TECHNICAL PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The appliance is not working.
The appliance is not plugged
in.
Insert the plug into the wall
outlet.

Check fuses and circuit

The appliance is not switched

Turn the control knob to the
setting position to place the
appliance in standby mode.
Overheated appliance.
Turn the control knob to the
OFF position to switch the
appliance off. Resume the

There’s too much food in
the jar.
Turn the control knob to the
OFF position, remove some
of the food, shake ingredients
to redistribute them and re-
start the blending operation.
The appliance is malfunc-
tioning.
Turn the control knob to the
OFF position, unplug the
appliance from the wall outlet
and contact Prozis customer
service.
The blades are rotating very
slowly.
There is too much food in the
jar. The motor is overloaded.
Turn the control knob to the
OFF position, remove some
of the food, shake ingredi-
ents to redistribute them and
restart the blending operation.
There is not enough liquid in
the jar. The motor is over-
loaded.
Turn the control knob to the
OFF position, add some liq-
uid and restart the blending
operation.
The food is not fully blended.
Ingredients are too large.
Turn the control knob to the
OFF position, remove some
of the ingredients and cut
them into smaller pieces.
There is too much food in
the jar.
Turn the control knob to the
OFF position, remove some
of the food, shake the jar to
redistribute the ingredients
and then restart the blending
operation.
4. Make sure the jar lid is
rmly set.
7. Turn the speed control dial
anticlockwise to stop.
5. Make sure the equipment
is stable and not liable to
slip, and that the suction
cups are rmly held so that
the appliance cannot tip over
due to the vibration. Insert
the power plug into the wall
socket when the glass jar is
lled and mounted with the
lid tted and placed.
8. Turn the glass jar
anticlockwise and remove it.
6. Once the mixer jar is lled,
completely sealed, and
securely tted to the motor
block, you can then switch
the appliance on. Turn the
speed control dial clockwise
to start it.
9. Pull the jar lid up gently to
remove it.

TIPS
PULSE - Momentary burst of power.
CHOP (speed 1) - Low speed to combine more delicate foods with a folding motion. Good
for combining wet and dry ingredients.
LIQUIFY (speed 2) - High speed, ideal for breaking down ingredients to make ice-based
drinks and other nely blended mixtures.
