Hot Stapler Plastic Repair System

Instructions
1. Plug in to standard 240v system. Press ON/OFF button to switch on (yellow LED).
2. Use temperature control button (red LED) to select:
L for Thin plastic (bumpers etc).
M for 5mm thick plastic (spot lights etc).
H for thick or hard plastic.
3. Choose suitable staple for repair and insert it into the tips.
4. Prepare plastic for repair by butting together.
5. Heat staple by pressing and holding the handle switch for 10 seconds.
6. Press the staple gently against the plastic to be repaired; push staple until it is about half
way through material, then twist through about 10-15°.
7. Release the heat button and hold the staple on the repair until it feels firm.
8. Slowly withdraw the tool, leaving the head of the staple in place.
9. Cut off the protruding ends of the staple.
10. Remove the remaining ends of the staple with sander.
11. Continue with repair in the normal way.
Note:
When repairing large areas, repeat the procedure at regular intervals.
