• Handle the pipes and connections with precaution. Do not carry the tool by the pipe. Do not force to unplug it from the
air connection. Keep the pipes away from any heat sources lubricants and sharp edges. Check the wear of the pipes

POWER SUPPLY
Start up:
The compressed air network must be perfectly depressurized and adapted to the consumption of the tool. A regulator
filter and lubricator (except for the tools without lubrication) must be installed at a maximum distance of 10 meters
from the tool. The regulation pressure must be set at 7.5 bars and the special oil flow for the tools must be around 1
drop every 30 seconds for a air debit of 100 litres/mm. Be careful the air consumption of your tool must be
imperatively superior to the minimum debit of your lubricator. A stopping valve must be put upstream.
Filter regulator lubricator and tool are connected by a special soft for compressed air in rubber or pvc. The maximum
length is 10 meters and the minimum inside diameter is 8 mm for the tools. The main lead is of 1/4" and 12 mm for
the connections 3/8". It needs to be supplied with a connection of self-closing or semi self-closing close to the tool in
order to disconnect it easily.
Use:
Only use the accessories in good conditions and fitting with the technical specifications of the tool.
Do not use the machine without being in gear. If it is the case after a long use make sure that nothing is fitted on the
tool. Unplug imperatively the tool to set the accessories.
Check that all the accessories are perfectly fitted before starting the machine.
Check regularly the state of the air supply. In case of deterioration or leak restore it immediately. The breaking of the
pipe can cause serious injuries.
Check periodically the level of the lubricators the air draining filter and the pipes.
Maintenance:
At the beginning of the day and before a long period of stopping put several drops of special oil directly in the tank.
Do not use flammable liquid like petrol or oil.
Check regularly the state of the regulator filter and the oil level in the air pipe lubricator.
Be sure that the main lead the pipes and the accessories are in good condition. Drain regularly the pipes and the
compressor tank. Do not forget its due date.
Only the original spare parts of the manufacturer can be use for the maintenance of the tools.
The company can not be responsible for the modifications made on the tools and for the non respect of the general
safety rules with the use of the compressed air.
