05. Troubleshooting
Your LED Lamp does not turn on
When it is out of power, your LED Lamp will not turn on. Reconnect the power supply before turning on
the LED Lamp. Please double-check if the power switch is placed on ‘ON’ position properly.
The battery does not charge properly (For Manufacturer-approved USB cables)
Ensure that the USB cable is connected properly. If the problem is still not resolved, contact a BRO-
S&COMPANY Service Center. Please charge the device for 2 hours for the rst time after the box is
unpacked. It will take around 3 hours until fully charged. If the tips above do not solve the problem,
contact BROS&COMPANY Service Center.
The battery depletes faster than when rst purchased
When you expose the device or the battery to very cold or very hot temperatures, the useful charge may
be reduced. The battery is consumable and the useful charge will get shorter over time. If the device is
not used for a long time, please charge the device for 2 hours every two months to maintain the battery
life. Otherwise it will reduce the battery life.
The device gets dirty
Gently wipe the device with a soft cloth. Do not use chemicals or strong detergents. Doing so may
discolor or corrode the outside the device.
Please read this manual before using the device to ensure safe and proper use. Images may
differ in appearance from the actual product. Content is subject to change without prior no-
tice. Before using the device, make sure it is compatible with your device. The supplied items
are designed only for this device and may not be compatible with other devices. Appearanc-
es and specications are subject to change without prior notice. Do not directly expose the
product to the rain and soak it in water. It should be kept away from re, high temperature
environment to avoid the product does not work normally and explosion. Use only Manu-
facturer-approved accessories. Using unapproved accessories may cause the performance
problems and malfunctions that are not covered by the warranty. Use only Manufacturer-ap-
proved chargers. Unapproved chargers can cause the battery to explode or damage the de-
vice. Connecting the charger improperly may cause serious damage to the device. Any dam-
age caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty. You can charge the LED Light using the
charging cable included. If the battery is completely discharged, the device cannot be turned
on immediately when the charger is connected. Using a power source other than the charger,
such as a computer, may result in a slower charging speed due to a lower electric current. The
device can be used while it is charging, but it may take longer to fully charge the battery. If the
device receives an unstable power supply while charging, it may not function. If this happens,
unplug the charging cable from the device. While charging, the device and the charger may
heat up. This is normal and should not affect the product’s lifespan or performance. If the
battery gets hotter than usual, the charger may stop charging. The charging time may vary
depending on the charger specication. To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use.
Please do not bend the lamp pole of the device extremely hard. Then the lamp pole can be
damaged and the device may not work properly.

짧은 터치
사용전에 토글스위치를 ON으로, 사용후에는 토글스위치를 OFF로 위치하십시오. 조명이 ON
이 된 상태에서 짧게 터치시 스탠드 조명을 전구색, 주백색, 주광색 3가지로 변경 가능합니다.
긴 터치
스탠드가 켜진 상태에서 1~2초 이상 누르시면 조명의 밝기가 서서히 밝아지고 어두워집니다

1. 전원 On/Off 방법
사용전에 토글스위치를 ON으로, 사용후에는 토글스위치를 OFF로 위치하십시오. 그리고 버튼을 짧게 터치
시 조명이 ON/OFF됩니다.
2. 조명 밝기 조절
스탠드가 켜진 상태에서 1~2초 이상 누르시면 조명의 밝기가 서서히 밝아지고 어두워집니다 조명이 ON이 된
상태에서 짧게 터치시 스탠드 조명을 전구색, 주백색, 주광색 3가지로 변경 가능합니다. 분위기에 맞게 변경하
여 사용하세요.
3. 충전 방법
EYES2은 배터리가 포함된 제품입니다. 포함된 USB 충전케이블을 이용하여 충전 후 사용이 가능합니다.
4. LED 조명의 수명
약 30,000 ~ 50,000시간 사용 가능합니다.
5. 기기가 작동하지 않을 시
만약 기기가 제대로 작동하지 않거나, 토글스위치 전원을 껐다가 다시 켜주세요. 또한 배터리가 방전이 된 상태
인지 확인 후 충전이 정상적으로 되었는지 확인해 주세요. 이 후에도 작동이 안 된다면 브로스앤컴퍼니 고객센터
(070-7728-6654)로 전화주세요.
안전하고 알맞은 사용을 위하여 기기 사용전에 매뉴얼을 읽어주세요. 사진과 실제 제품의 모습은 다를 수 있습
니다. 또한 제품의 사양은 별도 공지없이 변경될 수 있습니다. 제조사에서 제공하는 승인된 액세서리를 사용해
주세요. 승인되지 않은 다른 액세서리 사용시, 발생되는 문제에 대해서는 보증할 수 없습니다. 제조사에서 제
공하는 충전케이블을 사용해주세요. 승인되지 않은 케이블 및 아답터 사용시, 기기의 고장 또는 폭발을 유발할
수 있습니다. 사용방법 미숙지로 인한 제품 불량은 보증할 수 없습니다. 만약 기기에 일정한 전원이 공급되지
않는다면, 기기가 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. 이 경우, 충전케이블을 기기에 다시 연결해 충전을 해 주세요. 충
전기기 연결중에는 기기가 뜨거워질 수 있습니다. 이것은 정상적인 현상이며 기기의 작동 또는 수명에 영향을
끼치지 않습니다. 램프의 구스넥을 너무 자주 구부리거나 과도한 힘으로 구부리지 마십시오.
