Do not use damaged power cords, plugs, or loose outlets.
Power
Do not pull out the cord or touch the power plug with wet
hands.
Be careful not to damage the power cord by bending it excessively
or pressing it with heavy objects.
Unplug the power cord when there is a thunder, lightning, or when
not in use for a long period of time.
Always check if the power cord is completely plugged in.
Connect this product to AC power within the range indicated on
the rating label. If you need assistance, please contact us or an
authorized service representative.
If the product is exposed to rain or liquid, it may damage parts
and cause a fire or electric shock. Therefore, unplug the product
without turning on the product, and then request service from
an authorized service person.
Immediately after using the product, some parts inside the product may
be very hot. Wait at least 15 minutes for the product to cool before
touching any parts inside the product.
Use and handling
If there is dirt or water on the power plug, remove it completely
and dry it sufficiently for at least 20 minutes before use.
Cleaning
Be sure to clean after unplugging the power plug, and do not
spray water directly or wipe with benzene or thinner.
If the power cord is peeled or damaged, do not use it as it
may cause electric shock or fire.

Do not install in humid, dusty places, or places exposed to water
(rainwater).
Installation/storage
Do not place candles, cigarette light, etc. on the product or
install it near a hot air balloon.
Keep the product away from flammable liquids, gases and
aerosols.
Do not install the product in a location that may block or
interfere with the product’s ventilation openings.
When installing the product, be sure to install it with the power plug
disconnected from the outlet.
(It may damage the power cord and cause fire or electric shock due
to heat generation.)
Do not place water containers, chemicals, or small metal objects
on the product.
Etc.
If the product emits a strange sound, smell, or smoke,
immediately unplug the power cord and contact the place
of purchase.
Do not disassemble, repair or remodel it.
Do not remove covers or protective devices that are fastened
with screws.
If you put your hand inside the product, do not perform any
operation that may cause the product to operate.
Clean and maintain only as instructed in the instructions
provided with this product.
Ventilation holes of the product are essential for ventilation,
and if blocked, there is a risk of overheating and fire.
Do not install this product built-in in a location with poor
ventilation.
Make sure the code is handled well to avoid tripping over it.
Do not place the product in direct sunlight. It may cause
malfunction.

First of all, thank you for choosing our NR series.
This product is a retransfer card printer that prints images and texts worked on a computer on the
surface of a film and then heats them with the pre-printed film on a PVC card.
It supports not only magnetic cards designed to allow users to issue cards according to the required
specifications in a short time, but also IC cards and RF card issuance functions (option) in accordance
with the trend of the times, and also to meet the needs of various customers. Data such as various bar
codes, magnets, and photos can be easily edited/printed by linking with Excel.
This device is suitable not only for financial systems, but also for membership cards of various
membership and bonus card systems, and other employee IDs and passes, and provides quick
service with higher mobility by printing directly on the user’s PVC card. Do it.

Ribbon recovery core knob
Name Description

1. Hold the card Hopper and pull it in the direction of the arrow to remove it.
Install Cleaning Roller
2. Remove the existing cleaning roller by pulling it in the direction of the
arrow.
-When replacing the ribbon, it is recommended
to replace the cleaning roller as well.
(Provided with ribbon and cleaning roller)
-If the cleaning roller is not replaced, it may
cause fatal damage to print quality and import-
ant parts due to dust or contaminants.

4. Install the new cleaning roller with installation guide as shown in the
image below.
3. Remove the cleaning roller installation guide as shown in the image below
and discard the contaminated cleaning roller.

6. Align the cleaning roller with the ‘U-shaped holder’ on the mounting
area’ and push it in the forward direction
7. With the cleaning roller in-
stalled, hold the cleaning roller
protection tape with one hand
and rotate the cleaning roller
with the other hand to remove
the protective tape.
-When installing the cleaning roller, be
careful not to remove the mounting guide
and install it on the printer

5. Remove protective tape to prevent fingerprint marks or contamination.

Load Cards
-remove the card static electricity
1. Hold the appropriate amount of cards and tilt them back and forth a few
times to separate them from each other.
2. Align cards and load cards inside the input hopper as shown in the image
below.
It is recommended to load cards in the manner shown in the image below
to prevent card jams.
3. Slightly press the side of the input hopper and lift it up.

4. Lift the CARD WEIGHT PRESS and fix it until it clicks
- When the CARD WEIGHT PRESS is properly fixed, it is fixed on the top of
the card hopper as shown in the image below.

-Make sure that the IC chip is facing
the outside.
- If IC Cards are not placed correctly,
then an error will occur.

5. Load the cards in the Input Hopper in the same way as in the image
below.
6. Close the cover, and place the Input Hopper in the tray.

1. Slightly press the side of the input hopper and lift it up.
Load the cards in the card hopper in the same way as in the
image.
The hinge located in the input card hopper to prevent card
separation. When the input card hopper is installed, the card
is transferred to the printer with the ‘Hinge’ open. And when
the input card hopper is removed, the ‘Hinge’ is automatically
closed to prevent displacement.

2. Lift the CARD WEIGHT PRESS and fix it until it clicks
- When the CARD WEIGHT PRESS is properly fixed, it is fixed on the
top of the card supply tray as shown in the below image.

3. Load the cards in the Input Hopper in the same way as in the image
below.
-Make sure that the IC chip
is facing the outside.

4. Close the card input hopper cover and when it is closed, the Card Weight
Press automatically moves to the card loading position.
