DESCRIPTION
Use either end of the
adapter to mount a
device, such as a studio
light, ash head, or
umbrella bracket.
The adapter can be used
vertically or horizontally.

Note: Some studio ash
heads or umbrella brackets
slide all the way over this
mount area and fasten in
place with a locking clamp.
• Tighten to lock each
section in place.
• Loosen to extend or
shorten each section.
• Tighten to lock the leg
positions.
• Loosen to position the
legs.

4Loosen each section knob, then extend each
section to the length you want and tighten
the knobs.
5Attach your studio light, ash head, umbrella,
or other device to the mounting screw.

USING YOUR LIGHT STAND
1Loosen the leg position knob.
2Pull outward on the legs and set upright.
3Move the legs to the position you want, then
tighten the leg position knob.
