La remorque est prévue exclusivement pour le transport de motos équipées de
pneumatiques et ne doit être chargée qu’en son milieu et dans le sens de la
longueur.
The trailer is provided solely for the transport pneumatic tyred motorcycles and may only be
centrally loaded in the vehicle longitudinal direction
Le chargement et le déchargement ne doivent avoir lieu que lorsque la
remorque se trouve sur un sol plat et stable et attelée au véhicule tracteur.
A loading or unloading shall only take place if the trailer is on a flat, stable surface and
hitched to the towing vehicle.
Monter une moto sur la remorque n’est autorisé que lorsque la surface de
chargement est basculée et le hayon est abaissé.
A driving the trailer is only permitted with tilted loading platform and tailgate folded down.
Lors du déchargement, notez bien que toutes les sangles et/ou chaînes
doivent être retirées pour permettre à la surface de chargement de basculer.
Please note while unloading that all clipped safety belts and chains must be removed to
allow tilting of the loading platform.
Avant de basculer le plateau, la sécurité avant (goupille) doit être retirée et le
hayon abaissé.
Before tilting the loading
platform the front security
(locking pin) must be
removed and the tailgate
must be folded down.

Pour abaisser le hayon, tirer la tige d’arrêt
située à l’arrière sur le côté droit et abaisser
en même temps le hayon.
To fold down the tailgate pull the rear, side
indexing plunger and pivot the tailgate down.
Avant d’abaisser le hayon,
assurez-vous qu’aucun obstacle ne se trouve sur la surface située
sous l’arrière du véhicule, que personne ne se trouve dans la zone
de danger et que le rebord arrière du hayon est posé à plat sur le
sol.
Before folding down, make sure that the area under the rear of the vehicle is
clear of obstacles.
It is important, that there are no people in the danger zone.
The rear edge of the tailgate must rest evenly on the ground.
Lors de la manipulation, faites attention aux éléments mobiles du
véhicule pour éviter toute blessure dûe à un écrasement ou au
surfaces rugueuses.
L’utilisation de gants de protection adaptés est recommandée.
Note the risk of injury by bruising or rough surfaces when handling moving
parts of the vehicle.
The use of suitable protective gloves is recommended.

Le déverrouillage du
mécanisme de basculement
s’effectue par la barre à droite
du rail de chargement.
The actuation of the tilt mechanism is
via the bar on the right side of the
loading platform.
Attention ! Risque d’écrasement à l’arrière du véhicule pendant
l’opération de basculement.
Attention ! During tilting danger of crushing in the rear area of the
vehicle.
Le chargement n’est autorisé qu’à vitesse réduite et sous la surveillance d’une
seconde personne.
Il est interdit de se tenir sous la surface de chargement ou à proximité
d’éléments mobiles pendant le chargement et le déchargement de la
remorque.
Driving on the loading platform is only allowed at low speed and supervised by a second
person.
Staying under the loading platform and near of moving parts during the loading and
unloading of the trailer is prohibited.
Lors du chargement, le plateau doit basculer et se verrouiller uniquement grâce
à l’action du pneumatique avant de la moto. Ensuite, la sécurité avant
(goupille) doit être repositionnée.
Load the trailer in such a way, that the loading platform automatically swings back to the
starting position and locks into place. The front security (locking pin) must be mounted
afterwards.

Avant tout chargement, prenez en compte la charge maximale
autorisée de la remorque et du véhicule tracteur.
Si besoin, modifier la position de l’étrier en fonction de la charge.
Pour le fixer, utilisez de nouveaux écrous autobloquants.
Always observe the maximum allowable vertical loads of the trailer and the
towing vehicle.
If necessary, the front wheel retaining bracket has to be moved according to the
holes in the loading rail.
Use new self-locking nuts for fixing.

Pour sécuriser le chargement, n’utiliser que des sangles et/ou des chaînes
prévues à cet effet. Celles-ci doivent être fixées aux crochets correspondants
situés sur la remorque.
Only use appropriate load restraint assemblies (belts and chains) for securing loads.
These must be clipped in the corresponding brackets on the trailer.
Cette « notice d’utilisation complémentaire » n’est valable qu’en lien avec
la « manuel d’utilisation remorque » et doivent, en conséquence, être
appliquées conjointement.
The "Additional operating manual" only applies in connection with the "Operating
manual car trailer" and therefore has to be applied together.

2.1. Support de roue de secours
Spare wheel carrier
Le montage du support de roue de secours s’effectue sur le côté droit du
véhicule selon les indications suivantes.
The mounting of the spare wheel carrier takes place on the right side of the vehicle
according to the following instruction.
1. Insérer le tube du support de la roue de secours [1] depuis le haut dans le
tube du cadre [2] jusqu’à ce que les trous du support de la roue de secours
[1] coïncident avec les écrous situés sur le cadre [2].
Slide the forming tube of the spare wheel carrier [1] into the forming tube of the frame
[2] till the holes in the carrier [1] correspond with the nuts on the frame [2].
2. Fixer le support de la roue de secours [1] au cadre [2] à l’aide des vis à tête
hexagonale [3].
Fix the spare wheel carrier [1] to the frame [2] with the hexagon screws [3].

2.2. Coffre de rangement
Storage box
Le montage du coffre s’effectue sur le côté gauche du véhicule selon les
indications suivantes.
The mounting of the storage box takes place on the left side of the vehicle according to
the following instruction.
1. Percer les trous de fixation Ø8,5 mm dans le coffre selon le schéma
(dimensions indiquées en millimètres).
Drill the fixing holes Ø8,5 mm according the drawing into the storage box
(dimensions in millimeters).

2. Placer le support du coffre [4] sur le coffre dans le bon sens, insérer les vis
de fixation [5] depuis l’extérieur à travers les trous et serrer de l’intérieur à
l’aide des rondelles et des écrous autobloquants.
Position the storage box carrier [4] correctly on the storage box, insert the mounting
screws [5] from the outer side into the holes and tighten from the inner side with the
washers and self locking nuts.
3. Insérer le tube du support de coffre [4] à partir du haut dans le tube du
cadre [2] jusqu’à ce que les trous du support de coffre coïncident avec les
écrous situés sur le cadre [2].
Slide the forming tube of the storage box carrier [4] into the forming tube of the frame [2]
till the holes in the carrier [4] correspond with the nuts on the frame [2].

4. Fixer le support de coffre [4] sur le cadre [2] à l’aide des vis à tête
hexagonale [3].
Fix the storage box carrier [4] to the frame [2] with the hexagon screws [3].
