To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous
substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such
devices are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a
crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment
along with unsorted household waste. Instead, dispose of it separately and properly.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from
non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.
The parts of the device that come into contact with food are suitable for food products.

WARNINGS
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power source
when left unattended and before assembling, disassem-
bling or cleaning.
• Make sure the motor block, the power cable and the
power plug are never submersed in water or other uids.
• Make sure to use the appliance in dry rooms only, never
use it outdoors or in moist environments.
• This appliance cannot be operated by children. Keep
the appliance and its cord out of children’s reach. Chil-
dren must not play with this appliance.
• This blender can be used by individuals with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of expe-
rience and knowledge, if they have been given super-
vision or instructions concerning the use of the appli-
ance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards
involved.
• NEVER insert your hand or ngers in the mixing jar, es-
pecially when in use. The blades are extremely sharp!
• DO NOT open the lid when the appliance is working.
Should you do so, pieces of food may be projected at
high speed!
• Be careful when handing the sharp cutting blades, emp-
tying the bowl and while cleaning.
• Hot liquids may spew out of the blender while blending.
Do not blend hot liquids.
• This product is not suitable for mixing dry food.
• Never run the appliance while empty.
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the pow-
er supply before changing accessories or approaching
moving parts.
This appliance is intended for household use only and
not in environments such as:
• Staff kitchen areas in shops, ofces and other workplace
environments.
• Farmhouses.
• By customers in hotels, motels and other residential-type
environments.
• Bed and breakfast-type environments.
Note: Make sure the power cable never gets wet or damp
during operation. Place the cable in such a way that it does
not get clamped so as to prevent damage. If the power
cord is damaged, it must be replaced. Please contact Prozis
customer service.
CAUTION!
To prevent thermal shock and breaking of the glass jar
due to improper use:
• Use only cold or room-temperature water in the jar –
never hot water.
• Only use the glass jar with glass at room temperature. If
the jar is very cold or very hot, wait for it to reach room
temperature.
• After cleaning the jar manually or in the dishwasher, let it
rest until it reaches room temperature.
• Do not use hot liquids or hot ingredients in the jar.
• Do not expose the glass jar to thermal shock. For exam-
ple:• Do not clean the jar in hot water or the dishwasher
immediately after chopping ice. Similarly, after cleaning

HOW TO USE

1. Put the measuring cup in
the jar lid.
2. Fill the glass jar with the
ingredients and press the
jar lid rmly onto the glass
jar. Make sure to check that
the appliance is switched
off and that the power cord
is disconnected before
mounting the glass jar.

onto the blade system by
turning it clockwise. The
motor can only start when
the glass jar is securely
positioned.

Maintenance and cleaning
1. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet after each use.
2. Jug, blades and lids.
Make sure not to let any food residue to dry inside the jar, or on the blades or lids. Follow
these steps as soon as possible after use:
• Rinse most of the residue off the jar, blades and lids.
• Hand wash using warm, soapy water, a mild liquid detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. Motor base
To clean the motor base, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly. Wipe any
excess food particles from the power cord.
CLEANING AGENTS
Do not use abrasive scouring pads or cleaners on either the motor base or any part of the
blender, as they may scratch the surface. Use only warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
DISHWASHER
The jar, lids and blade assembly may be washed in the dishwasher on the top shelf only.
Storage
STUBBORN FOOD STAINS AND ODORS
• Strong-smelling food such as cumin and coriander, and some vegetables such as carrots,
may leave an odor or stain. To remove them, pour warm soapy water up to the MAX mark.
Set aside and let it soak for 5 minutes. Wash using a mild detergent and warm water, rinse
well and dry thoroughly.
• Store the glass jar with the lid off.
• Store your blender upright with the blender jar assembled on the motor base, or beside
it. Do not place anything on top of it. To allow air to circulate, keep the lid off.

TIPS
PULSE - Momentary burst of power.
CHOP (speed 1) - Low speed to combine more delicate foods with a folding motion. Good
for combining wet and dry ingredients.
LIQUIFY (speed 2) - High speed, ideal for breaking down ingredients to make ice-based
drinks and other nely blended mixtures.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having
tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does
not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or
caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial damage that only affect the
product’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with
user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its
components, or from product misuse.
8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or
design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in
force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any fault or malfunction resulting
from the verication of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to
payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation
to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that
have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modied in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.
WHAT TO DO?
To request warranty service, you must rst contact Prozis customer service via the
communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided
instructions and recommendations.

covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-
professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for
a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective
delivery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law. In the event that
repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable
components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is
caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please
contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis
website, and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical
assistance information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented
by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as
long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model
name.

• Ce produit ne convient pas pour le mixage d’aliments secs.
• Ne faites jamais fonctionner l’appareil lorsqu’il est vide.
• Éteignez l’appareil et débranchez-le de l’alimentation
électrique avant de changer les accessoires ou d’ap-
procher des pièces mobiles.
Cet appareil est destiné à un usage domestique seule-
ment et non dans des environnements tels que :
• Cuisines du personnel dans les magasins, les bureaux et

ATTENTION !
Pour éviter les chocs thermiques et le bris du bol en
verre dû à une mauvaise utilisation :
• N’utilisez que de l’eau froide ou à température ambiante
dans le bol, jamais d’eau chaude.
• N’utilisez le bol en verre que lorsque le verre est à
température ambiante. Si le bol est très froid ou très
chaud, attendez qu’il atteigne la température ambiante.
• Après avoir lavé le bol à la main ou au lave-vaisselle, at-
tendez qu’il atteigne la température ambiante.
• N’utilisez pas de liquides ou d’ingrédients chauds dans le
bol.
• N’exposez pas le bol en verre à un choc thermique. Par
exemple :
• Ne nettoyez pas le bol à l’eau chaude ou au

lave-vaisselle immédiatement après avoir pilé de la glace.
De même, après avoir nettoyé le bol à l’eau chaude ou
au lave-vaisselle, laissez-le refroidir avant de l’utiliser pour
piler de la glace.
• N’ajoutez jamais d’eau chaude ou tiède dans le bol
en verre immédiatement après avoir pilé la glace.
Entretien et nettoyage
1. Débranchez le cordon d’alimentation de la prise de courant après chaque utilisation.
2. Bol, lames et couvercles.
Veillez à ne pas laisser sécher des résidus alimentaires à l’intérieur du bol, sur les lames ou
les couvercles. Suivez ces étapes dès que possible après utilisation :
• Rincez la plupart des résidus du bol, lames et couvercles.
• Lavez à la main à l’eau tiède savonneuse, avec un détergent liquide doux et une éponge
non abrasive.
3. Base du moteur
Pour nettoyer la base du moteur, essuyez-la avec un chiffon doux et humide, puis séchez-la
soigneusement. Essuyez toute particule de nourriture du cordon d’alimentation.
PRODUITS DE NETTOYAGE
N’utilisez pas d’éponges ou de nettoyants abrasifs sur la base du moteur ou sur toute partie du blend-
er, car ils pourraient rayer la surface. Utilisez uniquement de l’eau savonneuse tiède et un chiffon doux.
LAVE-VAISSELLE
Le bol, les couvercles et la lame peuvent être lavés au lave-vaisselle, dans le panier supérieur uniquement.
Stockage
TACHES ET ODEURS DE NOURRITURE TENACES
• Les aliments à forte odeur comme le cumin et la coriandre, et certains légumes comme
les carottes, peuvent laisser une odeur ou une tache. Pour les enlever, versez de l’eau
savonneuse tiède jusqu’au repère MAX. Réservez et laissez tremper pendant 5 minutes.
Lavez avec un détergent doux et de l’eau tiède, puis rincez bien et séchez soigneusement.
• Conservez le bol blender et le verre sans leur couvercle.
• Rangez votre blender à la verticale avec le bol du blender monté sur la base du moteur
ou à côté de celle-ci. Ne posez rien dessus. Pour permettre à l’air de circuler, na fermez
pas avec le couvercle.

1. Placez le bouchon doseur
dans le couvercle du bol.
2. Remplissez le bol en
verre avec les ingrédients
et enfoncez fermement le
couvercle sur le bol en verre.
Assurez-vous que l’appareil
est éteint et que le cordon
d’alimentation est débranché
avant de monter le bol en
verre.
3. Placez le bol rempli sur
le système de lames en le
tournant dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre. Le
moteur ne peut démarrer
que lorsque le bol est bien
positionné.

4. Assurez-vous que le
couvercle du bol est bien en
place.
7. Tournez le bouton de
contrôle de vitesse dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles
d’une montre pour arrêter.
5. Assurez-vous que
l’équipement est stable et
ne risque pas de glisser,
et que les ventouses sont
solidement maintenues de
façon à ce que l’appareil ne
puisse pas basculer à cause
des vibrations. Insérez la
che dans la prise murale
lorsque le bol en verre est
rempli et monté avec le
couvercle monté et placé.
8. Tournez le bol en verre
dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre et
retirez-le.
6. Une fois que le bol
blender est rempli,
complètement fermé et
solidement xé au bloc
moteur, vous pouvez mettre
l’appareil en marche. Tournez
le bouton de contrôle de
vitesse dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre pour
le mettre en marche.
9. Tirez doucement le
couvercle du bol vers le haut
pour l’enlever.

CONSEILS
PULSE - Coup de puissance momentané.
CHOP (vitesse 1) - Vitesse faible pour incorporer les aliments plus délicats en un mouve-
ment de pliage. Idéal pour combiner des ingrédients humides et secs.
LIQUIFY (vitesse 2) - Vitesse élevée, idéal pour décomposer les ingrédients pour faire des
boissons glacées et d’autres mélanges nement mixés.
DÉPANNAGE
Certains problèmes peuvent être résolus par l’utilisateur. Si le problème persiste après avoir
essayé les solutions suivantes, veuillez contacter le service client de Prozis.
