Descrizione
L’impiego di materiali di ottima qualità (involucro impermeabile in alluminio)
conferisce all’unità un’elevata robustezza meccanica e ne consente l’uso anche
in condizioni ambientali e atmosferiche difficili.
Driver di elevata potenza provvisto di trasformatore di linea interno (solo
HD60T), progettato per lavorare con trombe PROEL o in sostituzione di altri
drivers aventi un attacco di tipo maschio W-18N da 3/8”, capace di fornire, al
suono riprodotto, un’elevata intelligibilità.

Precauzioni
• Prima di procedere con l’installazione, leggere attentamente le istruzioni
contenute nel presente manuale e conservarlo per una consultazione successiva.
• Attenzione: l’installazione errata potrebbe danneggiare irrimediabilmente
l’apparecchiatura.
• PROEL raccomanda di installare i diffusori tenendo conto delle normative di
sicurezza vigenti.
• L’uso del dispositivo al di fuori delle specifiche tecniche potrebbe causare una
diminuzione delle prestazioni.
• In presenza di bambini, controllare che il prodotto non rappresenti un pericolo.
• Assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia in posizione stabile.
• Per la pulizia delle parti esterne non utilizzare diluenti, alcol, benzina o altre
sostanze volatili.
• Evitare di riparare il dispositivo. Per qualsiasi tipo di intervento, rivolgersi al
personale qualificato.
• Si consiglia di non utilizzare il diffusore a livelli di suono elevati per lunghi periodi
di tempo, in quanto la pressione sonora generata potrebbe provocare danni
permanenti all’udito.

Installazione HD35 / HD60
1. Avvitare saldamente (in senso orario) l’unità sulla tromba come mostrato
nella figura che segue:
2. Collegare la linea audio ai due morsetti presenti sulla parte frontale
dell’unità. Nel collegamento all’amplificatore rispettare il valore
d’impedenza in uscita.

1. Avvitare saldamente l’unità sulla tromba (in senso orario) come mostrato in
figura.
2. Selezionare la potenza in uscita desiderata, collegando alla linea audio il
comune (terminale nero) ed il terminale di colore corrispondente alla
potenza scelta :

Nota:
• Sul retro del driver è riportato lo schema colori/potenza.
• Nel caso in cui più trombe vengono utilizzate
contemporaneamente nello stesso luogo, prestare
particolare attenzione alla polarità, al fine di ottenere un
livello di pressione sonora ottimale. In presenza di diffusori a
tromba collegati in parallelo, è necessario che la polarità sia
la stessa. Se invece la configurazione è di tipo seriale, la
polarità deve essere rispettata come nel collegamento in
serie di batterie

Description
The use of excellent materials (water-proof aluminium frame) gives the unit a
high mechanical strength and allows its use even in extreme weather
conditions.
High-power driver featuring built-in line transformer (HD60T only), designed to
operate with PROEL horns or as replacement of other drivers featuring a 3/8”
male connection type W-18N, able to give high clearness to the sound
reproduced.

Safety instructions
• Before installing the unit, read carefully these instructions and keep them for
future reference.
• Warning: an incorrect installation might result in an irreparable damage to the
unit.
• Installation should be carried out in compliance with the relevant safety
regulations.
• The use of this unit without following the technical specifications may cause the
performance to be impaired.
• Close supervision is necessary when the unit is used near children.
• Make sure the unit is placed in a stable and safe position.
• Do not use solvents, alcohol, petrol or other volatile substances to clean the outer
components.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified
personnel.
• This product generates a sound pressure level that may cause permanent
damages to the hearing. Do not use the loudspeaker at high volume levels for a
long period of time.

1. Tightly screw the unit onto the horn in a clockwise direction as shown:
2.Connect the audio line to the two speaker terminals placed on the front
part of the unit. When connecting the amplifier, take note of the output
impedance.

Note:
• A diagram of the correspondence colour/power is shown on
the back of the driver.
• In case more than one horn is used in the same place, take
care of the polarity in order to achieve the required sound
pressure level. In case of parallel connected horn speakers,
the polarity must be the same for all units. If the
configuration is serial, care should be taken regarding the
polarity as with batteries connected in series.
