USING YOUR COFFEE MAKER
1. Place the machine on a horizontal surface. Open the top cover.
2. Place the funnel in the hopper to ensure correct positioning of the funnel assembly.
Then place the filter correctly and fill the filter with coffee beans OR ground coffee （4
teaspoons of about 15-20 g);
NOTE: The beans should not exceed the MAX position indicated by the filter.
3. Add pure water to the water tank and do not exceed the MAX water level indicated on
the scale,
NOTE: For coffee beans, suggested quantities are:
1) American coffee，Add 4 tablespoons of coffee powder or coffee beans and add
(12-14)_Oz pure water to the water tank.
2) Stronger coffee, Add 4 tablespoons of coffee powder or coffee beans and add
(10-12)_Oz pure water to the water tank.
3) Usually, a cup of coffee needs a level spoon of coffee powder, but you may
adjust according to personal taste.

6. Plug the power cord into the socket. The LCD screen, coffee powder and coffee bean
buttons will light up.
7. Switch the button on the left to grind coffee, and switch the button on the right
to grind beans to make coffee. Press the corresponding button to start each process The
indicator light will flash when working.
8. Do not operate the function without the addition of coffee beans, as
this will reduce the service life of the machine
NOTE: When the cover is open, the two indicator lights (ground coffee and coffee
beans) do not light up. When the lid is closed, add ground coffee or coffee beans to light
them up and the machine will be ready to work.
9. Press the corresponding switch button, the indicator light will be on, and the device will start
working.
10. At the end of the brewing cycle, the light is still, according to the indicator light (the
coffee will not drip out after about 90 seconds). You may then remove the coffee cup. The
entire process of making coffee takes about 6 minutes.
11. For an optimum coffee taste, serve it just after brewing.
12. When not in use, be sure to turn off the coffee maker and disconnect the power supply.

Making a second cup of coffee in a row
1) Remove the funnel and filter components, discard the used coffee into the trash
can, and rinse with water. Dry the remaining water in the filter and put it back into
the coffee machine.
2) The funnel and filter can also be washed using the dishwasher and reused.
Note: do not pour large amounts of coffee grounds into the sink to avoid clogging
the drain.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Be sure to unplug this appliance before cleaning. To protect against electrical
shock, do not immerse cord, plug or unit in water or liquid. After each use, always make
sure plug is first removed from wall outlet.
1) Clean all detachable parts after each use in hot, sudsy water.
2) Wipe the product’s exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove stains.
3) After brewing, there will be a small amount of water droplets in the storage pan. The
water in the storage pan should be emptied and cleaned regularly.
REMOVING MINERAL DEPOSITS
To make your coffee machine work more efficiently, you should regularly clean the
mineral deposits left by the water, depending on the water quality in your area and how
often the appliance is used. Details are as follows:
1. In the coffee machine gauge, add a mix of water and descaler to the water tank to the
maximum water level (the ratio of water to descaler is 4:1). Use a "household descaler".
You can replace the descaler with citric acid (100 parts water to 3 parts citric acid).

HINTS FOR GREAT-TASTING COFFEE

USANDO SU CAFETERA

Como hacer una segunda taza de café
