Negative Output Control (NOC) AUX Output Control
OEM Security
Negative output control allows any NOC to be programmed for any one of nineteen
(19) options. This feature is accessible via FlashLogic Weblink or Weblink Mobile.
Any AUX output can congured using the AUX Control Menu. This feature is only
accessible via FlashLogic Weblink or Weblink Mobile.
Chirp Delete
System ARM/DISARM chirps can be toggled ON or OFF without entering the
Feature Bank programming.
1. Turn the ignition key ON/OFF.
2. Press and release the valet button 3x.
The system will respond with one (1) chirp for ON and two (2) Chirps for OFF.
This feature will not affect alarm trigger or programming.
User Programmable LED
System LED notications can be turned ON or OFF without entering Feature
Bank programming.
1. Turn the ignition key ON/OFF, ON/OFF.
2. Press and hold valet button for ve (5) seconds.
The LED will ash 1x for ON, 2x for OFF. This feature will not affect LED ash
during programming.
Remote Start
If the remote start fails to start the vehicle, the system will ash the vehicle
parking lights to indicate the cause.
The installer must manually congure the Engine Conrmation method in Feature
Bank 3, Feature 5. The default method is “Tach”. This method requires using the
Green/Orange tach input wire. When using the default “Tach” method, the vehicle
tach rate must be programmed. To enter tach rate programming:
1. Turn the ignition key ON.
2. Press and release the valet button 3x.
3. Turn the ignition key OFF.
4. Press and hold valet button.
5. While holding valet button, start the engine using the key.
6. Hold the valet button for approximately ten (10) seconds. If connected to the
vehicle Tach source, the system will ash the parking lights 1x every second.
7. Release the valet button. The system will turn on the parking lights for two (2)
seconds to indicate the tach rate is programmed.
The APSRS Feature Banks can be programmed by using the valet button and
remote. To enter Feature Bank programming:
1. Turn the ignition key to ON.
2. Press and release the valet button 3x. System will beep and ash lights 1x for
Feature Bank 1, Remote Programming.
3. Cycle ignition key OFF/ON. System will beep and ash lights 2x for Feature
Bank 2.
4. Press valet button to cycle features. LED will ash to display feature number.
5. Press lock button to cycle options. System will beep to indicate option number.
6. Cycle ignition key OFF/ON. System will beep and ash lights 3x for Feature
Bank 3.
7. Press valet button to cycle features. LED will ash to display feature number.
8. Press lock to cycle options. System will beep to indicate option Number.
To exit Programming cycle ignition key OFF and wait ten (10) seconds. The System
will also automatically exit programming after sixty (60) seconds of no activity.
Important Update
The default Data Port Protocol of this system is ADS. If using an
FLCAN or other external integration module be sure to choose
iDatalink 2-Way when ashing.
This system will also support DBI. This will require programming
Feature Bank 2, Feature 15 to DBI.
The APSRS can provide OEM level security. The system will monitor all entry zones
(Door, Hood, And Trunk). When an entry zone is detected the system will beep the
vehicle horn and ash the parking lights. This feature must be activated in Feature
Bank 2, Feature 12.
Operation
To arm the system, press lock function on the remote.
To disarm the system, press the unlock function on the remote.
Valet Override Procedure
To disarm the system without the use of a remote, turn the ignition key to ON and
press the valet button 1x.
The APSRS does not include an RF remote kit. The RF remote kit Includes two
(2) remotes, one (1) antenna, and one (1) cable. When added, remotes must be
programmed to the system. Remote Programming is located in Feature Bank 1. To
enter Remote Auto Programming:
1. Turn the ignition key to ON.
2. Press and release the valet button 3x. System will beep and ash the parking
lights 1x.
Press the lock button on each remote. The system will beep 1x to indicate the
remote has been programmed. If programming one (1) button remotes, press the
Start button. Only primary remote functions are auto programmed. This Includes
Lock, Unlock, and Trunk/Start.
If using AUX output control, you must manually program the AUX output channels
to the remote. Please see the complete installation guide for manual remote
programming instruction.
Note: If programming 2-Way remotes, wait for the remote to beep before
programming additional remotes. This beep is conrmation that a 2-Way response
has been received from the main module.
