GENERAL SAFETY RULES
WARNING!
Read and understand all instructions.
Failure to follow all instructions listed
below may result in electrical shock,
re and/or serious personal injury.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
1) WORK AREA
a) Keep your work area clear, clean
and well lit. Cluttered work surfaces
and dark areas invite accidents.
b) Keep people not involved in the
work, especially children, away from
the work area while operating a
power tool. Distractions can cause
you to lose control of the tool.
c) Do not operate power tools in
an unsafe environment such as
explosive atmosphere, ammable
liquids, gases and dust. A spark
created by a power tool may ignite
the fumes or dust.
2) ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a) Double insulated tools are
equipped with a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). This
plug will t into a polarized outlet,
reverse the plug and try again. If it still
does not t fully, contact a qualied
electrician to install a polarized plug.
Do not modify grounded power cord
and ground electrical system.
b) Avoid body contact with ground
surfaces such as radiators, pipes,
ranges and refrigerators. There is
an increased risk of electrical shock
if your body is grounded.
c) Do not operate power tools in
the rain or wet conditions. Water
entering a power tool increases the
risk of electrical shock.
d) Do not stress the power cord.
Never carry the power tool by the
cord or disconnect the plug from
sharp edges, heat, solvents and oil.
Replace damaged cord immediately.
Damaged cords increase the risk of
electrical shock.
e) Use outdoor extension cords
when operating the power tool
outside. Outdoor power cords are
mark “W-A” or “w” and are rated for
outdoor use. These cord reduce the
risk of electrical shock.
3) PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Dress appropriately. Do not wear
loose clothing or jewelry. Keep
long hair in place and contained.
Keep clothes, hair and gloves away
from moving parts. Loose clothing,
jewelry and hair can snag in moving
pads.
b) Use common sense, stay alert
and watch what you are doing while
operating a power tool. Do not use
tools while under the inuence
of alcohol, medication, or drugs.
Keep focused on the work at hand
while using a power tool to prevent
personal injury.

c) Make sure the power switch is in
the “OFF” position before plugging it
into the receptacle. This will prevent
accidental starting. Carrying tools
with the switch in the “ON” position
invites accidents.
d) Remove adjusting tools such as
wrenches or keys before turning the
tool on. A wrench or key left attached
to a rotating part will y off and may
cause personal injury.
e) Do not overreach while operating a
power tool. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times. Good balance
and solid footing enables better
control in unexpected situations.
f) Always wear appropriate safety
equipment. Always wear eye
protection while operating a power
tool. Use appropriate dust respirators,
hearing protection, hard-hat, face
shield or safety shoes as dictated by
the work and tool.
g) When servicing a tool, use only
identical replacement parts. Use
of unauthorized parts or failure to
follow maintenance may create a
risk of electrical shock or injury.
4) TOOL USE AND CARE
a) Secure the work piece with
clamps or other practical methods
to provide a secure work platform.
Holding the work by hand or against
your body is not secure and may
lead to loss of control.
b) Do not use the incorrect tool for
the work. The proper tool will do the
work faster and safer.
c) Do not use the tool if the “OFF/ON”
switch is not working. Operating a
tool that cannot be controlled by you
is dangerous and must be repaired
before use.
d) Always disconnect the power cord
from the electrical before storing the
tool, making adjustments or adding/
replacing accessories. This simple
prevention will reduce the risk of
accidental starting the tool.
e) Store the tool in a secure place
out of reach of children. A secure
storage location will prevent the
unauthorized use by-untrained
users.
f) Properly maintain tools. Keep
all cutting tools sharp and clean.
Remove contaminants from the
tool and keep it clean. Check for
broken parts or binding of moving
parts before use. If damaged,
have the tool serviced before use.
Prevent accidents caused by poorly
maintained tools.
g) Use only accessories recommended
for your model. Accessories suitable
for one tool may become hazardous
when uses on another tool.

5) LASER
Avoid direct exposure of
the eyes by laser radiation!
Flash can cause blindness!
6) SERVICE
Tool service, mechanical and/or
electrical is to be performed only by
qualied repair personnel. Service
performed by unqualied personnel
may result in a risk of injury.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES FOR
CIRCULAR SAW
•Always wear a dust mask.
• Only use as blades recommended
(EN847-1 approval).
• Always wear hearing protection.
• Do not use any abrasive wheels.
• Ensure that the riving knife is
adjusted so that:
• The distance between the
riving knife and the toothed
rim of the saw blade is not
more than 5 mm.
• The toothed rim does not
extend more than 5 mm
beyond the lower edge of the
riving knife.
DANGER:
a) Keep hands away from cutting
area and the blade. Keep your
second hand on auxiliary handle,
or motor housing. If both hands
are holding the saw, they cannot be
cut by the blade.
b) Do not reach underneath the
workpiece. The guard cannot
protect you from the blade below the
workpiece.
c) Adjust the cutting depth to
the thickness of the workpiece.
Less than a full tooth of the blade
teeth should be visible below the
workpiece.
d) Never hold a piece being cut
in your hands or across your leg.
Secure the workpiece to a stable
platform. It is important to support
the work properly to minimize body
exposure, blade binding, or loss of
control.
e) Hold power tool by insulated
gripping surfaces when
performing an operation where
the cutting tool may contact
hidden wiring or its own cord.
Contact with a “live” wire will also
make exposed metal parts of the
power tool “live” and shock the
operator.
f) When ripping always use a
rip fence or straight edge guide.
This improves the accuracy of cut
and reduces the chance of blade
binding.
g) Always use blades with correct
size and sharp (diamond versus
round) or arbour holes. Blades that
do not match the mounting hardware
or the saw will run eccentrically,
causing loss of control.

h) Never use damaged or incorrect
blade washers or bolt. The blade
washers and bolt were designed for
your saw, for optimum performance
and safety or operation.
Cause and operator prevention of
kickback:
- kickback is sudden reaction to a
pinched, bound or misaligned saw
blade, causing and uncontrolled saw
to lift up and out of the workpiece
toward the operator.
- When the blade is pinched or
bound tightly by the kerf closing
down, the blade stalls and the motor
reaction drives the unit rapidly back
toward the operator.
- If the blade becomes twisted or
misaligned in the cut, the teeth at the
back edge of the blade can dig into
the top surface if the wood causing
the blade to climb out the kerf and
jump back toward the operator.
- When blade is binding, or when
interrupting a cut for any reason,
release the trigger and hold the
saw motionless in the material until
the blade comes to a complete
stop. Never attempt to remove
the saw from the work or pull the
saw backward while the blade is
in motion or kickback may occur.
Investigate and take corrective
actions to eliminate the cause of
blade binding.
- Kickback is the result of saw
misuse and/or incorrect operating
procedures or conditions and
can be avoided by tacking proper
precautions as given below.
a) Maintain a rm grip with both
hands on the saw and position
your arms to resist kickback
forces. Position your body to
either side of the blade, but not in
line with the blade. Kickback could
cause the saw to jump backwards,
but kickback forces can be controlled
by the operator, if proper precautions
are taken.
b) When blade is binding, or
when interrupting a cut for any
reason, release the trigger and
hold the saw motionless in the
material until the blade comes to
a complete stop. Never attempt to
remove the saw from the work or
pull the saw backward while the
blade is in motion of kickback
may occur. Investigate and take
corrective actions to eliminate the
cause of blade biding.
c) When restarting a saw in the
workplace, center the saw blade
in the kerf and check that saw
teeth are not engaged into the
material. If saw blade is binding, it
may walk up or kickback from the
workpiece as the saw is retarded.
d) Support larger panels to
minimize the risk of blade
pinching and kickback. Larger

panels tend to sag under the panel
on both sides, near the line of cut
and near the edge of the panel.
e) Do not use dull of damaged
blades. Unsharpened or improperly
set blades produce narrow kerf
causing excessive friction, blade
binding and kickback.
f) Blades depth and bevel
adjusting locking levers must be
tight and secure before making
cut. If blade adjustment shifts while
cutting, ir may cause binding and
kickback.
g) Use extra caution when making
a “plunge cut” into existing walls
of other blind areas. The protruding
blade may cut objects that can
cause kickback.
Safety instructions for lower
guard of saws
a) Check lower guard for proper
closing before each use. Do not
operate the saw if lower guard
does not move freely and close
instantly. Never clamp or tie
the lower guard into the open
position. If saw is accidentally
dropped, lower guard may be bent.
Raise the lower guard with the
retracting handle and make sure it
moves freely and does not touch the
blade or any other part, in all angles
and depths of cut.
b) Check the operation of the
lower guard spring. If the guard
and the spring are no operating
properly, they must be serviced
before use. Lower guard may
operate sluggishly due to damaged
parts, gummy deposits, or a build-
up of debris.
c) Lower guard should be
retracted manually only for special
cuts such as “plunge cuts” and
“compound cuts”. Raise lower
guard by retracting handle and as
soon as blade enters the material,
the lower guard must be released.
For all other sawing, the lower guard
should operate automatically.
d) Always observe that the lower
guard is covering the blade before
placing saw down on bench or
oor. An unprotected, coasting
blade will cause the saw to walk
backwards, cutting whatever is in its
path. Be aware of the time it takes
for the blade to stop after switch is
released.
Another safety rules
• Do not expose power tools to rain
or wet conditions. Water entering a
power tool will increase the risk of
electric shock.
• Do not abuse the cord. Never use
the cord to carry the tools or pull
the plug from an outlet. Keep cord
away from heat, oil, sharp edges
or moving parts. Replace damaged

cords immediately. Damaged cords
increase the risk of electric shock.
• Before connecting the tool to a
power source, be sure voltage
supplied is the same as that
specied on the nameplate of the
tool. A power source with voltage
greater than that specied for tool
can result in serious injury to the
user as well as damage to the tool.
Specic Operation Guide
• Ensure thate the directional arrow
marked on the blade corresponds
with the rotational direction of the
motor.
• Always keep the blade-securing
arbour and collars clean.
• Always keep the blade-securing
means is securely tightened with the
wrench provided.
• Ensure the workpiece that will be
cut off has sufcient room to move
sideways. Failure to do so may
result in the off binding against the
blade.
• Let the blade reasch full speed
before commencing the cut.
• Let the blade come to a complete
stop before removing any jammed
or off cut material from around the
blade area.

metal! All other applications are
expressly excluded.
UNPACKING
Due to modern mass production
techniques, it is unlikely that your
power tool is faulty or that a part
is missing. If you nd anything
wrong, do not operate the tool
until the parts have been replaced
or the fault has been rectied.
Failure to do so could result in
serious personal injury.

ASSEMBLY
The saw is packed, fully assembled
except for the rip fences.
BLADE INSTALLATION
For your own safety and protection,
do not attempt to operate this saw
until is completely assembled
and installed according to this
instruction. Read and understand
the capability of the multi-function
saw and the hazards associated
with its operation.
Sandwich the blade between two
anges.
The procedure is as follows:
Step 1:
Unscrew the spindle bolt using
socket wrench supplied in
anticlockwise direction (see g 1)
and press the spindle lock button
(see g 3) meanwhile:
• Remove the bolt and outer ange.
• Inner ange (A) remained on
spindle (shown in g 2)

• Raise the lower blade guard using
the blade guard lever.
Step 2:
• Fit the blade supplied onto inner
ange.
• Make sure that the rotation direction
of blade shall be in the same as the
narrow on the blade guard (g 1 ).

Step 3:
• Fit the outer ange and spindle bolt
in turn (see g 4).
• Finally tighten the spindle bolt by
socket wrench supplied in clockwise
direction and ensure that the spindle
lock button and lower guard is
released (see g 4) meanwhile.
• If blade not t inner ange use right
adapters in blade bore.
DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!
OPERATION
SWITCH ON AND OFF
Attention!
Through poor conditions of the
electrical MAINS, shrtly voltage
drops can appear when starting
the EQUIPMENT. This can
inuence other equipment (eg.
Blinking of a lamp). If the MAINS-
IMPEDANCE Zmax<0.418OHM,
such disturbances are not expected.
(In case of need, you may contact
your local supply authority for further
information).
The main switch requires two
actions to energize the tool. The
tool can only be put into service if
the handle is rmly grasped and
both buttons are depressed. And
the main switch can automatically
lock in the “OFF” position whn the
trigger is released, preventing any
unintentional operation.
Using the dust collector
WARNING! Connect dust collector
to dust export, it may avoid dust
hurt you!

• Mark the desired cutting line on
work piece surface, ensure the tile
material is securely clamped or
stationary and horizontal.
• Align the cutting line with the 0º
standard line shown in g 5, g 6.
• Hold the tool rmly and turn the tool.
Do not allow the blade to contact
the material until it has attained full
speed.
• Slowly and smoothly move the tool
forward to cut, keeping the base
plate at on the surface.
• Keep the multi-function saw moving
forward smoothly and evenly until
the cut is complete.

• Adjust the parallel guide to the
desired width from the blade, then
tighten the retaining screw (g 7, g
8).
Caution: Make sure that the plain
witch parallel guide against should
be parallel with cutting line marked
on work piece to be cut.
CUTTING DEPTH ADJUSMENT

• Loosen the cutting depth lever.
• Hold the base plate at against the
edge of the work piece and lift the
body of the tool until the blade is at
right depth.
• Tighten the depth locking lever (g
9, g 10).

• Loosen the 0º - 45º locking knob
(g 11, g 12).
• Tilt the body of saw until the
required angle is reached.
• Tighten the locking knob to secure
the base plate.
CHANGING THE BLADE
When the blade is worn out, it should
be changed as the procedure in
BLADE INSTALLATION.
WARNING! Do not attempt to cut
pieces too small. Avoid awkward
hand positions where a sudden slip
could cause your hand or nger to
come in contact with de diamond
blade. When cutting any material,
make sure that it is fully supported.
Hold work piece rmly. DO NOT
FORCE THE TOOL IN CUTTING
THE WORK PIECE.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION for your safety, turn off
switch and unplug saw from the
power source before performing
any maintenance or cleaning. If the
power cord become damaged in
any way, replace it immediately with

the approved cord. When cleaning
the saw, DO NOT expose the motor
to direct water. If excessive water is
introduced into the motor, electric
shock and or damage to the motor
can occur.
DO NOT SERVICE the electric
motor’s internal components
yourself. Contact an authorized
service center.
Periodic maintenance of your saw
allows for long life and trouble-
free operation. The cutting residue
that the saw generate could be
considerable. A cleaning, lubrication
and maintenance schedule should
be maintained. As a common
sensible and preventative
maintenance practice, follow these
recommended steps:
- Never use water or any other
chemical liquids to cleaning the
electrical parts of the machine.
- Use soft clothes to clean the
water and dust on the machine.
- Keep the ventilation slots of the
motor clean.
CARBON BRUSHES
Replace the carbon brushes when
they wear down to approximate
3/16“ (5 mm) or when excessive
sparking occurs whitin the motor
housing. The brushes on both sides
of the motor should be replaced at
the same time (g 13).

TROUBLE SHOOTING
WARNING! For your safety, turn
“ON/OFF” switch OFF and unplug
saw from the power source before
performing any troubleshooting
procedures.
1. The motor unit is too hot:
• Turn off the machine and let it cool
down to room temperature.
• Check and clean the ventilation.
• Send the machine to the
maintenance department, when the
reason is not the one of above.
2. Motor stops turning:
• Verify plugs are fully connected.
• Check power source voltage is 120V
- 60 Hz .
• Worn carbon brushes.
• Return the machine for repair when
problem remain unsolved after the
above checks.
PROTECTING THE ENVIROMENT
Meaning of crossed out

dispose of electrical
appliances as unsorted
municipal waste, use

Contact your local government for
information regarding the collection
systems available.
If electrical appliances are disposed
of in landlls or dumps, hazardous

appliance for disposals at least free

3) SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
a) Vestir apropiadamente. No use
ropa suelta ni joyas. Mantenga el
cabello largo en orden y recogido.
Mantenga la ropa, el cabello y los
guantes alejados de las partes

el cabello pueden enganchar en
plataformas móviles.
b) Utilice el sentido común,

6) SERVICIO
El servicio de herramientas
mecánico y/o eléctrico solo debe
ser realizado por personal de
reparación calicado. El servicio
realizado por personal no calicado
puede resultar en un riesgo de
lesiones.
NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD
ESPECÍFICAS PARA SIERRAS
CIRCULARES.
• Siempre use máscara contra el
polvo.
• Utilice únicamente hojas de
sierra recomendadas (EN847-
1approval).
• Use siempre protección auditiva.
• No utilice discos abrasivos.
• Asegúrese siempre que el
cuchillo divisor esté ajustado de
modo que:
• La distancia entre el cuchillo
divisor y el borde dentado de
la hoja de sierra no es superior
a 5mm.
• El borde dentado no se
extiende más de 5mm más allá
del borde inferior del cuchillo
divisor.
PELIGRO:
a) Mantenga las manos alejadas
del área de corte y de la cuchilla.
Mantenga su segunda mano en la
manija auxiliar, o en la carcasa del
motor. Si las dos manos sostienen

la sierra pueden ser cortadas con la
cuchilla.
b) No coloque sus manos debajo
del lugar de trabajo. La guarda
no puede protegerlo de la cuchilla
debajo de la pieza de trabajo.
c) Ajuste la profundidad de corte
al espesor de la pieza de trabajo.
Menos de un diente completo de
los dientes de la cuchilla debe ser
visible debajo de la pieza de trabajo.
d) Nunca sostenga la pieza
cortada en sus manos o piernas.
Asegure la pieza de trabajo a una
plataforma estable. Es importante
apoyar adecuadamente el trabajo
para minimizar la adherencia del
cuerpo, la sujeción de la cuchilla o
la pérdida de control.
e) Sujete la herramienta eléctrica
por supercies de agarre aisladas
cuando realice una operación
en la que la herramienta de
corte pueda entrar en contacto
con el cable oculto o con su
cable. El contacto con un alambre
en “vivo” también hará que las
partes metálicas expuestas de
la herramienta eléctrica “vivan” y
choquen al operador.
f) Cuando corte siempre use una
guía de corte o una guía de borde
recto. Esto mejora la precisión del
corte y reduce la posibilidad de que
la cuchilla se atasque.
g) Siempre utilice cuchillas con
el tamaño correcto y aladas de
los oricios del eje. Las cuchillas
que no coinciden con el equipo de
montaje de la sierra se ejecutarán
excéntricamente, causando pérdida
de control.
h) Nunca utilice arandelas o
pernos dañados o incorrectos.
Las arandelas de las cuchillas
y el perno fueron diseñados
especialmente para su sierra, para
un funcionamiento óptimo y la
seguridad de funcionamiento.
Causa y prevención del Operador
por el contragolpe.
- El contragolpe es una reacción
repentina a una cuchilla de sierra
presionada, ajustada o desalineada,
que causa que una sierra
incontrolada se levante y salga de la
pieza de trabajo hacia el operador.
- Cuando la cuchilla es presionada
o unida estrechamente por el cierre
del corte, la cuchilla se detiene y
la reacción del motor hace que la
unidad retroceda rápidamente hacia
el operador.
- Si la hoja se deforma o se desalinea
en el corte, los dientes en el borde
trasero de la cuchilla pueden cavar
en la supercie superior generando
que la cuchilla sea expulsada y salte
hacia el operador.
- Cuando la cuchilla esté atascada, o

al interrumpir un corte por cualquier
razón, suelte el gatillo y sostenga la
sierra inmóvil hasta que la cuchilla
se detenga completamente. Nunca
intente retirar la sierra del trabajo o
tirar de la sierra hacia atrás mientras
la cuchilla está en movimiento
o puede ocurrir un contragolpe.
Investigue y tome acciones
correctivas para eliminar la causa
del atasco de la cuchilla.
- El contragolpe es por el resultado
de mal uso de la sierra y/o
procedimientos o condiciones de
funcionamiento incorrectos y puede
evitarse tomando las precauciones
apropiadas que se indican a
continuación:
a) Mantenga rme las dos manos
sobre la sierra y coloque los
brazos para resistir las fuerzas
del contragolpe. Coloque su
cuerpo a cada lado de la hoja,
pero no en línea con la hoja. El
contragolpe podría hacer que la
sierra salte hacia atrás, pero las
fuerzas de contragolpe pueden ser
controladas por el operador, si se
toman las precauciones apropiadas.
b) Cuando la cuchilla esté
enganchada, o al interrumpir un
corte por cualquier razón, suelte
el gatillo y sostenga la sierra
inmóvil hasta que la cuchilla se
detenga completamente. Nunca
intente retirar la sierra del trabajo
o tirar de la sierra hacia atrás
mientras la cuchilla está en
movimiento o puede ocurrir un
contragolpe. Investigue y tome
acciones correctivas para eliminar
la causa del enganche de la cuchilla.
c) Al reiniciar una sierra en la
pieza, centrar la cuchilla de la
hoja de la sierra en el corte y
comprobar que los dientes de la
sierra no estén enganchados en
el material. Si la hoja de la sierra
está enganchada, puede subir o
suceder un contragolpe de la pieza
de trabajo cuando la sierra se vuelva
a colocar.
d) Soportar con paneles más
grandes para minimizar el riego
de pinzamiento y contragolpe
de la cuchilla. Los paneles más
grandes tienden a caer bajo su
propio peso. Los soportes deben
colocarse debajo del panel a ambos
lados, cerca de la línea de corte y
cerca del borde del panel.
e) No utilice cuchillas no aladas
o dañadas. Las hojas no aladas o
mal colocadas producen cortes que
causan fricción excesiva, ligadura
de la cuchilla y contragolpe.
f) Las palancas de bloqueo de
ajuste del fondo de las cuchillas
y del bisel deben ser apretadas
y aseguradas antes de realizar
el corte. Si el ajuste de cuchilla
cambia durante el corte, puede
causar atascamiento y contragolpe.
g) Tenga mucho cuidado al
realizar un “corte hundido” en las
paredes u otras áreas ciegas. La
cuchilla sobresaliente puede cortar
elementos que pueden provocar
contragolpe.
