Step 1.0
Assemble one like this.
Note: While there are three Fixed
Shelves (36076) specified in this
step, only one will have the Channel
(36119) installed using five #12 x
3/4" Pan Head Screws (17352) and
five Fender Washers (17986). The
channel will be slightly off-center
on the shelf when it’s lined up with
the predrilled holes. This will not
be a problem as the bracket is for
support only and does not have to
line up with any other parts.
The other two fixed shelves are
used for the top and bottom of
the cabinet, so they will not have a
channel attached. Make sure these
fixed shelves are mounted with the
predrilled holes facing the outside
of the cabinet.

Step 1.1
Note: Be sure to assemble the fixed shelf with the channel facing toward
the bottom of the Right Side (40359).
Notice that the bottom end’s three holes for mounting the shelf are farther
away from the edge than the holes at the top end are.
Note: It is recommended to assemble the cabinet facedown and
then, with help, turn it upright to install the adjustable shelves and
doors. Make sure the floor is completely clean to prevent scratching
the edgebanding during assembly and when standing it up.
