Before proceeding, make sure that the mains power supply is equipped with
adequate grounding line in accordance with current standards.
Mains - preliminary
checks before
installation
The device may not operate correctly in the presence of particularly
intense electromagnetic interference.
WARNING
Before carrying out any inspection or maintenance operations, make
sure to disconnect the power supply by removing the plug from the
power socket, if it is connected.
Maintenance
control
It is strictly forbidden to hold or transport the system by means of the
cables connected to it.
Completely avoid contact between the electrical power supply and liquids
of any kind. Contact between electrical components and lubricating oil or
flammable liquids may cause fires or explosions.
The device is powered by a built-in baery pack. Incorrect use or aempts
at tampering may cause sparks, fire or explosion. In order to preserve its
integrity and safety, do not intervene on the baery pack.
Supplying the device using power sources other than the one built in is
expressly prohibited.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES5.
Wear protective equipment according to the info below:
¦ suited to the operations that need to be performed;
¦ resistant to cleaning products.
Using the CONTROL UNIT MCO GO device does not require the
use of particular personal protective equipment.
In any case, wear equipment that is suitable for the work
environments where the device is used.
Within workshops, in any case, the following personal protective
equipment should be used:

Disconnect the power supply, or use a dry insulator to protect
yourself in the operation of moving the victim away from any
conductor. The victim must be moved away from any conductor
before touching him/her with bare hands. Seek immediate help
from trained and qualified people. Do not operate the switches
with wet hands.
Do not operate the device when tired or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Do not leave the work area while the device is operating. Turn off the device when not in use.
Ensure that the power cables are always far from transit areas, sharp edges, moving parts and hot
surfaces.
Do not alter or modify the device. Alterations or modifications to the device may invalidate its type-
approval and result in dangers to safety.
Keep children and animals far from the work area.
Observe all applicable safety regulations.

The electrical connection has to stay away from
water.
For safety reasons it is mandatory to use the
device with an RCD (maxmA).
Extension lead can be dangerous. It
recommends the use of extension cords and
appropriate use of adequate cross-section, in
accordance with regulations.

The control device comes packed in a
cardboard box bearing a label containing all the
information relating to the equipment (model,
weight, etc.).

Never touch electrical cables with wet
hands. Do not activate the device if the
mains connection cable is damaged.
Before each use, check that the mains
connection cable is not damaged. Have the
cable repaired immediately by a specialist
electrician.

POSITION of important information
Adhesive labels showing the operator the
most important information are affixed to the
dispensing system. Check that these labels do
not deteriorate over time or come off.

If all or part of the label deteriorates
or comes off, please contact our
customer care department to ask for a
replacement.
NOTE
Check that the data on the
plate correspond to the desired
specifications. In the event
of any anomaly, contact the
supplier immediately, indicating
the nature of the defects. Do
not use equipment which you
suspect might not be safe.
WARNING
To open the cardboard packaging, use a pair of scissors
or a cuer, being careful not to damage the dispensing
system or its components. Open the packaging and
check that the components provided as part of the
equipment are available.
In the event that one or more of the components
described below are missing from inside the package,
please contact PIUSI S.p.A. technical support.

INTENDED USE

Intended use The CONTROL UNIT MCO GO device allows workshop
operators to display and manage work processes, with
interaction possible thanks to the touchscreen monitor.
The work process management activities require the entry of
a PIN that identifies the operator, so as to guarantee complete
traceability and accurate monitoring of access.
The device can also enable the opening of the fluid supply
control solenoid valves in the GPV 2.0 devices and installed
in the line in the workshop, so as to precisely control the
distribution of oil and other fluids.
Its functions allow a PRESET quantity to be set.
Conditions
of use
CONTROL UNIT MCO GO must be used in accordance with the
following conditions:

Unintended use Do not operate the system for any purpose other than the purpose
described within this manual; all other use is considered “IMPROPER”
