I. General informa ion
The PrimeFire is a de orative applian e with real flames. Due to the innovative te hnology applied, the PrimeFire is
simple and safe to use.
II. Fuel
In order for the PrimeFire to fun tion orre tly use the re ommended FANOLA® liquid or other available on the
market and fulfilling the riteria of being a 86-96% denatured ethanol in a ordan e with the European Union
guidelines (Dire tive No. 162/2013).
Using other liquids is prohibited as it may lead to in orre t fun tioning of the devi e, damage of the devi e and/or
may ause fire or and/or health risk. The manufa turer takes no responsibility for damage aused by using prohibited
liquids su h as absolute ethanol.

III. Safe y
The PrimeFire produ es a real open fire, so, in order to use the devi e properly and safely and in order
to keep the warranty, the following safety rules should be observed.
•While installing the devi e in a ordan e with the manual one needs to observe national and lo al regulation.
•If the devi e suddenly turns off one needs to follow point „F“ of the manual.
•One needs to maintain the utmost are towards flammable materials.
•The devi e may only be used in a room with minimum ubature of 58 m

. In order to use more than one
devi e in the room one needs to provide proportionally larger ubature (for two devi es 116 m

•Operation of many applian es is only possible if the fuel flow does not ex eed 0,5l/h and a separate
ventilation of the room is ne essary.

•It is re ommended to regularly he k the safety tray for presen e of fuel. If there is fuel in the safety tray it
needs to by dried.
•The devi e is not fit for onstant operation.
•It is not permitted to use other liquids than the re ommended FANOLA®.
•Do not expose the devi e to weather onditions. The produ t is for internal use only.
•Please read the devi e installation manual to avoid pla ing the devi e in rooms with a apa ity of less than
required.
•While working, the devi e emits heat, water vapour and arbon dioxide, therefore it is ne essary to provide
proper ventilation of the interior, so that the total air ex hange is 1/h.
•During the devi e’s starting sequen e the hara teristi smell of the liquid used in the devi e or the
re ommended FANOLA® liquid.
•Do not install the devi e in areas of large drafts of air, near fans, vents, et .
•Do not pla e in areas where there might be a potentially explosive atmosphere of paint vapours, industrial
dusts, et .
•Do not use the devi e at the ambient temperature below 10°C (50° Fahrenheit) or higher than 30°C (86°
Fahrenheit).
•Install the devi e only on a flat, horizontal surfa e. Setting on an in lined surfa e an ause in orre t
operation, permanent damage to the devi e or ause fire.
•No flammable items should be pla ed in dire t onta t and within a radius of 1 m / 3.28 ft around the devi e.

•It is obligatory to have a arbon-dioxide or dry hemi al extinguisher pla ed nearby the devi e.
•The enabled devi e must not be moved. Wait for omplete fuel burn-out, dis onne t the power supply and
ool down the elements before moving the devi e.
•The devi e should not be left without adult supervision.
•Prevent handling of the devi e by persons not trained.
•Do not attempt to make hanges or repairs to the onstru tion of the devi e on your own. Repairs an be
made only by a person trained to servi e the devi e.
•Do not pour FANOLA liquid to a furna e, as it may ause damage of the devi e and ause fire. Pouring
FANOLA liquid to a burning furna e may ause a sudden ignition and an ause fire, burns and a risk to life.
•Do not heat the FANOLA liquid before starting-up the devi e.
•Do not start up the devi e if the FANOLA liquid spilled out from the ontainer.
•Do not over the working devi e as it may ause fire.
•Keep the devi e and fuel away from hildren, pets and unauthorized persons.
•FANOLA liquid is not suitable for onsumption. Avoid onta t with skin and eyes.
•Do not operate by the filler when the devi e is running.
•Do not tamper with the elements inside the furna e body at the risk of burns, damage to the devi e or fire.
•Some elements of the devi e heat up to high temperatures. Do not tou h the area of the furna e of the
devi e as it may ause burns.
•Do not pla e any de orative elements on the burner’s surfa e.
•Warning! The glowing oil temperature heats up to 1300 °C. Tou hing the devi e while it is turned on may
ause burns.
•Warning! The furna e heats up to high temperatures during operation!
•WARNING! The firs run can be made only af er proper ins alla ion of he device and reading he manual

•WARNING! Prior o moving he appliance burn he fuel ou and move he appliance slowly, in he
horizon al posi ion, avoiding shaking. There is always some fuel lef inside he device and if spilled he

IV. Opera ion
This manual ontains all the information ne essary for the proper operation of the PrimeFire. I is obliga ory o read
and keep his ins ruc ion manual. Operation of the devi e is permitted only after the devi e is properly installed
a ording to the instru tions and the manual.

1. On the ontrol panel the blue light flashes it indi ates the la k of fuel in the tank. Please refuel.
2. Refueling.

2.2. Insert the funnel.
2.3 Pour the fuel into the funnel following hese precau ions:
•During pouring be areful not to spill fuel out of the filler. If the fuel is spilled error message is displayed
go to step F, and follow the guidan e provided in the table. If he spillage
is excessive he source of power needs o be disconnec ed.
•If 5L ontainers are used to fill up, twist on the ap with the tap onto the ontainer and pour using the
funnel. To fill up use only a essories provided by the manufa turer.
2.4 Pour the fuel to the point where the blue indi ator blinks and the intermittent beep will
sound. Stop pouring! Remove the funnel.
2.5. Close the Fanola filler bolt. The green indi ator will flash on the ontrol panel. .
3. Starting the devi e. The green indi ator flashes on the ontrol panel .
3.1. Press the START / STOP button on the ontrol panel and hold for 2 se onds - You will hear a single beep.
3.2. The green indi ator will blink to indi ate start-up of the devi e, it takes a few moments for the
applian e to ignite the flame.
3.3. While the applian e is in work mode, the green indi ator goes off and the flame starts to appear. The
devi e works automati ally until they run out of fuel or disable the devi e by the user.

C. Flame size regula ion
The PrimeFire an operate in two modes: Normal and ECO. The devi e always starts with a standard flame size. The
devi e has the adjustable flame size during operation.
In order to redu e the height of the flame, press the ECO button. You will hear two beeps and the ECO button will be
highlighted. The unit is now operating in ECO mode.
To return to the normal height of the flame, press the ECO button, you will hear one beep and the ECO button
ba klight turns off. The devi e is now in normal mode.
ATTENTION! It might take a few moments for the flame to adjust.
ATTENTION! The devi e swit hes to ECO mode by itself when there is a danger of over-temperature of the devi e.
D. Device ex inguishing
Press the START/STOP button on the ontrol panel. You will hear two beeps and the red indi ator will start to blink
The blinking red indi ator means that the devi e is too hot to be restarted. When the devi e ools the message will
disappear, and depending on the amount of the fuel in the tank, either the green indi ator will flash and indi ate the
readiness for operation or the blue indi ator will indi ate the la k of the fuel.
E. Subsequen s ar up
If on the ontrol panel flashes the blue FUEL indi ator, start to run the produ t from the point B.2.
If on the ontrol panel flashes the green READY indi ator, you an:
•start to run the produ t from the point B.3.
•open the fuel filler bolt - the green READY indi ator will go off. If:
- the blue indi ator blinks and a beep sounds intermittently - the tank is full and it is not allowed to pour any
more fuel! Close the fuel filler bolt and pro eed in a ordan e with se tion B.3.
- the blue indi ators flashes - you an refuel (see se tion B.2) and turn on the devi e (see se tion B.3) or lose
the fuel filler bolt and a tivate the devi e by following the point B.3.
F. Informa ion and warning aler
In order to in rease safety, the PrimeFire is equipped with an ele troni system to keep the operation safe. In the ase
of a dangerous situation, the devi e immediately triggers alarms.

The fuel tank is full.
It is not allowed to pour any more fuel! Close the Fanola
filler bolt. The blue indi ator will turn off, the green one
will start to flash.

There was a fuel spill or
Immediately stop pouring the fuel. Remove the funnel,
dry a visible moisture. Press the START / STOP button to
turn off the sound. If he spillage is excessive he source
of power needs o be disconnec ed. With the use of the
manual pump, supplied by the manufa turer, pump out
at least 1 litre of fuel from the fuel filler. Wait at least 1
hour to evaporate the remaining moisture and then lose
the fuel filler bolt. Hold the ECO button for about 5
se onds. If the alarm message reappears, wait a little bit
longer until the rest of the moisture evaporates. If the
message reappears, onta t your servi e provider.

V. Cleaning and main enance
Swit h off the devi e before leaning. Wait until the temperature of the devi e gets lose to the ambient temperature.
To maintain appropriate te hni al ondition of the devi e, please observe the following rules:
• La quer oating the furna e is not resistant to abrasion. It is not re ommended to
wipe the surfa e.
• Clean the furna e with a soft loth and water to avoid ausing ra ks and s rat hes
When pur hasing and dozing leaners, be sure to prote t the environment and omply with the re ommendations of
manufa turers.
It is forbidden to lean the inside of the devi e by unauthorized persons.
The manufa turer does not foresee a situation where it will be ne essary to lean elements not normally available.
The manufa turer is not liable for damage resulting from:
 improper operation (non-manual)
 self-dismantling
 attempts to modify
 using other liquids than those re ommended in point II. Fuel .
VI. Disposal and recycling
The produ t is equipped with parts made of aluminium, steel, plasti s and ele troni s. If you need to dispose of the
devi e, follow the terms of disposal and re y ling in for e in your ountry.
Moreover, dispose of the empty Fanola ontainers should be dumped to plasti waste baskets.
Most of the materials used in Planika applian es an be re y led.
