The Original Piper Hot Box is the perfect food transporter
and meal storage unit for keeping food at appetizing serving
temperatures, especially in a situation when external power
is not readily available. Fully insulated, it can be used with
Canned Fuel for transport of hot food items, or with dry ice
for delivering cold foods. It is also available in AC or DC
powered versions for complete versatility.
It is lightweight and easy to clean. Construction consists of
a strong textured aluminum exterior and a smooth, easily
cleaned aluminum interior. A heavy-duty aluminum frame
is incorporated for exceptional strength and rigidity, yet it
weighs only 25 lbs when empty. The Hot Box is fully insulated
to ensure even temperatures.

Piper’s Enclosed Rack offers a cooling rack for product
coming out of the oven while providing merchandising to
display product. Removable doors and tray glides allow
for easy cleaning and maintenance.
STANDARD FEATURES
Includes wider spacing between glides to eliminate
possibility of slicing tops of rolls when sliding pans in
and out - 3-1/4” spacing
Units will hold 18 of the 18” x 26” standard sheet pans
or 36 of the 18” x 13” half size sheet pans
Side glides and bottom are removable for ease of
cleaning, simply lift up and out
Magnetic closure adjustable for tight fitting door
Sturdy framed doors provide strength and attractive
clarity
Adjustable vent at top of unit to relieve excess heat
Four 5” heavy-duty non-marking swivel casters, front
include brakes
Removable doors lift off for easy access during busy

CONSTRUCTION
The cabinet frame shall be constructed of 1”x 1”, .063, square
tube aluminum. The cabinet wrapper shall be .063 PVC
coated aluminum. There shall be four removable interior side
racks constructed of aluminum tubing with .063, 1” x 1.5”
angle glides welded on 3.25” spacing. Cabinet doors shall be
constructed of clear coat anodized aluminum extrusion with
lexan inserts. Cabinet shall have two separate compartments
with removable doors and magnetic enclosures. Top
compartment shall be vented.

Econoline Cabinets from Piper Products may be just the
thing. Built to demanding Piper specifications, these
cabinets provide most of the same great features found
on our heavy-duty cabinets. Though constructed without
some of the cosmetic enhancements and touches of our
standard cabinets, the Econoline series still provides
the service and reliability you’ve come to expect from
all Piper products. They are offered in three of our most
popular sizes to work flawlessly along side your other
equipment.
STANDARD FEATURES
Base is a solid bottom constructed of .090” aluminum,
rolled edge acts as built in bumper
Two 12-gauge aluminized steel reinforcing channels
attach the casters and support the bottom panel
Frame consist of four extruded channels 1-1/2” x 5/8” x
.094” aluminum. Corners have .190 channel supports
for reinforcement
Single pan top constructed of one .080” thick

aluminum panel, fully welded corners
Glides are channels spaced on 1-1/2” centers with 5/8”

Piper Transport Cabinets are built extra-strong to
withstand the rigors of transporting bakery and food
service products. A welded bottom ensures rigidity as
well as permits forklift loading and unloading. Heavyduty
plate casters promote easy mobility, and with many sizes
to choose from, storage space will never be a problem.

food management options. Easily stacked on top of each
other, the cabinets’ unique design keeps them securely
together. When used on a dolly, these cabinets offer the
