This all-encompassing software package includes two fully integrated modules: Network Aware Scheduler and
Video Network Management.
The Polycom Network Aware Scheduler makes it easy to schedule conferences by providing users with
the power to invite guests, book rooms, and select necessary equipment, all through a Web browser or
from within Microsoft®Outlook®or IBM®Lotus Notes®. For IT professionals, the Polycom Video Network
Management provides tools to proactively track and adjust the network as needed from any location. Utilizing
an easy-to-use graphic Web interface, a network administrator has the ability to monitor and control video
endpoints, MCUs, routers, and switches. The Video Network Management module can also control room
equipment. Users can adjust secondary cameras, remotely run room control panels, switch equipment on
and off, and make any last-minute changes at a remote location thousands of miles away—or just across
the hall.
