Before proceeding, make sure that the mains power supply is equipped with
adequate grounding line in accordance with current standards.
Mains - preliminary
checks before
installation
The device may not operate correctly in the presence of particularly
intense electromagnetic interference.
WARNING
Before carrying out any inspection or maintenance operations, make
sure to disconnect the power supply by removing the plug from the
power socket, if it is connected.
Maintenance
control
It is strictly forbidden to hold or transport the system by means of the
cables connected to it.
Completely avoid contact between the electrical power supply and liquids
of any kind. Contact between electrical components and lubricating oil or
flammable liquids may cause fires or explosions.
The device is powered by a built-in baery pack. Incorrect use or aempts
at tampering may cause sparks, fire or explosion. In order to preserve its
integrity and safety, do not intervene on the baery pack.
Supplying the device using power sources other than the one built in is
expressly prohibited.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES5.
Wear protective equipment according to the info below:
¦ suited to the operations that need to be performed;
¦ resistant to cleaning products.
Using the CONTROL UNIT MCO GO device does not require the
use of particular personal protective equipment.
In any case, wear equipment that is suitable for the work
environments where the device is used.
Within workshops, in any case, the following personal protective
equipment should be used:

Disconnect the power supply, or use a dry insulator to protect
yourself in the operation of moving the victim away from any
conductor. The victim must be moved away from any conductor
before touching him/her with bare hands. Seek immediate help
from trained and qualified people. Do not operate the switches
with wet hands.
Do not operate the device when tired or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Do not leave the work area while the device is operating. Turn off the device when not in use.
Ensure that the power cables are always far from transit areas, sharp edges, moving parts and hot
surfaces.
Do not alter or modify the device. Alterations or modifications to the device may invalidate its type-
approval and result in dangers to safety.
Keep children and animals far from the work area.
Observe all applicable safety regulations.

The electrical connection has to stay away from
water.
For safety reasons it is mandatory to use the
device with an RCD (maxmA).
Extension lead can be dangerous. It
recommends the use of extension cords and
appropriate use of adequate cross-section, in
accordance with regulations.

The control device comes packed in a
cardboard box bearing a label containing all the
information relating to the equipment (model,
weight, etc.).

connection cable is not damaged. Have the
cable repaired immediately by a specialist
electrician.

POSITION of important information
Adhesive labels showing the operator the
most important information are affixed to the
dispensing system. Check that these labels do
not deteriorate over time or come off.

If all or part of the label deteriorates
or comes off, please contact our
customer care department to ask for a
replacement.
NOTE
Check that the data on the
plate correspond to the desired
specifications. In the event
of any anomaly, contact the
supplier immediately, indicating
the nature of the defects. Do
not use equipment which you
suspect might not be safe.
WARNING
To open the cardboard packaging, use a pair of scissors
or a cuer, being careful not to damage the dispensing
system or its components. Open the packaging and
check that the components provided as part of the
equipment are available.
In the event that one or more of the components
described below are missing from inside the package,
please contact PIUSI S.p.A. technical support.

INTENDED USE

Intended use The CONTROL UNIT MCO GO device allows workshop
operators to display and manage work processes, with
interaction possible thanks to the touchscreen monitor.
The work process management activities require the entry of
a PIN that identifies the operator, so as to guarantee complete
traceability and accurate monitoring of access.
The device can also enable the opening of the fluid supply
control solenoid valves in the GPV 2.0 devices and installed
in the line in the workshop, so as to precisely control the
distribution of oil and other fluids.
Its functions allow a PRESET quantity to be set.
Conditions
of use
CONTROL UNIT MCO GO must be used in accordance with the
following conditions:
¦ operating temperature: -C / C;
¦ operating humidity: / RH;
Unintended use Do not operate the system for any purpose other than the purpose
described within this manual; all other use is considered “IMPROPER”
and will result in PIUSI S.p.A. disclaiming any responsibility for damage to
property, people, animals or to the system itself.

Power supply ¦ Connect CONTROL UNIT MCO GO to the power supply;
¦ connect the Ethernet cable to the RJ port of the CONTROL UNIT;
¦ position and power the GPVs ;
¦ position and power the switch PIUSI  ports;
¦ (option) position the Ethernet printer.
Wiring ¦ Wire the CONTROL UNIT to the switch PIUSI connecting the
Ethernet cable to one of the free ports of the switch;
¦ Wire the GPVs to the switch PIUSI connecting the Ethernet cable to
one of the free ports of the switch;
¦ (option) wire the printer PIUSI connecting the Ethernet cable to one of
the free ports of the switch;
What not to do ¦ Use a different switch from the one supplied by PIUSI;
¦ connect some GPVs already configured or coming from other plants,
without having first reset them to the factory values following the
procedure in the web screen of the GPVs (see dedicated manual of the
GPV 2.0);
¦ wire the devices using non-certified Ethernet cables (longer than 
meters);
INSTALLATION
Foreword The CONTROL UNIT MCO GO device has been designed and made
for installation, on the wall, using the holes provided or the adjustable
bracket available as an accessory. In any case, a safe, stable fixing must
be guaranteed.
The device requires an electrical supply, so position it in an area that can
be safely reached from a power socket.

All installations must be carried out by authorised and competent
personnel only. Authorised persons must:
¦ install the system in dry and well-ventilated place;
¦ connect the device correctly to the mains.

¦ connect to the switch PIUSI network devices not certified by PIUSI;
¦ connect more than  GPVs to the Switch.

To enable the CONTROL UNIT you need a 9-digit code "SUPER
MASTER CODE" that is provided aer registering the device on
the website portal.piusi.com.
Accessing with their own credentials, each user can register one
or more Control Units in their possession, by entering the serial
code that is located on the label, under the device.
First registration To register a new user on the PIUSI portal it is necessary to
access the website www.piusi.com, click on the PIUSI PORTAL
buon and then on "REGISTER"SIGNUP) to start the registration
of the new user on the portal.
Enter the product key (wrien on the label of the CONTROL
UNIT MCO GO body) and press "REGISTER" to proceed.
Aer registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all
the information you need to access your area on the Piusi portal,
an email containing the 9-digit SUPERMASTERCODE to be
entered when you turn on the CONTROL UNIT MCO GO and
an email with the account code of the CLOUD MCO GO service
trial version valid for 3 months (the account code is provided
only when you register the first device: for each other registered
device only the SUPER MASTER CODE will be sent).

Registration of a
new device
If you already have an account on the Piusi portal, follow the steps
below to register the new ‘PRODUCTKEY’ of the CONTROL UNIT
MCO GO:
Access the portal and enter the section “MCOGOADDLICENCE”.
Enter the PRODUCTKEY of the CONTROL UNIT to be registered and
the details of the dealer where you purchased it. Click “REGISTER” to
register the product.

In case of loss of the
SUPER MASTER CODE,
there is no automatic
recovery procedure:
contact the service so
that a new one can be
provided.
NOTE
Aer registration, an e-mail will be sent containing the
9-digit SUPERMASTERCODE to be entered when you
turn on the CONTROL UNIT MCO GO (one SUPER
MASTERCODE for each registered CONTROL UNIT
MCO GO).
Also from the portal, once all devices have been
registered, by accessing the "MCOGOPRODUCT
LIST" area you can view all the products that have
been registered, view the data of the active CLOUD
LICENSE, login to the CLOUD Soware and download
any updates available for the CONTROL UNIT MCO
GO.

BConfigure the parameters according to your preferences,
being careful to configure the correct date, time and time
zone. Press “NEXT” to continue.
CChoose how you want to configure the CONTROL UNIT. There
are two ways: you can start with a new configuration ("NEW
CONFIGURATION") or otherwise, if you have a backup of a previously
used CONTROL UNIT, you can restore its configuration ("IMPORT
FROM BACKUP").

CHOICE 1 - new configuration
DEnter the device name and workshop name. These two values will be
useful to differentiate the data coming from your device in the CLOUD
SOFTWARE MCO GO.
The field "Workshop Name" is required Press "NEXT" to go to the next
configuration.
AND If you want you can change the PIN code of the manager (by default
always 123456). Press "NEXT" to end the configuration.

CHOICE 2 – restore configuration from backup
FThe configuration is complete. If you want to start using the system
immediately press the "START" buon; otherwise, if you want to
proceed with the automatic procedure detecting the GPVs in the
system, activate the item "Discovery GPV now".
DTo start the restore procedure for a
previous configuration from backup,
insert a USB key in the CONTROL
UNIT with the last backup to
be restored loaded inside. The
procedure start automatically as
soon as a backup file is detected.
If there are multiple
configuration backups on the
USB key, the procedure will
restore the most recent backup
on the key.

AND If the backup is successfully restored, the configuration is complete.
Press "START" to start using the MCO GO system.

¦ CONTROL UNIT MCO GO is for professional use only.
¦ It is mandatory to provide the electrical connection for the device in observance of the
current regulations in the installation location.
¦ It is mandatory to adhere completely to the safety and fire regulations in force in the place
of installation.
¦ The CONTROL UNIT MCO GO device has been designed for use in a dry environment. If
it is installed outside, provide adequate protective covering.
ATTENTION
Altering or modifying the device is strictly forbidden. PIUSI S.p.A. accepts no responsibility
for damage to persons, property or the environment caused by failure to comply with this
requirement.
The installer is responsible for equipping the system with the required accessories for safe
and correct operation of the device. The selection of accessories unsuitable for use may
cause serious damage/injury to the device and/or individuals.
Do not use the device if important parts of the device, accessories or safety devices are
damaged. Make the necessary replacements and repairs immediately.
