Congratulations and thank you
for purchasing the Pknight ATD 1024Epro (Artnet-dmx
1024Epro).It is a solid-state 2 universe RDM compatible
DMX node designed for the highest level of portability,
simplicity, and practicality.It is the perfect solution for
converting from a multitude of Ethernet-based artnet to
physical DMX and vice versa.

for windows which is contained by a USB ash disk or

problem, we should offer the same item subjuect to
goods and packing maintain perfect.

Basic Setup
Right out of the box, the ATD 1024Epro is factory
congured to be a DMX OUTPUT device, listening to the
first Art-Net Universe (0-255). It is also set as a DHCP
node, so you can plug it into your existing router, and it's
good to go.
Pknight provides a free application (available for Windows)
called Artnet-Dmx Configurator, which will find
the ATD 1024Epro on your network and display its IP
address.
The ATD 1024Epro can be configured and controlled
through a web browser, running on a computer system,
located on the same Local Area Network. Any modern
web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer,
Safari or Opera, running under any operating system,
including Mac OS X ,Windows 7/8, or Linux can be used.
It is recommended to use applications(Artnet-Dmx
Congurator) to set it up,With this feature, users need
to spend an average of only 30 seconds to complete the
setup of the device, save a lot of time and effort.

Introduction:
Artnet-Dmx Configurator is a free Windows
application that is used to manage compatible
DMX over Ethernet nodes.
The application(in the USB ash disk ) will help you
find your unit's IP address and then you can set it
up easily.
Please follow these steps:
1.Ensure that your ATD 1024Epro is hooked up
physically by an Ethernet cable
2.And connected to the same physical network (or
router) as the computer on which you will run
Artnet-Dmx Configurator.
3.Copy the application file in the usb ash disk to
the computer and open it,Then Press the Search
button, and wait till the application finds all
supported node devices on your network.A view
will appear similar to the following figure.

4.Once found, Double click ArtNet DMX2 and A
view will appear similar to the following figure.

1Device Name
is used to identify the ATD 1024Epro on
the network. Any meaningful name can be used.
2Dmx Hold time
is used to set the time to hold the dmx
when your dmx program stop running.
3IP Type:
The four type are as follows

provide the IP address to the ATD 1024Epro.

1DMX 1 UNIVERSE
is the dmx1 port of the corresponding
controller panel,
DMX 2 UNIVERSE
is the dmx2 port of
the corresponding controller panel
4OFF :by default
HTP :
Highest Takes Precedence. Channels are compared
one to one and the highest value is set on the output
LTP :
Latest Takes Precedence. The latest source is used as
the output.
Backup:
Only one source at a time,the latest source Takes
Precedence,and the rest will be backup.multiple sources will
cause a conflict and the output might have unexpected
data,so it is strongly recommended

Read-only and can not be modified. We can
only go by setting the dial Switch on the panel

5Frame Rate
at which ATD 1024Epro will output the Data
from DMX port (35 Frames per second is default). It also can
be customized from 0-40
6Unicast
is only available when port is set to Input. Any
valid IP address can be used to Unicast DMX.Send DMX to a
single IP address rather than broadcast.
Using the IP address one can access the built-in web-
interface inside the ATD 1024Epro via any modern
web-browser. The webinterface allows the settings of
the unit to be changed.
1.If the default ip of ATD 1024Epro is 2.3.201.8,we
can Manually enter ip 2.48.18.115 and subnet mask
255.0.0.0 for our computer.
ensure any ip starting with 2 and the remaining three
numbers are between 0 and 255, and the ip is not the
same as the ATD 1024Epro, It's good to go!
