SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
1. Always wear eye protecon as well as chemical resistant gloves. Other personal
protecve equipment, such as dust or fresh-air mask and overalls should be worn when
necessary. Dust produced when working can be dangerous to your health, inammable
or explosive. Always wear appropriate protecve equipment.
2. Always read carefully the safety data sheet of the resin used to impregnate liner before rst use. Always follow
the resin and liner supplier instrucons for use.
3. Before each use inspect the equipment carefully for any damage. Change damaged parts immediately.
4. When impregnang the lining, it is very important that it is supported on a stable, even surface at all mes. The
liner is easiest to impregnate evenly with Liner Glider when the process is done on sucient size table.
5. If the working environment is extremely hot, use ice or other coolants to increase the working me of the mixed
resin. Check the instrucons from the resin manufacturer for detailed informaon.
6. Ensure that the resin mixing and impregnaon areas are properly venlated before using the equipment. The
operator must wear air respirator system if the working space does not have sucient enough venlaon to
avoid inhalaon of potenally harmful vapors.
7. Only use this equipment with the accessories and spare parts oered by the Picote Soluons. Accessories and
spare parts should only be used in the manner intended and as described by the Picote Soluons.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before operaon:
• Before beginning to impregnate the liner, always make sure that the working area
is properly venlated or use an air respirator system.
• Ensure enough space and even surface for use of Picote Liner Glider.
• Always read and understand the resin safety data sheet before rst use.
• Use proper chemical resistant gloves when handling the resin.
• Select the correct size silicone rings for the liner. See your liner manufacturer data sheets for more
informaon.
• If work takes place in warm condions, make sure you have ice or other coolants available to ensure
sucient working me for preparing and installing the lining.
During work:
• Do not overll the lining to be impregnated. Add the resin in a controlled manner and use the Liner
Glider to spread the resin evenly inside the lining.
• The lining needs to be properly weed out. Dry locaons will create weak points in structure aer the
liner is cured. Check the prepared lining carefully, ensuring that the colour of the lining is constant
throughout its length.
• Avoid using too much resin to avoid possible spills and excess resin slugs in the rehabilitated pipe.
