Safety Tips
• Position on a flat, stable surface.

Installation
Note: If the appliance has
been stored or moved in a
non-vertical position, stand
it in an upright position for
approximately 12 hours before
operation. If in doubt allow to
stand.
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging and
remove the protective film from all surfaces.
2. When positioning the dispenser, maintain
a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the
appliance and walls or other objects for
ventilation. Increase this distance if the
obstacle is a heat source.
3. If necessary, adjust the screw legs of the
dispenser to stabilise it.
Assembly/Disassembly
1. Insert the large rubber gasket into the bottom
of the tank [Fig. 1].

2. Holding the top and bottom of the tap lever,
gently bend the lever in the middle [Fig. 2].
3. Push the two hooks at the back of the tap lever
into the slot in the front of the tank and drop
into place [Fig. 3].
4. Lower the tank on to the cooling column.
Locate the four feet on the bottom of the tank
to the mounts on top of the cooling unit.
Note: Lubricate the gasket with
a small amount of water if the
gasket is too tight.

Operation
Filling
1. Switch Off the dispenser.
2. Remove the lid and pour the liquid into the
tank.
3. Replace the lid.
WARNING: Do not fill the tank
with hot liquid.
Do not let the level exceed the
‘MAX’ level line displayed on the
front of the tank.
Note: CF761 Only - If only one
tank is to be filled, it must be
the left tank. To use left tank
only, you just need to switch left
stirring switch ON (I position).
Meanwhile, the right tank does
not chill and the paddle does
not run.
Using the Dispenser
1. Turn On the
Power switch
on the side of
the dispenser.
2. Switch the
stirring switch
to the ‘On’
position [I].

3. Once the liquid is sufficiently cooled, push the
receptacle against the tap lever to dispense the
liquid.
Note: Should the paddle
encounter any resistance in the
liquid, it will reverse direction.
Adjusting the Beverage tank
temperature
To adjust the temperature of beverage tank(s), lift
up the plastic cover(s).
As CF761 has 2 tanks, Tank 1 is the one on the left
hand side of the unit when looking from the front.
1. Turn on the main switch on the right hand
of the unit. The power indicator light (A)
illuminates on the controller.

2. To set the temperature of Tank 1, press
button twice. The indicator light (1) on the top
will illuminate and the current temperature will
flash. Press the arrow buttons ( , ) to
set the desired temperature. Then press
button to confirm. (Temp range: 2°C -8°C)
3. Repeat above operations to set the
temperature of tank 2, if desired (for CF761).
4. During use, the unit will automatically display
the actual temperature of the tank for 2
seconds, with the corresponding tank indicator
light illuminating.
5. To switch off the cooling of a certain tank,
press the corresponding tank button for 3
seconds. “OFF” will be displayed. To switch on
cooling, press and hold the tank button again.
Emptying the Dispenser
Drain the dispenser by using the tap lever(s) to
empty the tank(s).
Note: Do not drain the dispenser
by tipping the appliance.

• Warm, soapy water is recommended for cleaning. Cleaning agents may leave harmful residues. DO
NOT wash the base unit, instead wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
• Empty and clean the drip trays regularly.
• A POLAR agent or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.
• Unit should be de-scaled regularly. Note that scale may cause premature failure of the machine and it
could invalidate your warranty.
Cleaning the Condenser
POLAR recommend the condenser is cleaned at least once a month.
Note: The condenser is the black (CF760) or silver (CF761) metal grid behind
the side panel.
To clean the condenser:
1. Unscrew the two screws from beneath the Temperature controller side panel.
2. Lift the side panel up and over Temperature controller to remove.
3. Clean the condenser with a soft cloth or brush.
WARNING: Take care when cleaning the condenser; sharp edges may cut.
4. Replace the panel and two screws.
Troubleshooting
If your Drinks Dispenser develops a fault, please check the following points before making a call to the
Helpline.

Electrical Wiring
POLAR appliances are supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as
standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
POLAR appliances are wired as follows:
• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L
• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliances must be earthed.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency
disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.
Disposal
EU regulations require refrigeration product to be disposed of by specialist companies who remove or
recycle all gasses, metal and plastic components.
Consult your local waste collection authority regarding disposal of your appliance. Local authorities are
not obliged to dispose of commercial refrigeration equipment but may be able to offer advice on how to
dispose of the equipment locally.
Alternatively call the POLAR helpline for details of national disposal companies within the EU.

not be disposed of as household waste. To help prevent possible harm to human

Veiligheidstips
• Plaatsen op een vlakke en stabiele ondergrond.

Voorzichtig Risico van Fire

brandbaar drijfgas in dit apparaat.
Waarschuwing: Hou alle ventilatieopeningen vrij
van obstakels. De eenheid mag niet ingesloten
worden zonder geschikte ventilatie.

middelen niet gebruiken om het ontdooien te versnellen, met
uitzondering van de fabrikant aanbevolen die door.

Installatie
Opmerking: indien het apparaat
niet in een rechtopstaande
positie is opgeslagen of
vervoerd, dient men het
product 12 uur vóór gebruik in
de rechtopstaande positie te
plaatsen. Bij twijfel dient men het
product in een rechtopstaande
positie te plaatsen.
1. Haal het apparaat uit de verpakking en
verwijder de beschermingsfolie van alle
oppervlakken.
2. Voor een adequate ventilatie dient men bij het
plaatsen van de dispenser een afstand, tussen
het apparaat en de muren of andere objecten,
aan te houden van 20 cm. Vergroot deze
afstand indien het object een warmtebron is.
3. Indien nodig, gebruik de stelvoetjes om het
apparaat te stabiliseren.
Montage/demontage
1. Plaats de grote rubberen pakking op de bodem
van de tank [afb. 1].

2. Terwijl u de bovenzijde en de onderzijde van
de taphendel vasthoudt, buigt u voorzichtig de
hendel naar het midden [afb. 2].
3. Duw de twee haakjes aan de achterzijde van de
taphendel in de opening aan de voorzijde van
de tank zodat deze vast komt te zitten [afb. 3].
4. Laat de tank in de koelkolom zakken. Plaats
de vier poten aan de onderzijde van de tank
in de steunstukken aan de bovenzijde van de
koelunit.
Opmerking: indien de pakking te
vast zit, smeer dan de pakking
in met een kleine hoeveelheid
water.

Bediening
Vullen
1. Zet de dispenser uit.
2. Verwijder de deksel en vul de tank met de
vloeistof.
3. Plaats opnieuw de deksel op de tank.
WAARSCHUWING: de tank niet
met warme vloeistof vullen.
De hoeveelheid vloeistof mag
de ‘MAX’ niveaulijn aan de
voorzijde van de tank niet
overschrijden.
Opmerking: alleen CF761 - Als
slechts één taak moet worden
gevuld, moet deze de linker
tank zijn. Om alleen de linker
tank te gebruiken, hoeft u
alleen de linker roerschakelaar
in te schakelen (positie I).
Ondertussen koelt de juiste tank
niet en de peddel loopt niet.
De dispenser gebruiken
1. Zet de
stroomschake-
laar aan de
zijkant van de
dispenser aan.
2. Zet de draais-
chakelaar op
de ‘On’ (Aan)
positie [I].

3. Is de vloeistof ver genoeg afgekoeld, plaats
dan een opvangmiddel tegen de taphendel om
de vloeistof af te tappen.
Opmerking: indien het blad
enige weerstand in de vloeistof
ondervindt, wordt de richting
veranderd.
De temperatuur van de dranktank
aanpassen
Om de temperatuur van de dranktank (s) aan te
passen, tilt u de plastic afdekking (en) op.
Omdat CF761 twee tanks heeft, Tank 1 is degene
aan de linkerkant van de eenheid wanneer je vanaf
de voorkant kijkt.
1. Zet de hoofdschakelaar aan de rechterkant van
het apparaat aan. Het aan / uit-lampje (A) gaat
branden op de controller.

2. Druk tweemaal op de -knop om de
temperatuur van tank 1 in te stellen. Het
indicatielampje (1) aan de bovenkant gaat
branden en de huidige temperatuur zal
knipperen. Druk op de pijltjestoetsen ( , )
om de gewenste temperatuur in te stellen. Druk
vervolgens op de knop om te bevestigen.
(Temperatuurbereik: 2°C - 8°C)
3. Herhaal bovenstaande bewerkingen om de
temperatuur van tank 2 in te stellen, indien
gewenst (voor CF761).
4. Tijdens gebruik zal het apparaat automatisch
de werkelijke temperatuur van de tank
gedurende 2 seconden weergeven, met het
bijbehorende tankindicatielampje aan.
5. Schakel de koeling van een bepaalde tank uit,
druk gedurende 3 seconden op de bijbehorende
tankknop. “OFF” wordt weergegeven. Om de
koeling in te schakelen, drukt u nogmaals op
de tankknop.
Dispenser legen
Gebruik de taphendel(s) om de tank(s) van de
dispenser te legen.
Opmerking: dispenser niet legen
door het apparaat te kantelen.
Reiniging, zorg &
onderhoud
Alvorens het apparaat te
reinigen dient men altijd
de stroomvoorziening uit te
schakelen.

• Voor het reinigen van het apparaat wordt warm zeepwater aanbevolen. Reinigingsmiddelen kunnen
schadelijke resten achter laten. Basiseenheid NIET wassen, buitenzijde van de eenheid met een
vochtige doek afvegen.
• Druppellades regelmatig legen en reinigen.
• Eventuele reparaties moeten door een POLAR technicus of een vaktechnicus worden uitgevoerd.
• Het artikel moet regelmatig ontkalkt en gereinigd worden. De frequentie van het ontkalken hangt
af van de waterhardheid. Let op: kalkaanslag kan ervoor zorgen dat uw apparaat niet meer correct
functioneert of defect raakt. Dit kan uw garantie beïnvloeden.
Reiniging van de condensor
Het is de aanbeveling van POLAR om de condensor minimaal één keer per maand te reinigen.
Opmerking: de condensor is het zwarte (CF760) of zilveren (CF761) metalen
rooster achter het zijpaneel.
Om de condensor te reinigen:
1. Schroeft u de twee schroeven los, onder de temperatuurregelaar van het zijpaneel.
2. Schuif het zijpaneel omhoog en over de bedieningsknop om deze te verwijderen.
3. Reinig de condensor met een zachte doek of borstel.
WAARSCHUWING: wees voorzichtig tijdens het reinigen van de condensor,
scherpe randen kunnen snijwonden veroorzaken.
4. Plaats het paneel en schroef de twee schroeven vast.
Oplossen van problemen
Indien er een storing aan uw drankdispenser optreedt, dient u de onderstaande tabel te raadplegen
alvorens de hulplijn te bellen.

Elektrische bedrading
Men dient de steker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:
• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L
• Neutraalkabel (blauw) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met N
• Aardekabel (groen/geel) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met E
Dit apparaat moet worden geaard.
Bij twijfels raadpleeg een vakkundige elektricien.
De elektrische isolatiepunten mogen niet worden geblokkeerd. In geval van een nooduitschakeling
moeten de isolatiepunten direct toegankelijk zijn.
Afvalverwerking
De EU-richtlijnen vereisen dat koelproducten door gespecialiseerde bedrijven wordt verwerkt die gassen,
metalen en plastic componenten verwijderen of recyclen.
Raadpleeg uw plaatselijke afvalverwerkingsbedrijf voor informatie over de afvalverwerking van uw
apparaat. De plaatselijke overheden zijn niet verplicht om koelingsproducten van bedrijven als afval te
verwerken maar kunnen uw informeren waar u het apparaat kunt afgeven.
U kunt ook de POLAR helplijn bellen voor informatie over landelijke afvalverwerkingsbedrijven in de EU.
Productconformiteit
Het WEEE-logo op dit product of bijbehorende documentatie geeft aan dat het product
niet onder huisvuil valt en als zodanig ook niet mag worden verwerkt. Ter preventie
van mogelijke gevaren voor de gezondheid van personen en/of voor het milieu,
dient men dit product in overeenstemming met het voorgeschreven en milieuveilige
recyclingproces als afval te verwerken. Raadpleeg uw productleverancier of uw plaatselijk

Conseils de sécurité
• Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane, stable.
• Installez l’appareil où il peut être surveillé par du personnel
qualifié.

position verticale.

Installation
Remarque : dans les cas où
l’appareil a été stocké ou
déplacé autrement qu’à la
verticale, placez-le en position
debout pendant environ 12
heures avant de vous en
servir. En cas de doute, laissez
l’appareil se reposer.
1. Sortez l’appareil de l’emballage et décollez la
pellicule de protection de toutes ses surfaces.
2. Pour positionner le distributeur, veillez à prévoir
une distance de 20 cm entre l’appareil et les
murs ou autres objets, pour laisser l’air circuler.
Augmentez cette distance en cas d’obstacle
générateur d’une source de chaleur.
3. Si nécessaire, réglez les pieds à vis de l’appareil
pour le stabiliser.
Montage / démontage
1. Insérez le gros joint en caoutchouc au fond du
réservoir [Fig. 1].

2. Tout en tenant le haut et le bas du levier du
robinet, faites lentement pivoter le centre du
levier [Fig. 2].
3. Repoussez les deux crochets situés à l’arrière
du levier du robinet dans les fentes prévues à
l’avant du réservoir, jusqu’à ce qu’ils se calent
[Fig. 3].
4. Faites descendre le réservoir sur la colonne
de refroidissement. Situez les quatre pieds du
fond du réservoir dans les fixations du dessus
du refroidisseur.
Remarque : Si le joint est trop
serré, lubrifiez-le en appliquant
une petite quantité d’eau.

Fonctionnement
Remplissage
1. Mettez le distributeur hors tension.
2. Retirez le couvercle et versez le liquide dans le
réservoir.
3. Reposez le couvercle sur le réservoir.
AVERTISSEMENT : le réservoir
ne doit pas être rempli de
liquide chaud.
Ne laissez pas le niveau de
liquide dépasser le repère de
niveau ‘MAX’ situé à l’avant du
réservoir.
CF761 uniquement - Si seul
un réservoir doit être rempli,
il faudra utiliser le réservoir
de gauche. Pour utiliser
uniquement le réservoir de
gauche, il vous suffit de mettre
l’interrupteur de l’agitateur sur
ON (position I). Le réservoir
de droite ne refroidira pas et la
pale ne tournera pas.
Utilisation du distributeur
1. Mettez sur On
(marche) le
bouton situé
sur le côté du
distributeur.

3. Une fois le liquide suffisamment refroidi,
poussez le receveur contre le levier du robinet
pour en extraire le liquide.
Remarque : Si le mélangeur se
bloque dans le liquide, il change
de sens de rotation.
Réglage de la température du
réservoir à boisson
Pour régler la température du(des) réservoir(s) à
boisson, soulevez le(s) couvercle(s) en plastique.
Le CF761 comporte deux réservoirs. Le réservoir 1
est celui qui se trouve à gauche quand on est face
à l’appareil.
1. Appuyez sur l’interrupteur principal situé à
droite de l’appareil. Le voyant de l’alimentation
(A) s’allume sur le panneau de commande.

2. Pour régler la température du réservoir
1, appuyez deux fois sur le bouton Le
voyant (1) situé sur le dessus s’allume et la
température clignote. Appuyez sur les flèches
( , ) pour sélectionner la température
souhaitée, puis appuyez sur le bouton pour
valider (température : entre 2 °C et 8 °C).
3. Répétez l’opération ci-dessus pour régler la
température du réservoir 2 si besoin (pour
CF761).
4. Pendant l’utilisation, l’appareil affiche
automatiquement la température du tank
pendant 2 s, et le voyant du reservoir
correspondant s’allume en même temps.
5. Pour stopper la réfrigération sur l’un des
réservoirs, appuyez sur le bouton du réservoir
correspondant pendant 3 s. Le message “OFF”
s’affiche à l’écran. Pour la remettre en marche,
appuyez et maintenez à nouveau le bouton du
réservoir.
Vidange du distributeur
La vidange du/des réservoir(s) du distributeur
s’effectue à l’aide du/des levier(s) de robinet.
Remarque : ne vidangez jamais
le distributeur en le renversant.
Nettoyage, entretien et

Veillez à toujours éteindre
l’appareil et à le débrancher de

• Nous préconisons le nettoyage de l’appareil à l’eau savonneuse tiède. Les produits de nettoyage
risquent de laisser des résidus nocifs. NE LAVEZ PAS l’unité de base de l’appareil, dont vous essuierez
simplement l’extérieur à l’aide d’un torchon humide.
• Videz et lavez régulièrement les égouttoirs.
• Les réparations, le cas échéant, doivent être confiées à un agent POLAR ou à un technicien qualifié.
• Le détartrage de l’appareil doit être effectué régulièrement car le tartre peut provoquer une
défaillance de l’appareil et également entrainer l’annulation de votre garantie.
Nettoyage du condensateur
POLAR préconise le nettoyage du condensateur au moins une fois par mois.
Remarque : Le condensateur est représenté par une grille métallique noire
(CF760) ou grise (CF761) située derrière le panneau latéral.
Nettoyage du condensateur :
1. Dévissez les deux vis à partir du dessous du panneau latéral de la molette de réglage de température.
2. Soulevez le panneau latéral et faites le passer au-dessus de la molette de réglage pour le retirer.
3. Nettoyez le condensateur à l’aide d’un chiffon ou d’une brosse doux.
AVERTISSEMENT : Prenez vos précautions pour nettoyer le condensateur, dont
les bords coupants peuvent blesser.
4. Remontez le panneau et ses deux vis.

En cas de dysfonctionnement de votre appareil POLAR, vérifiez les données du tableau ci-dessous avant
d’appeler notre standard d’assistance ou votre revendeur POLAR.

Raccordement électrique
La prise doit être reliée à la prise secteur qui convient.
Cet appareil est câblé comme suit :
• Fil conducteur (brun) à la borne marquée L
• Fil neutre (bleu) à la borne marquée N
• Fil de terre (vert / jaune) à la borne marquée E
Cet appareil doit être mis à la terre.
En cas de doute, consultez un électricien qualifié.
Les points d’isolation électrique doivent être libres de toute obstruction. En cas de débranchement requis
en urgence, ils doivent être facilement accessibles.
Mise au rebut
Les règlements de l’UE exigent que les produits munis de réfrigérants soient mis au rebut par des
entreprises spécialisées, équipées pour extraire et recycler les composants à gaz, métalliques et en
plastique.
Adressez-vous à votre autorité chargée de la collecte des déchets pour ce qui concerne la mise au
rebut de votre appareil. Même si rien n’oblige les autorités locales à se charger de la mise au rebut du
matériel de réfrigération commerciale, elles pourraient être en mesure de vous conseiller sur les moyens
disponibles localement pour s’en débarrasser.
Vous pouvez aussi appeler le standard d’assistance POLAR, qui saura vous renseigner sur les entreprises
de prise en charge nationales au sein de l’UE.
Conformité
Le logo WEEE qui figure sur ce produit ou sa documentation indique qu'il ne doit pas
être mis au rebut avec les ordures ménagères. Pour éviter qu'il ne présente un risque
pour la santé humaine et / ou écologique, confiez la mise au rebut de ce produit à un
