7.2 INTRODUCTION OF DISPLAY
• Model: DP C15.CAN BUS
•The housing material is PC and Acrylic, and
the button material is made of silicone.
•The label marking is as follows:
Note: Please keep the QR code label attached
to the display cable. The information from the
Label is used for a later possible software
update.
7.1 IMPORTANT NOTICE
• If the error information from the display
cannot be corrected according to the inst-
ructions, please contact your retailer.
•The product is designed to be waterproof. It
is highly recommended to avoid submerging
the display under water.
• Do not clean the display with a steam jet,
high-pressure cleaner or water hose.
• Please use this product with care.
• Do not use thinners or other solvents to
clean the display. Such substances can
damage the surfaces.
•Warranty is not included due to wear and
normal use and aging.

7Support level/ Walking assistance
7.5 NORMAL OPERATION
7.5.1 Switching the System ON/OFF
Press and hold (>2S) on the display to
turn on the system. Press and hold (>2S)
again to turn off the system.
If the "automatic shutdown time" is set to
5 minutes (it can be reset with the "Auto
Off" function, See "Auto Off"), the display
will automatically be turned off within the
desired time when it is not in operation.
7.5.2 Selection of Support Levels
When the display is turned on, press the
or button (<0.5S) to switch to the sup-
port level, the lowest level is 0, the highest
level is 5. When the system is switched on,
the support level starts in level 1. There is no
support at level 0. As following:

7.5.3 Headlights / backlighting
Turn on the lights: press and hold button
to darken the backlight and turn on the
lights.
Turn off the lights: press and hold button
again to brighten the backlight and turn off
the lights.
The brightness of the backlight can be set in
the display settings "Brightness".
7.5.4 Walk Assistance
The Walk assistance can only be activated
with a standing pedelec.
Activation: Press the button until this
symbol appears. Next press and hold
down the button whilst the symbol
is displayed, now the Walk assistance will
activate. The symbol will blink and
the pedelec moves approx. 6 km/h. After
releasing the button, the motor stops
automatically and switches back to level
0.(as following):
7.5.5 Selection Mode
Briefly press the button (0.5s) to see the
different trip modes.
Trip: daily kilometers (TRIP) - total kilometers
(ODO) - Maximum speed (MAX) - Average
speed (AVG) - Range (RANGE) - Energy
consumption (CAL(only with torque sensor
fitted)) - Travel time (TIME) - Motor output
power(POWER).
7.5.6 SERVICE
The display shows "Service" as soon as a cer-
tain number of kilometers or battery charges
has been reached. With a mileage of more
than 5000 km (or 100 charge cycles), the
“Service" function is displayed on the dis-
play. Every 5000 km the display "SERVICE"
is displayed every time. This function can be
set in the display settings.

7.6 SETTINGS
After the display is turned on, press and hold
and button (at the same time) to enter
into the Setting menu. By pressing the or
button (<0.5S) , you can select: Display,
Settings, Information or EXIT. Then press the
(<0.5S) button to confirm your selected option.
Or select "EXIT" and press (<0.5S) the button
to return to the main menu, or select "BACK"
and press (<0.5S) the button to return to the
Settings interface.
If no button is pressed within 20 seconds, the
display will automatically return to the main
screen and no data will be saved.

7.6.1 "Display Setting"
Press the or button (<0.5S) to select
"Display Setting", and then briefly press the
button (<0.5S) to access the following
selections.
7.6.1.1 "TRIP Reset" Reset mileage
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Trip Reset” in the Display setting
menu, and then press button (<0.5S)
to select. Then with the or button
choose between “YES” or “NO”. Once you
have chosen your desired selection, press
the button (<0.5S) to save and exit to
the "Display setting".
7.6.1.2 "Unit" Selections in km/Miles
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Unit” in the Display setting menu,
and then press button (<0.5S) to select.
Then with the or button choose
between “Metric” (kilometer) or “Imperial”
(Miles). Once you have chosen your desired
selection, press the button (<0.5S) to
save and exit to the "Display setting".

7.6.1.3 "Brightness" Display brightness
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Brightness” in the Display setting
menu, and then press button (<0.5S)
to select. Then with the or button
choose between "100%" / "75%" / "50%"
/" 30%"/"10%". Once you have chosen
your desired selection, press the button
(<0.5S) to save and exit to the "Display
setting".
7.6.1.4 "Auto Off" Set Automatic system
switch off time
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Auto Off” in the Display setting
menu, and then press button (<0.5S)
to select. Then with the or button
choose between “OFF”, "9"/"8"/"7"/"6"/ "5"/
"4"/"3"/"2"/"1", (The numbers are measured
in minutes). Once you have chosen your de-
sired selection, press the button (<0.5S)
to save and exit to the "Display setting".
7.6.1.5 "Service" Switching the
notification on and off
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Service” in the Display setting
menu, and then press button (<0.5S)
to select. Then with the or button
choose between “NO” or “YES”. Once you
have chosen your desired selection, press
the button (<0.5S) to save and exit to
the "Display setting".
7.6.2 "Information"
Once the display is turned on, press and
hold the and buttons (at the same
time) to enter into the setting menu, press
the or button (<0.5S) to select
“Information”, then press the button
(<0.5S) to confirm and enter into "Informa-
tion".
Note: All information here cannot be changed, it is
to be viewed only.
7.6.2.1 Wheel Size
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Wheel Size”, then press the
button (<0.5S) to confirm and view the
wheel size. To return, press the button
(<0.5S) to exit back to the "Information".

7.6.2.6 Torque Information
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Torque Info”, then press the
button (<0.5S) to confirm. Now press the
or button (<0.5S) to view "Hard-
ware Ver" or "Software Ver".
To return, press the button (<0.5S) to
exit back to the "Information".
NOTE: If your Pedelec has not torque sensor, "--"
is displayed.
7.6.2.7 Error Code
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Error code”, then press the
button (<0.5S) to confirm. Now press the
or button (<0.5S) to view “E-Code0”
to “E-Code9”. It shows information for the
last ten errors of the pedelec. The error code
"00"means that there is no error.
To return, press the button (<0.5S) to
exit back to the "Information".

7.6.2.2 Speed Limit
Press the or button (<0.5S) to
highlight “Speed Limit”, then press the
button (<0.5S) to confirm and view the
speed limit. To return, press the button
(<0.5S) to exit back to the "Information".
7.6.2.3 Battery Information
Press the or button (<0.5S) to high-
light “Battery Info”, then press the but-
ton (<0.5S) to confirm. Now press the or
button (<0.5S) to view the contents.
To return, press the button (<0.5S) to
exit back to the "Information".

The protection temperature inside
the controller has reached its maxi-
mum protection value
1. Turn off the system and let the pedelec cool
down.
2. If the problem persists, please contact your
retailer.

inside the controller Please contact your retailer.
21 Speed sensor Error
1. Restart the system
2. Check that the magnet attached to the
spoke is aligned with the speed sensor and
that the distance is between 10 mm and 20
mm.
3. Check that the speed sensor connector is
connected correctly.
4. If the error persists, please contact your
retailer.
25 Torque signal Error
1. Check that all connections are connected
correctly.
2. If the error persists, please contact your
retailer.
26 Speed signal of the torque sensor has
an error
1.Check the connector from the speed sensor
to make sure it is connected correctly.
2.Check the speed sensor for signs of damage.
3.If the problem persists, please contact your
retailer.

1. Check all connections are correctly con-

7.7 ERROR CODE DEFINITION
The HMI can show the faults of Pedelec. When a fault is detected, one of the following error codes will be
indicated too.
Note: Please read carefully the description of the error code. When the error code appears, please first restart the
system. If the problem is not eliminated, please contact your dealer or technical personnel.

04 The throttle is not back in its correct
position.
Check the throttle can adjust back into its
correct position, if the situation does not
improve, please change to a new throttle.(only
with this function)
05 The throttle has fault.
1. Check the connector of throttle whether
they are correctly connected.
2. Disconnect the throttle, If the problem still
occurs, please contact your retailer.

07 Overvoltage protection
1. Remove the battery.
2. Re-Insert the battery.
3. If the problem persists, please contact your
retailer.
08 Error with the hall sensor signal
inside the motor Please contact your retailer.

7.2 INLEIDING VAN DISPLAY
• Model: DP C15.CAN BUS
• De behuizing is gemaakt van PC en acryl en
de knoppen zijn gemaakt van siliconen.
• De markering op het label ziet er als volgt
uit:
Opmerking: Bewaar het label met de QR-code
dat op de displaykabel zit. De informatie op het
label kan later mogelijk worden gebruikt om de
software bij te werken.
7.1 BELANGRIJKE MEDEDELING
• Neem contact op met uw leverancier als de
foutinformatie op het display niet volgens de
instructies kan worden gecorrigeerd.
• Het product is ontworpen om waterdicht
te zijn. Het wordt sterk aanbevolen om te
voorkomen dat het display onder water
komt te staan.
• Reinig het display niet met een stoom- ,
hogedrukreiniger of waterslang.
• Gebruik dit product met zorg.
• Gebruik geen verdunners of andere oplos-
middelen om het scherm schoon te maken.
Dergelijke stoffen kunnen de oppervlakken
beschadigen.
• Slijtage delen zijn niet inbegrepen vanwege
normaal gebruik en veroudering.

7Ondersteuningsniveau/loophulp
7.5 NORMALE WERKING
7.5.1 Systeem Inschakelen /
uitschakelen
Houd lang ingedrukt op het display
om het systeem in te schakelen. Houd
nogmaals lang ingedrukt om het systeem uit
te schakelen.
Als de "automatische uitschakeltijd" is in-
gesteld op 5 minuten (kan worden ingesteld
met de "Auto Off" -functie Zie "Auto Off"),
wordt het display automatisch uitgeschakeld
binnen de gewenste tijd wanneer het niet in
werking is.
7.5.2 Selectie van
ondersteuningsniveaus
Druk wanneer het display is ingeschakeld
kort op of om het ondersteun-
ingsniveau te wijzigen. Het laagste niveau
is 0, het hoogste niveau is 5. Wanneer het
systeem is ingeschakeld, is het ondersteun-
ingsniveau standaard ingesteld op niveau
1. Er is geen ondersteuning wanneer het
ondersteuningsniveau is ingesteld op niveau
0. Als volgt:
7.5.3 Koplamp / achterlicht
De verlichting inschakelen: houd inged-
rukt om de achtergrondverlichting donkerder
te maken en de verlichting in te schakelen.

De verlichting uitschakelen: houd
nogmaals ingedrukt om de achtergrondver-
lichting helderder te maken en de verlichting
uit te schakelen.
De helderheid van de achtergrondverlichting
kan worden ingesteld in de display-instel-
lingen onder 'Brightness'.
7.5.4 Loophulp
U kunt loophulp alleen activeren met een
staande pedelec.
Activeren: Druk op totdat dit symbool
verschijnt. Houd vervolgens inged-
rukt terwijl het symbool wordt weerge-
geven. Loophulp wordt nu geactiveerd.
Het symbool knippert en de pedelec
beweegt zich voort met een snelheid van ca.
6 km/u. Nadat u loslaat, stopt de motor
automatisch en schakelt het ondersteun-
ingsniveau automatisch terug naar niveau 0
(als volgt):
7.5.5 Selectie modus
Druk kort op om de verschillende reis-
modi te bekijken.
Reis: dagelijks aantal kilometers (TRIP) -
totaal aantal kilometers (ODO) - maximale
snelheid (MAX) - gemiddelde snelheid (AVG)
- resterende actieradius (RANGE) - ener-
gieverbruik (CAL (alleen met gemonteerde
koppelsensor)) - reistijd (TIME) - motorver-
mogen (POWER).
7.5.6 SERVICE
Het display toont de melding 'Service' zodra
er een bepaald aantal kilometer of laadcycli
is bereikt. Bij een kilometerstand van meer
dan 5000 km (of meer dan 100 laadcycli)
wordt de melding 'Service' weergegeven op
het display. De melding 'SERVICE' wordt na
elke 5000 km weergegeven op het display.
Deze functie kan worden ingesteld in de
instellingen.

7.6 INSTELLINGEN
Houd nadat het display is ingeschakeld en
(tegelijkertijd) ingedrukt om 'SETTING' te
openen. U kunt nu kort op of drukken
om een van de volgende opties te selecteren:
'Display Setting' (display-instellingen), 'In-
formation' (informatie) of 'EXIT' (afsluiten).
Druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze te
bevestigen.
U kunt ook 'EXIT' selecteren en kort op
drukken om terug te keren naar het hoofdmenu
of 'BACK' selecteren en kort op drukken om
terug te keren naar het instellingenmenu.
Als er gedurende 20 seconden geen knoppen
worden ingedrukt, dan keert het display automa-
tisch terug naar het hoofdscherm en worden er
geen gegevens opgeslagen.

U kunt en op elk gewenst moment
ingedrukt houden om terug te keren naar het
hoofdscherm.
7.6.1 'Display setting' Display-
instellingen
Druk zodra het systeem is ingeschakeld
kort op of om Display Setting te
selecteren en druk vervolgens kort op
voor toegang tot de volgende opties.
7.6.1.1 'TRIP Reset' De kilometerstand
resetten
Druk kort op of om 'TRIP Reset' te
selecteren in het menu 'Display setting' en
druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze te
bevestigen. Gebruik vervolgens of
om te kiezen uit 'YES' (ja) of 'NO' (nee).
Zodra u de gewenste instelling hebt ge-
kozen, drukt u kort ope om uw keuze
op te slaan en terug te keren naar het menu
'Display setting'.
7.6.1.2 'Unit' De eenheid instellen op km/
mijl
Druk kort op of om 'Unit' te
selecteren in het menu 'Display Setting' en
druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze
te bevestigen. Gebruik daarna of
om te kiezen tussen 'Metric' (kilometer) en
'Imperial' (mijl).
Zodra u de gewenste instelling hebt ge-
kozen, drukt u kort op om uw keuze op
te slaan en terug te keren naar het menu
'Display Setting'.

7.6.1.3 'Brightness' De helderheid van het
display
Druk kort op of om 'Brightness'
te selecteren in het menu 'Display Setting'.
Druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze te
bevestigen. Gebruik daarna of om te
kiezen uit '100%'/'75%'/'50%'/'30%'/'10%'.

7.6.1.4 'Auto Off' De automatisch
uitschakeltijd instellen
Druk kort op of om 'Auto Off' te
selecteren in het menu 'Display Setting' en
druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze
te bevestigen. Gebruik daarna of
om te kiezen uit 'OFF', '9'/'8'/'7'/'6'/'5'/
'4'/'3'/'2'/'1' (de nummers zijn tijden in mi-
nuten). Zodra u de gewenste instelling hebt
gekozen, drukt u kort op om uw keuze
op te slaan en terug te keren naar het menu
'Display Setting'.
7.6.1.5 'Service' De melding in-/
uitschakelen
Druk kort op of om 'Service' te
selecteren in het menu 'Display Setting' en
druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze te
bevestigen. Gebruik daarna of om
te kiezen uit 'YES' (ja) of 'NO' (nee).
Zodra u de gewenste instelling hebt ge-
kozen, drukt u kort op om uw keuze op
te slaan en terug te keren naar het menu
'Display Setting'.
7.6.2 'Information' Informatie
Zodra het systeem is ingeschakeld drukt u
kort op en om het menu 'SETTING'
te openen. Druk vervolgens kort op
of om het tabblad 'information' te
selecteren in de instellingen en druk op
ter bevestiging van uw keuze.
Opmerking: Alle informatie in dit menu kan niet
worden gewijzigd en kan alleen worden bekeken.
7.6.2.1 'Wheel Size' Wielmaat
Druk kort op of om 'Wheel Size'
te selecteren in het menu 'Information' en
druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze te
bevestigen. Zodra u de gewenste informatie
hebt bekeken, drukt u kort op om terug
te keren naar het menu 'Information'.

7.6.2.2 'Speed Limit' Maximale snelheid
Druk kort op of om 'Speed Limit'
te selecteren in het menu 'Information' en
druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze te
bevestigen.

Ver' (softwareversie) te bekijken.
Zodra u de gewenste informatie hebt bekek-
en, drukt u kort op om terug te keren
naar het menu 'Information'.
OPMERKING: Als uw pedelec geen koppelsensor
heeft, wordt er '--' weergegeven.
7.6.2.7 'Error Code' Foutcode
Druk kort op of om 'Error Code'
te selecteren in het menu 'Information' en
druk vervolgens kort op om uw keuze
te bevestigen. Druk kort op of om
'E-Code0' tot 'E-Code9' te bekijken. Hier
wordt informatie getoond over de laatste
tien foutcodes van de pedelec. De foutcode
'00' geeft aan dat er geen fout is.
Zodra u de gewenste informatie hebt bekek-
en, drukt u kort op om terug te keren
naar het menu 'Information'.

7.7 FOUTCODE DEFINITIES
Het display kan de fouten van een pedelec weergeven. Als een fout wordt gedetecteerd, wordt een van de
volgende foutcodes weergegeven.
Opmerking: lees de beschrijving van de foutcode zorgvuldig. Als u de foutcode ziet, start u het systeem eerst opnieuw.
Neem contact op met uw dealer als het probleem niet is opgelost.
Foutcode Verklaring Probleemoplossen
04 De gashendel gaat niet terug in de
juiste positie.
Controleer of de gashendel terug in de juiste
positie gaat, als de situatie niet verbetert,
monteer dan een nieuwe gashendel.
(enkel als deze functie aanwezig is)
05 Gashendel fout.
1. Controleer de stekker of kabel van de
gashendel of ze goed zijn bevestigd
2. Koppel de gashendel los, als het probleem
nog steeds optreedt neem contact op met uw
verkoper.
(enkel als deze functie aanwezig is)
07 Overspannings beveiliging.
1. Verwijder de batterij.
2. Plaats de batterij opnieuw.
3. Neem contact op met uw verkoper als het
probleem zich blijft voordoen.
08 Fout met het hall-sensorsignaal in de
motor. Neem contact op met uw verkoper.
09 Fout met de motorfases. Neem contact op met uw verkoper.

De temperatuur in de motor heeft
zijn maximale beschermingswaarde
bereikt.
1. Schakel het systeem uit en laat de Pedelec
afkoelen.

15 Fout met de temperatuursensor in de
controller. Neem contact op met uw verkoper.
21 Snelheidssensor fout.
1. Start het systeem opnieuw op
2. Controleer of de magneet op de spaak is
uitgelijnd met de snelheidssensor en dat de
afstand tussen 10 mm en 20 mm ligt.
3. Controleer of de connector van de snel-
heidssensor correct is aangesloten.
4. Neem contact op met uw verkoper als het
probleem zich blijft voordoen.
25 Torque signaal fout.
1. Controleer of alle verbindingen correct zijn
aangesloten.
2. Neem contact op met uw verkoper als het
probleem zich blijft voordoen.
26 Snelheidssignaal van de torque sen-
sor heeft een fout.
1. Controleer de connector van de snelheids-
sensor om te controleren of deze correct is
aangesloten.
2. Controleer de sensor op tekenen van
schade.
3. Neem contact op met uw verkoper als het
probleem zich blijft voordoen.
27 Over current, stroom, van controller. Neem contact op met uw verkoper.
30 Communicatie probleem.
1. Controleer of alle verbindingen correct zijn
aangesloten.
2. Neem contact op met uw verkoper als het
