Der Cadillac oder Rehabilitation Table, wie ihn J.H.
Pilates genannt hat, ist das zweitwichtigste Gerät, das
im Pilates Studio verwendet wird.
Der Cadillac ist im Wesentlichen ein metallischer
Rahmen an dem Sprungfedern und andere
Zusatzgeräte in den unterschiedlichsten Winkeln und
Höhen angebracht werden können.
Die Standard-Ausrüstung umfasst eine Reihe von
Sprungfedern unterschiedlichen Widerstands. Die
horizontale gepolsterte Liegefläche des Cadillac
befindet sich in 60 Zentimeter Höhe vom Boden
gemessen. Dies ermöglicht auch älteren Personen
oder Personen, deren Motorik beeinträchtigt ist, sich
problemlos auf dem Cadillac auszustrecken.
Der Cadillac bietet außerdem drei weitere integrierte
Zusatzgeräte: das Trapez, den Rolling Back Bar und
den Tower.

The Cadillac or Rehabilitation Table, as J.H. Pilates
called it, is the second most important apparatus.
The Cadillac is essentially a metallic frame on wich
various springs and other accessories can be fixed at
different angles and heights.
The standard equipment features a series of springs
that give different levels of resistance.
The horizontal table-top is 60 cm high on the ground
and enables even the elderly, or those suffering from
motory deficiency, to lie down easily.
The Cadillac features three integrated accessories: the

Es wird an einer verschiebbaren queren INOX Stange
zwischen den oberen Seitenstangen des metallischen
Rahmens montiert und ermöglicht unter anderem ein
exzentrisches Muskeltraining der hinteren

gepolstertes hölzernes Brett, das am Ende der
horizontalen Liegefläche positioniert wird und eine
korrekte und sichere Stellung der Füße wahrend der
Ausführung spezifischer Übungen ermöglicht.

Vor Einrichtung des Gerätes muss folgendes
geprüft werden:
Untersuchung des Raums, wo das Gerät benutzt
werden soll: der Fußboden muss regelmäßig,
gerade und rutschfest sein. Das Gerät könnte sonst
unstabil sein.
Das Gerät muss in einem Raum ohne schnelle
Temperatur- bzw. Feuchtigkeitswechsel (z.B. nicht
im Freien, nah an Wärmequellen, Heizkörpern etc.)
benutzt oder –wenn nicht verwendet –aufbewahrt
werden. Andernfalls könnten die Holzstruktur
beschädigt und die Funktionsfähigkeit und
Sicherheit des Gerätes gefährdet werden.
Prüfung auf Gewicht und Größe: der Fußboden
muss das gesamte Gewicht von Gerät und
Verwender tragen können (siehe Anlage B).
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass es in jeder Richtung
mindestens 1 Meter Freiraum gibt. Der Verwender
muss alle Übungen ausführen können, ohne
Gefahr zu laufen, gegen Wände oder Gegenstände
zu stoßen.
Das Gerät muss ausschließlich in Räumen benutzt
werden, wo der Zugang zum Gerät unter der
Kontrolle des Besitzers steht.
Auch vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät
Kindern und unbefugten bzw. unqualifizierten
Personen keinesfalls zugänglich ist.
Man muss pflichtgemäß darauf hinweisen, dass die
Benutzung von Fitnessgeräten jeglicher Art
potenziell gefährlich ist ohne Beisein eines
qualifizierten Lehrers, der dem Benutzer zu den
angemessenen Übungen raten und damit Unfälle
vermeiden kann.
Die angegebene Tragkraft muss auf keinen Fall
überschritten werden. Jede Beanspruchung muss
ausschließlich der korrekten Übungsausführung

perché altrimenti la struttura in legno potrebbe
danneggiarsi e inficiare la funzionalità e la
sicurezza dello stesso.
Controllo delle dimensioni e del peso: il pavimento
deve poter reggere il peso dell’attrezzo sommato a
quello dell’utilizzatore (Vedi Allegato B).
Assicuratevi che ci sia almeno 1 metro di spazio in
ogni direzione e che comunque lo spazio sia
sufficiente per l’esecuzione di qualsiasi esercizio, in
modo che chi lo usa non corra il pericolo di urtare
muri od oggetti nelle vicinanze.
Assicuratevi che l’area dove l’attrezzo verrà
collocato sia costantemente sotto il controllo del
proprietario o del responsabile della gestione dei
locali.
L’ utilizzo dell’ attrezzo deve avvenire solamente in
ambienti dove l’accesso all’attrezzo sia sotto il
controllo del proprietario.
Assicuratevi inoltre che bambini e persone non
qualificate o non autorizzate non abbiano accesso
all’attrezzo per qualsiasi ragione.
E’ doveroso avvisare che è potenzialmente
pericoloso utilizzare qualsiasi attrezzatura da
ginnastica da soli, senza la guida di un Istruttore
qualificato che possa consigliare gli esercizi
opportuni e così prevenire eventuali infortuni.
Before you install the equipment you must check:
Check the space where you are going to use the
equipment.
The floor should have a regular and not slippery
surface.
The tool must be used in, or when not in use,
stored in an atmosphere not subject to dramatic
changes in humidity or temperature; otherwise the
wooden structure could be damaged and
functionality and safety compromised.
Check the size and weight: your floor must be able
to support the equipment and the user’s weight
(attached B).
Make sure that there is one-meter-long space in
each direction, so you can do your exercise without
bumping against wall or objects.
The area where you put the equipment should be
constantly under the owner’s supervision.
The use of the tool must only occur in places where
access to it is under the owner control.
Make sure that children and unauthorized persons
cannot gain access to the equipment.
Using gym equipment by yourself can be
dangerous.
A qualified instructor should guide you and provide
advice on suitable exercises and accident
prevention.
Maximum weight mustn’t be overtaken.
Pilates Certified Teacher is the only suitably-
qualified professional who can advice on using this
equipment with maximum safety.

Die Basis des GS-Zeichens bildet das deutsche
Gerätesicherheitsgesetz. Die Abkürzung „GS“ steht
nämlich für „geprüfte Sicherheit“.
Gewöhnlich werden die Sicherheitsaspekte eines

Das GS-Zeichen ist freiwillig. Es wird auf einem

Der TÜV Rheinland prüft ein Produktsample

Sein Endziel bzw. Schwerpunkt ist es, dass die

Einige Beispiele dafür sind besonders scharfe Kanten

Verbraucher –Gebrauchsanweisungen, die

besteht darin, die Fertigungsprozesse zu überwachen.

Pilatech garantiert, dass alle Geräte aus neuer
Produktion frei von Herstellungsfehlern bezüglich der
verwendeten Materialien und Montageverfahren sind.
Jedes Gerät wird im Rahmen der notwendigen
Prüfungstests einzeln vormontiert und getestet.
Die Pilatech-Garantie ist ab dem Datum der
Kaufrechnung für 2 Jahre gültig.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind
verschleißanfällige Teile. Ebenfalls von der Garantie
ausgeschlossen sind die Sitzbänke.
Fehler, Mängel und Nichtübereinstimmung des

Das Sicherheitsniveau und die Leistungsfähigkeit des
Gerätes können nur dank einer periodischen und
regelmäßigen Inspektion aller Komponente behalten
werden.
Jeder festgestellte Schaden, Bruch oder Verschleiß
muss sofort der Firma Pilatech S.r.l. mitgeteilt werden,
die das Ersatzteil oder einen Techniker des
Kundendienstes schicken wird.
Inzwischen muss das Gerät nicht benutzt werden.
Insbesondere müssen die Komponenten und der
Montagezustand folgender Teile überholt werden:

essere mantenuta esclusivamente con un attenzione

Ogni danno, rottura o usura, eventualmente riscontrato

l’invio del pezzo da sostituire o per accordare un uscita
di assistenza.
Nel frattempo l’attrezzo deve rimanere inutilizzato.
Nello specifico devono essere periodicamente valutati i
componenti e lo stato di assemblaggio di:

If you find any damage, breach or defect, please inform
Pilatech Srl as soon as possible to agree to replace the
part or ask for an attendance service.
In the meantime the tool must not be used.

Struktur: der Holzteil muss mit einem
angefeuchteten Tuch und weniger Neutralseife
geputzt werden.
Benutzen Sie kein alkoholhaltiges oder aggressives
Produkt.
Benutzen Sie einen Pinsel, um alle Winkel zu
erreichen und abzustauben.
Metallteile: normalerweise brauchen die Metallteile
keine Wartung. Um diese Bestandteile zu putzen,
benutzen Sie dasselbe Tuch, das für den Holzteil
benutzt wird.
Tower mit Eckverbindungen: Sie müssen keinen
der Teile schmieren. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig

comunque aggressivi.
Utilizzare un pennello per raggiungere tutti i recessi
e liberarli dalla polvere eventualmente accumulata.
Parti in metallo: Le parti in metallo abitualmente
non necessitano di alcuna manutenzione. Per la
pulizia usare lo stesso panno usato per il legno.
Perni Barra Tower: Non è necessario lubrificare
nessun componente.
Controllare frequentemente lo stato degli anelli di
ancoraggio delle molle e dei perni inseriti nei
montanti di supporto.
Ad ogni minimo segno di usura o dubbio di non
sicurezza la tower deve essere sostituita.
Cinghie: massima attenzione per lo stato di usura
delle corde e delle cuciture delle cinghie. Sostituire
al minimo dubbio sulla tenuta.
Selleria: Anche la selleria deve essere pulita con
un panno umido e una minima quantità di sapone
neutro.
Structure: the wooden part must be cleaned with a
damp cloth and a neutral soap.
Never use alcoholic or aggressive products.
Use a brush to eliminate powder in recesses.
Metal parts: metal parts usually do not need any
maintenance. For cleaning use the same cloth
used for the wood.
Tower Bar Pivots: do not lubricate any
components.
Check frequently the state of springs anchorage
rings and pivots inserted in the support uprights.
If you notice any sign of wear or you have any
doubts about safety, the Tower must be
substituted.
Straps and belts: pay attention to the wear on
straps and belts. Change them in case of eccessive
and dangerous wear.
Upholstery: also this part must be cleaned with a
damp cloth and neutral soap. Alcoholic and
aggressive products can remove the surface’s
protective film.
Screws: periodically check the holding state of all
the screws. Use equipment instruments if

Achtung!
Dieser Zusammensetzungsprozess wurde schon im
Labor von den Technikern der Firma Pilatech
durchgeführt. Jedes Gerät wurde vor der
Beförderung einzeln getestet.
Jedes eventuelle Problem bei der
Zusammensetzung ist schon aufgelöst worden.
Holz ist ein „lebendiges“ material und erfährt einige
Veränderungen der Größe, wenn sich die
Temperatur oder die Luftfeuchtigkeit ändern.
Daher könnte die Einspannung der verschiedenen
Bestandteile manchmal ein wenig schwierig sein.
Um die Schrauben oder die Holzteile nicht zu
beschädigen, befolgen Sie die Anweisungen, ohne
di Komponente hineinzudrücken.
Eventuelle kleine Zeichen auf der Lackierung, wo
die Befestigungselemente und die Schrauben

variazioni di dimensioni con il variare della
temperatura e dell’umidità ambientale.
E’ possibile perciò che, a volte, l’incastro tra i vari
componenti possa essere leggermente difficoltoso.
Seguite le istruzioni senza forzare per non
danneggiare la viteria o le parti in legno.
Eventuali piccoli segni sulla verniciatura nei punti
dove sono inseriti i mezzi di fissaggio e le viti sono
dovuti a questa procedura condotta presso i nostri
laboratori.

Wood is a natural material and endures variations
of dimensions with varying of the temperature and

Öffnen Sie Schachtel Nr 1L und nehmen
Sie den Vorder- und Mittelteil aus der
Verpackung.
Stellen Sie diese wie im Bild gezeigt
zusammen.
Bei der Ausrichtung stimmen die Bolzen
und Schlösser überein. Der Pfeil musss
in die angezeigte Richtung zeigen.

The catches must be aligned with their
holes.
Arrow must be in the indicated direction.

push all the way in, until the distance is
few millimetres long.
