USING AREAS
Your jigsaw has been designed for
sawing wood, aluminium and plastics.
This tool can be used as multifunction
with large accessories alternatives
and make cutting process excellent as
both circular and curved.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions failure to follow
all instructions listed below may result
in electric shock, re and/or serious
injury.
•The voltage of the power source must
agree with the value given on the
nameplate of the machine.
•Before using the tool, check the tool
and it’s power connections if there is
any damagement.
•Don’t connect the plug to power
source when switch is on.
•Avoid body contact with earthed or
grounded surfaces such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators.
There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or
grounded.
•Extreme temperature differences
cause water droplets on power
conducting parts . Before switch on the
tool, wait tool to get same temperature
working room temperature.
•Use the power tool, accessories
and tool bits etc. in accordance with
these instructions and in the manner

work conditions and the work to be

operations different from intended

•Fit workpieces and for tting the
workpieces, use clamping equipments
or vice.
•Dress properly. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving

parts. Loosing clothes, jewellery or
long hair can be caught in moving
parts.
•Use safety equipment. Always wear
eye protection. Safety equipment such
as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes,
hard hat, or hearing protection used
for appropriate.
•When working with the machine, hold
it rmly with both hands and provide
for a secure stance.
•Do not expose power tools to rain
or wet conditions. Water entering
a power tool will increase the risk of
electric shock.
•When operating a power tool
outdoors, use an extension cord
suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord
suitable for outdoor use reduces the
risk of electric shock.
•Do not operate power tools in
explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of ammable liquids, gases
or dust. Power tools create sparks
which may ignite the dust or fumes.
•When power tool is given to other
people, this instruction manual must
be given with power tool.

pulling or unplugging the power tool.
•Don’t switch off the tool when it is on

•Keep work area clean and well

when operating the tools.
•Avoid accidental starting. Ensure
the switch is in the off position before
plugging in. Carry power tools with

•Remove any adjusting key or wrench
before turning the power tool on.
A wrench or a key left attached to a
rotating part of the power tool may

•After switch off, do not braket he
saw blade to a stop by applying side
pressure.
•Use only sharp, awless saw blades.
Replace immediately cracked, bent or
dull saw blades.
•Changing of blade and shoe must be
done after pull the mains plug.
•Blade must be tted rmly in the blade
locking equipment. Regularly check if
blade is tted rmly.
•When sawing, the complete surface
of the base plate should securely rest
on the material.
•Hazardous dust for human health
can smudge by cutting concrete
with asbestos. Take care of legal
regulations and manufacturer advice.
OPERATING
Always use the correct supply
voltage.
The voltage of the power source must
agree with the value given on the
nameplate of the machine.
CHANGING SAW BLADE
Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
•To t the blade, rotate the blade
locking collar in clockwise direction.
•Slide the blade into the locating
groove with teeth pointing forward.
Ensure the blade rollaer guide is in
contact with the back edge of the
cutting blade at all times.
•Release the locking collar to secure
the blade.
•Universal blade locking equipment is
available for all saw blades in market.
SWITCH ON/OFF
Switching on: Press the on- off
switch.
Switching off: Release the on- off
switch.
CONTINUOUS OPERATION
Push the variable speed switch
trigger and at the same time push
the continuous operation lock
button.
The stop continuous operating,
push variable speed switch and then
release.
STROKE SELECTING
With the thumbwheel, the required
stroke rate can be selected(also while
running).
I - 2 : Low stroke rate
3 - 4 : Medium stroke rate
5 - 6 : High stroke rate

DUST VACUUMING WITH THE
EXTERNAL EXTRACTOR DEVICE
Dust extraction prevents large
accumulations of dust, high
concentrations of dust in the ambient
air and facilitates disposal.
For long periods of working with wood
or for commercial use on materials
that produce dust that is detrimental to
health, the machine is to be connected
to a suitable external dust extraction
device.
PENDULUM ACTION SETTING
The saw blade pendulum action that is
adjustablein foursteps makespossible
the optimum adaptation of sawing
advancin(cutting speed), cutting
performance and cut appearance of
the material to be worked.
For each downward movement, the
saw blade is lifted off the material
which facilities sawdust ejection
reduces heat generated by friction and
increases the service life of the saw
blade. At the same time the reduction
of the necessary advancing force
makes fatigue-free working possible.
The adjustment lever makes possible
the adjustment of the pendulum action
in four steps. The switching can take
place with the machine running.
Step 0:
No pendulum action
Step 1:
Small pendulum action
Step 2:
Medium pendulum action
Step 3:
Large pendulum action
The following basic recommendations
are to be observed:
•The ner and cleaner the cut edge
should be, the smaller the pendulum
step selected should be or switch off.
•Fort he working of thin metal such as
sheet metal, switch off the pendulum
action.
•In materials such as softwood and
cutting in the direction of the grain, the
maximum pendulum action can be
used.
OPERATING INFORMATION
CUTTING
Do not depress too much to worpiece
for avoiding damaging and heating
of blade. For avoiding vibration and
cutting beter, put the workpiece to a
rm plate.

CUTTING ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
For cutting of mitre angles loosen the
2 set screws till the saw shoe to the
required mitre angle. Mitre angle to
the left/right is maximum 45°. After
adjusting desired angle, tighten the
set screws rmly. Adjustable angles
on jigsaw are 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°.
PLUNGE SAWING
Only soft materials such as wood,
aerated concrete, plaster board
aerated concrete, plaster board, etc.

Cut-outs in wood are possible without
predrilling by piercing with the running
machine. This is requires a certain
amount of practice, however, and is
possible only wit short saw blades.
Place the front edge of the base plate
on the workpiece and switch on.
Press the machine rmly against the
workpiece and plunge the saw blade
slowly into the workpiece.
After reaching the required cutting
depth, bring the machine again to the
normal working position so that the
complete surface of the base plate
rests on the workpiece and continue
to saw along the cutting line.
After completing the cut, switch off the
machine rst and then pull it out of the
cut.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
Guide roller should occasionally be
checked for wear and lubricated with
a drop of oil. If it is worn , it must be
changed. For safe and proper working,
always keep the machine and the
ventilation slots clean.
If the machine should happen to fail
despite the care taken in manufacture
and testing, repair should be carried
out by an authorized customer
services agent for PROMAKER® tools.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Lea todas las instrucciones. De
no seguir todas las instrucciones
indicadas a continuación puede
resultar en descarga eléctrica, fuego

•El voltaje de la fuente de poder debe

OPERACIÓN
Siempre use el correcto voltaje de
corriente.

CAMBIO DE LA HOJA DE LA
SIERRA
Antes de cualquier trabajo sobre la
máquina misma, retire los enchufes
de la red eléctrica.

•Al encajar la hoja, rote el cuello de la
sierra de la hoja en dirección de las
agujas del reloj.
•Deslice la hoja en la ranura de
localización con los dientes apuntando
adelante. Asegúrese que la guía de
rodillo de la hoja esté en contacto con
el lo trasero de la hoja cortadora en
todo momento.
•Libere el cuello de cierre para
asegurar la hoja.
•Existe equipo universal de sierra de
hoja disponible para todas las hojas
de sierra en el mercado.
INTERRUPTOR DE ENCENDIDO/
APAGADO
Para encender: Presione el
interruptor de encendido/apagado.
Para apagar: Suelte el interruptor
de encendido/apagado.
OPERACIÓN CONTINUA
Empuje el gatillo de velocidad
variable y al mismo tiempo empuje
el botón de cierre de operación
continua.
Para detener la operación continua,
empuje el interruptor de velocidad
variable y luego suelte.
SELECCIÓN DE CORTE
Con la rueda dentada, la tasa de golpe
requerida puede ser seleccionada
(también mientras esté en operación).
1 – 2 : Tasa de corte bajo.
3 – 4: Tasa de corte medio.
5 – 6: Tasa de corte alto.
VACIADO DE POLVO CON EL
DISPOSITIVO EXTERNO DE
EXTRACCIÓN
La extracción del polvo previene
grandes acumulaciones de polvo,
altas concentraciones de polvo
en el aire del ambiente y facilita la
disposición.
Para largos períodos de trabajo con
madera o para uso comercial de polvo
sobre materiales que producen polvo
perjudicial para la salud, la máquina a
de conectarse a un dispositivo externo
de extracción de polvo adecuado.
CONFIGURACIÓN DE ACCIÓN DE
PÉNDULO
La acción de péndulo de la hoja de
sierra ajustable en 4 pasos permite
la adaptación óptima de avance del
aserrado (velocidad de corte), la
realización del corte y la apariencia
del corte del material a ser trabajado.
Para cada movimiento descendente,
la hoja de la sierra es impulsada fuera
del material, lo que facilita la eyección
del polvo de la sierra, reduce el calor
generado por la fricción y aumenta la
duración de servicio de la hoja de la
sierra. Al mismo tiempo, la reducción
de la fuerza necesaria de avance
hace posible trabajar sin fatigarse. La
palanca de ajuste permite el ajuste de
la acción del péndulo en cuatro pasos.
El cambio puede ser hecho con la
máquina en operación.
Paso 0:
Sin acción del péndulo.
Paso 1:
Pequeña acción del péndulo.
Paso 2:
Media acción del péndulo.
Paso 3:
Gran acción del péndulo.

Deben observarse las siguientes
recomendaciones básicas:
•Mientras más no y limpio debe ser el
lo de corte, menor debe ser el paso
de péndulo seleccionado o apagado.
•Para trabajar metal delgado, tal como
lámina de metal, apague la acción del
péndulo.
•En materiales tales como madera
de coníferas y corte en dirección
del grano, puede usarse la máxima
acción del péndulo.
INFORMACIÓN DE OPERACIÓN
CORTE
No apriete mucho la pieza de trabajo
para evitar daño y calentamiento de
la hoja. Para evitar vibración y tener
un mejor corte, coloque la pieza de
trabajo en una placa rme.
AJUSTE DEL ÁNGULO DE CORTE
Para corte de ángulos de unión
aoje los 2 tornillos del conjunto
hasta que la sierra calce al ángulo de
unión requerido. El ángulo de unión
a la izquierda/derecha es máximo
45º. Después de ajustar el ángulo
deseado, apriete rmemente el juego
de tornillos. Los ángulos ajustables de
la sierra son 0º, 15º, 30º, 45º.
CORTE HUNDIDO
Solo materiales blandos, tales como
madera, concreto aireado, concreto
aireado de cartón yeso, cartón yeso,
etc., pueden ser trabajados con
método de hundido.
Es posible hacer recortes de madera
sin taladrar previamente mediante
perforación con la máquina en
operación. Esto requiere una cierta
cantidad de práctica, sin embargo, y
solo es posible con hojas cortas de
sierra.
Coloque la parte frontal de la placa
de base sobre la pieza de trabajo
y encienda. Presione la máquina

MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
Antes de cualquier trabajo sobre la
máquina misma, retire los enchufes
de la red eléctrica.
Debe chequear ocasionalmente
el desgaste de la guía de rodillo y
lubricarla con una gota de aceite. Si
está desgastada, debe ser cambiada.
Para una operación segura y
apropiada, siempre mantenga limpios
la máquina y los puntos de ventilación.
Si la máquina llegase a fallar a pesar
del cuidado tomado en su fabricación
y prueba, debe ser reparada
solamente por un agente de servicio al
cliente autorizado para herramientas
PROMAKER®.
