refrigeration unit and heaters
• Coils are mounted on sides and
ends of cold pan
• All 1,000 watt heating elements are
installed under bottom of the well
•Ice cooled and mechanically refrigerated/
ice cooled units are designed to be used
with ice. Mechanical refrigeration is added to
retard the melting of the ice.
