*1 Connection of probe doesn't require particular cabling attention (use normal commercial bipolar cable).
INSTALLATION
How to connect the auxiliary contacts:
Connect 41-42......43-44 terminals on the terminals block (contacts up to 2AMP.AC1)
to the loads as shows in the diagram.
Protect contacts with a 2AMP.F fuses.
How to connect temperature probe.
Connect the sensor provided as shown in the diagram: for remote connections use a
standard 0,5-square millimetre two-pole wire, taking great care over the connections,
by insulating and sealing carefully the joints.
In case of strong radio-interference insert a ferrite sleeve in the cable near regulator.
How to connect the power line.
Connect power line on L-N terminals, connect earth on PE terminal.
Protect against electric shocks by a line differential breaker.
SC6D istallation.
Place installation in a clean and dry site.
Connectelectricwiressuchasshownindiagram;useIP55cross-cablefornotdegrade
protection.
Inordertoavoiddamagetoregulatorduringdrillingispossibletoremovebasedprinted
circuit (fixed by 4 screws).
Fuse replacement.
Switch off line switch and replace with a 8A FF 6.3x32mm ceramic fuse.
Before switching on power line verify cause of over current.
Minimum speed setting.
To allineate setting of minimum speed to effective ventilator's minimum speed
(VENT key SP._ _ function) plug-off CNA connector on relay's circuit and adjust
MINIMUM trimmer to get minimum required speed.
Press HEAT (key lamp flashes) :
this message will be displayed instead of the
°C Heat temperature value.
Press +or -to modify, press HEAT to exit.
The light situated at the bottom of display shows the state of the controller.
STATE INDICATIONS LAMPS
In normal condition (not in programming) press VENT key for at least 1 second to display
% speed insert.

*2 As a first step, check motors are suitable for triac speed control.
3-wire motor connection:
inthecaseofaspecial3-wiremotorproceedsuchasindicatedindiagram(thirdmotor'sconnector"Z"must
be connected to "N" terminal).
WithSCSLpowerunitispossibletoincreasetheregularcapacityfortotalload superior to 6A(every SC6L
has a capacity of 6A, it's possible to expand up to 5 SC6L).
Thesesettingsrefer tothe modeofoperationof the systemandmustbe madeon
initial start-up. Press - / + together for at least one second:
the message C.O.S.t. will be displayed.
Pressthan repeatly ALARM until interested variable'smessage is displayed (see
table below) : variable value and related message will be displayed.
Press + or - to set a new value and then ALARM to confirm.
The next system constant will then appear.
YoucanpressALARMforaleasttwosecond toescapeandreturntotheRunMode.

In normal condition on display appears temperature.
Some special condition can cause following messages:
*In these cases alarm output relay is on.
SPECIAL MESSAGGES ON DISPLAY
*Whenselectedprobehas
an open circuit wire failure. *When selected probe has
a short circuit wire failure.
In some start-up conditions may be useful to work in "hand" mode.
Power off theprocessor, press + key and keep it pressed giving power on:
HAnd message will be displayed (release now + key).
Push + until is displayed number required to be handed:
1 = HEAT relay, 2 = Alarm relay.
Pushing again + for increase relay number previous relay is disactivated.
Youcan pressALARM for a least twoseconds toescape and returnto the Run Mode.
HAND MODE
At delivery this processor is ready programmed with the following (variable)
settings. To return to these settings at any time:

boot message will be displayed (release now ALARM key).
