1. Install!JDB-150CBK!onto!JDM-150!Modem!
2. Remove!cap!screw!cover!at!back!of!inside!cab!
3. Install!JDB-150CBK!using!the!30mm!x!M10!bolt!(Figure!1)!and!washer!
4. Modem!mounts!close!to!roof!of!cab!(Figure!2)!
5. If!not!using!a!cell!booster!the!antenna!cable!may!not!be!long!enough!
and!the!modem!may!need!to!be!mounted!in!JDLink!terminal!area!

1. Install!Antenna!mount!plate!to!RH!side!of!cab!roof!bolt!(Figure!3)!
2. Place!Antenna!on!top!of!plate!making!sure!the!base!of!the!antenna!is!
tight!and!the!set!screws!are!tight!as!well!
3. Run!Antenna!cab!to!back!of!cab!on!RH!side!and!down!(Figure!4)!

!
1. Install!JDB-150EXT!into!Starfire!receiver!and!run!the!cable!along!side!
the!antenna!cable!and!down!the!back!RH!side!of!cab!
2. Tie!these!cables!together!where!needed!
3. Open!side!Cab!electrical!connection!box!(Figure!5)!by!removing!
screws!with!a!10mm!socket!
4. For!a!permanent!install!cut!one!of!the!open!grommet!covers!out!and!install!a!grommet!for!both!
the!antenna!and!receiver!wire!to!go!through!
5. For!trial,!demo!or!quick!install!place!cables!under!electrical!cover!near!the!bottom!!
6. With!cover!off!push!cables!toward!the!opening!where!the!JDLink!terminal!sits!beside!the!cab!
seat!
7. Go!into!cab!and!remove!floormat!and!cover!to!access!the!JDLink!terminal!
8. Look!for!both!the!antenna!and!receiver!cable!and!pull!through!as!needed.!(Figure!6)!
9. Attach!Receiver!cable!to!modem!cable.!
6. !If!not!using!a!cell!booster!the!antenna!cable!may!not!be!long!enough!and!the!modem!may!need!
to!be!mounted!in!JDLink!terminal!area!
10. Once!cables!are!where!needed,!go!back!outside!to!electrical!cover!and!make!sure!to!place!cables!
so!the!cover!can!secure!back!in!place!as!best!as!possible.!!Tighten!down!cover.!
11. JDLink!terminal!cover!and!floormat!can!be!reinstalled!and!cables!then!can!run!up!the!RH!side!of!
the!cab!and!tucking!them!into!the!upholstery.!(Figure!7)!

4. Use!cable!from!booster!kit!to!attach!to!the!“Inside!Antenna”!connection!on!the!booster!and!run!
this!up!to!modem!and!attach!
5. Attach!power!cable!to!booster!and!run!power!adapter!where!needed.!!
6. JDLink!terminal!cover!and!floormat!can!be!reinstalled!and!cables!then!can!run!up!the!RH!side!of!
the!cab!and!tucking!them!into!the!upholstery.!(Figure!10!&!11)!
