experience has designed the hand held device which is ultra-portable. The Compact Product is

Convenient to carry around and can sterilize anytime & anywhere which kills COVID-19 on large

everyday items, devices or surfaces with an easy reach.

Ultraviolet light has been used from decades to stop microorganisms spread that cause diseases.

So, in today’s life the most dangerous virus behind the pandemic is COVID-19.

Does UV light kill Coronavirus?

And the answer is Yes! but the main focus is that, the right dosage of UV light should be fed to the

virus.

Ultraviolet is that part of electromagnetic radiation bounded by the lower wavelength extreme of the

visible spectrum and the upper end of the X-ray radiation band. The spectral range of ultraviolet

radiation is, by definition between 100 and 400nm (1nm=10-9m) and is invisible to human eyes. UV

spectrum is subdivided into three bands:

1) UV-A (long-wave)from 315 to 400 nm

2) UV-B (medium-wave)from 280 to 315 nm

3) UV-C (short-wave)from 100 to 280 nm

UV-C is a type of ultraviolet light that has wavelengths between 200 –280 nanometres (nm). Light

within those wavelengths can be used for disinfection any surfaces or things around you.

disinfection of the COVID-19.

the Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), Ribonucleic acid (RNA) and proteins of the microbe. The targeted

area which is exposed to UV light causes the formation of Thymine dimers which acts as an anti-

growth for organisms. When this growth increases, it starts to damage the DNA from inside which

is known as Cellular Mutation. This process is non-repairable and therefore damages the organism

at an extensive rate and it dies. At this stage the growth of organisms is stopped, DNA replication is

stopped which results to no spread rate. Cells that cannot replicate, cannot infect. The technical

term for this is “Deactivation.”

4. INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL & OPERATE THE PRODUCT

1. The CoKey has Single Power Button for both ON and OFF. Press and hold the Power Button

for 2 seconds. The CoKey Battery Indicator turns ON immediately and status Indicator will be

RED which indicates The CoKey is ready.

2. Single press on Same Power Button enables Safe Mode, where The CoKey starts sterilization

based on the holding angle i.e., less than 45 on Horizontal and Vertical Planes. Single press

again will come back to IDLE State.

3. Double Press on Power Button, IDLE State enters to Free Running Mode, Customer should

pay enough attention in this Mode for Safety. During this Mode the Status Indicator starts to

Blink.

4. During Free Running Mode the UV LED's are ON and Sterilization process is continued till

Single Press on Power Button, where CoKey switches back to IDLE Mode.

5. Once it comes to IDLE Mode, the CoKey rests for 2-3 seconds and Turns OFF automatically.

Note: The CoKey Automatically enters Standby when the Temperature of the UVC LEDs are >60

during Continuous Operations in any Mode. Wait for (6-10 minutes) few minutes before using it again.

5. SAFETY WARNINGS & MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

Pincore’s The Cokey product utilizes Germicidal Ultraviolet (UV-C) LED’s. Germicidal UVC’s are

used in products produce ultraviolet wavelengths lethal to microorganisms in the air and on

surfaces. At NO time should products be permitted to operate with humans, animals, or plants

present in the operation area.

Even with the benefits provided, germicidal ultraviolet pose imminent danger if used without

taking the proper precautions. You MUST avoid exposure to direct or reflected germicidal

ultraviolet rays, since they cause painful eye irritation and reddening of the skin.

1. UVC is dangerous to humans. Remember to avoid direct exposure to UVC, especially skin

and eyes.

2. Avoid exposure to direct or reflected germicidal ultraviolet rays. Germicidal ultraviolet

rays are harmful to the eyes and skin.

3. Keep the product out of reach of children.

4. Always disconnect power to the equipment and unplug before using.

5. Do not operate without proper knowledge about the product.

6. Do not alter the construction or design of the product.

7. Do not use equipment for other than its intended purpose, as described in the manual.

8. Do not operate product if the power cord and/or plug are damaged, or if any other damage

to the unit is visible or suspected.

9. Product should be protected from the elements and from temperatures below freezing.

3. My Eyes May get damage If I Accidentally turn the CoKey towards eyes during

sterilization?

- No Worries! We have added a Tilt Sensor as soon as it rotates 45 Degree

automatically it turns off the UV at on Condition
