The Plextor M5S 6 Gb/s SSD puts the legendary power and high performance of a Plextor SSD inside any PC workstation. It has
random read/write speeds of 73,000/70,000 IOPS with sequential read/write speeds of 520/390 MB/s. The hard-working M5S is
an SSD that provides sustained high performance without slowing down and delivers consistent speeds for all types of data.
Setting a new standard in entry-level SSDs, the M5S’s long-term high performance gives users the fast storage they need to boot,
save, and load almost instantaneously.
With Plextor’s exclusive firmware technology and server-grade controller chip, the M5S SSD is able to deliver stable data transfer
speeds over the long term. In actual use, it is able to achieve like-new performance even after intense activity.
The M5S is designed with a high random read/write speed and consistent performance when working with non-compressible data
