTWARE (APP)
The operating software for the hymn board is already
pre-installed by us and is started via the APP „RemoteXY“
(we put it on page 1). In this app (RemoteXY) you will nd
the icon with the label „Liedanzeige“ (hymn board), which
enables the actual communication with the song display.
It is a fully-edged tablet that you can of course use in all
available applications.
However, please make sure that the APP installed by us
is retained in any case.
If you accidentally delete the app, we are of course happy
to help. We ask for your understanding that this is outside
the scope of the guarantee.
Please press the button „Liedanzeige“ (hymn board) - the display „Connecting“ will now appear briey - che-
cking the connection to the gateway.
The gateway (radio transmitter) serves as a connection from the tablet to the receiver of the hymn boards
and is also mandatory for starting the operating software.
You are now automatically in the entry mode of page 1.
If this is not the case, check possible causes of the error as described in Appendix B.

1. FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
1.1. ENTERING INPUTS
A total of 20 memory locations (2 lines each) are available on pages 1 to 4.
The hymn board HYMN-1-APP allows you to use the full cha-
racter set of the tablet including special characters, upper and
lower case. Each line is limited to 5 digits. Only HYMN-1-40 and
1-70 hymn boards cannot distinguish between upper and lower
case due to the smaller letter height. This means that if you use
a HYMN-1-140 APP as the main board for example, you will see
the board there exactly as on the tablet, but at the same time only
capital letters in the choir display.
Tapping on the corresponding eld takes you to the input mode
(on-screen keyboard). For further information on using the key-
board, please refer to the tablet‘s original operating instructions.

Please be sure to press the SAVE button (top right) after entering the song number.
In order for you to see the entry(s) on the LED board, you must set the desired line to ACTIVE.
To do this, press song number “1”.

1.2 RECORDING IN MEMORY 1 TO 4
The procedure for recording memories is the same as for individual recording (1.1).
Up to 20 displays are available in the 4 memories.
You can also make the recordings in the parish ofce or at home, but please note that you must take the radio
transmitter with you in any case. This prepares your entries for output on the hymn board and must be in
operation when recording. Otherwise the APP would give you the error message „disconnected“ and not
forward you to the input elds.
1.3 RETRIEVING SAVED SUBMISSIONS
After recording and SAVING all entries and, if necessary, selecting the color with „F“, you can now send all
data to the displays during the service with just one keystroke. Press „1“ (the red control button lights up);
the rst song number appears on the hymn board. To call up the „2“ and more, you only have to press the
„Next“ button. The red control button now automatically jumps to “2”, etc.
1.4 SCROLLING THE SAVED INDICATIONS ( PAGE 4)
A very practical option to give the parish the opportunity to BEFORE the service prepare hymn books.
2. ADJUSTMENT OF DISPLAY COLOR / MENU F
You have the option of designing EVERY display line separately in countless RGB colors.
To do this, go to the „COLOR“ menu - as shown in the function overview.
You can choose different colors for the song number and verse.
The song numbers/verses are displayed continuously in the order
entered. The software checks your entries and only outputs occupi-
ed elds. For example, if you have stored data for No. 1 to No. 7, the
run at No. 7 automatically jumps back to No. 1.
It will show No.1 (for 2 seconds) and then song number/verse (for 20
seconds) No. 2 song number/verse etc. The duration of the display is
set like this as standard. An adaptation to your wishes can be made
by us. If, for example, no text was entered in line song 5, i.e. the eld
is empty, the run will always only be displayed from 1 to 4, and then
it will start again from the beginning. It is therefore essential to
avoid empty memory locations between the recorded song numbers.
As soon as the service begins, it is essential to set the throughput to OFF so that only the current song num-
ber/verse can be released for display by the organist, for example.

color intensity of the display (bright/dark). You can see the result of your choice in the inner circle.

3. BASIC SETTINGS / TIMER / MENU C „CONFIG“
3.1 SETTING THE DISPLAY DURATION (TIMER FUNCTION)
In normal mode, the display of the entered text will be shown on the LED DISPLAY until you make a selec-
tion either by song number or „next“. In addition, the software enables you to generate the display duration
via a timer function.
To do this, use the C button to go to the CONFIGURATION menu

ding on the incidence of light on the display. In automatic mode, EACH of the displays may adjust itself separate-
