To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous sub-
stances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such devices are
expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed-out waste
container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment along with unsorted
household waste. Dispose of it separately and properly instead.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from
non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.

DANGER! RISK OF INJURY!
• Before connecting the appli-
ance to the mains supply, make
sure the voltage and frequency
indicated on the technical data of
the appliance correspond to those
of the mains supply. The rating can
be found on the appliance or on
the power supply unit.
WARNING! Do not use this
appliance near bathtubs, showers,
basins or other vessels containing
water.
• Never immerse the appliance in
water.
• When the appliance is used in a
bathroom, unplug it after use since
the proximity of water presents a
hazard even when the appliance is
switched off.
• Always use the water refill acces-
sory to fill the appliance’s water
tank.
• Do not use the appliance with wet
hands, damp feet or while bare-
foot.
• Do not expose the appliance to
humidity, to the weather (rain, sun,
etc.) or to extreme temperatures.
• Do not leave the appliance unat-
tended while in use.
• Always disconnect the appliance
from the mains supply before
cleaning or performing mainte-
nance and when the appliance is
not in use.
• Do not pull the supply cord or
the appliance itself to remove the
plug from the socket.
• This appliance is not to be used if
it has been dropped or if there are

To prevent harm or damage from hap-

• This appliance must only be used
on human hair.
• Do not use the appliance on ani-
mals or on synthetic hair/wigs and
hair pieces.
• Use the appliance only with the
supplied accessories. These are an
essential part of the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance over hair
treated with flammable hair care
products.
• Do not touch the hot surfaces of
the device. The hair straightener
becomes hot when in use. Hold it
using the handle.
• Allow the device to cool down
completely before cleaning or
storing it.
• Do not puncture, warp or stretch
the power cable. Do not compress
or pull it across sharp edges.
• Do not use an extension lead or
modify the power cord plug.
• Use only clean water to fill the
tank. Do not alter or modify the

Maintenance and cleaning
Before cleaning, switch off the device, unplug it and allow it to cool down for a few minutes.
Protect the device from water drops and spray. To prevent possible damage, make sure no
moisture enters the device while cleaning.
Never use chemical products or aggressive detergents.
Clean the surface of the device using a soft cloth or moist sponge with mild detergent. To
remove stubborn dirt, wipe the surfaces using a cloth dampened in sudsy water or a mild,
non-abrasive cleaner. Then wipe it using a clean, dry cloth.
Storage
Allow the device to cool down completely before you storing it away.
Always drain the water in water tank when the device is not going to be used. Otherwise,
scale may form, and it will affect the amount of spray.
Store the device away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight when not in use for a long
period of time.
Please use the old packaging to repack the device to prevent dust and dirt build-up.

1. Always check if the mains voltage matches product.
2. Connect the device to the power source. The LCD will display OFF.
3. Press the power button and hold it for 2 seconds to switch the device on or off.
4. Short press to adjust the temperature.
5. The device will automatically switch off after 60 minutes.
Adjust the temperature
• To adjust the temperature, short press the power button. The temperature increases 5 ºC
each time the button is pressed.
• This product’s default temperature is 120 ºC and its cycle adjustment temperature ranges
from 120 °C to 230 °C.
• The temperature indicator will stop blinking when it reaches the desired temperature.
Lock and spray function
• The spray button is for the spray and lock functions. Short press to spray. This will only work
if the device is clamped down.
• Long press to lock or unlock the device.
• The lock symbol will appear on the LCD screen.
Water tank
• The capacity of the water tank is 12 mL. Open the seal of the water tank to add water.
• Please note that the LOCK mark on the product is related to the water tank lock. Not remov-
ing the water tank often is recommended, as it will affect the water tank seal.
• Activating the spray function without any water in the tank is not recommended.

NOTE: We recommend draining the water from the water tank when the device is not being
used, and not removing the water tank often.
Troubleshooting
Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried
the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The appliance does not
produce steam. The tank is empty.
Fill the tank and activate the
steam by pressing the steam
button.
The tank is not attached to the
base. Set it correctly in place.
Water is leaking from the
tank.
The rubber cap of the tank is
not properly closed. Carefully close the rubber cap.
The hair straightener
does not work.
The power cord is not plugged
into the power outlet.
Carefully connect it to the
power outlet.
Power source is not supplying
consistent voltage.
Connect the device to a differ-
ent power source. Check the
electrical panel fuses.
The device is not switched on. Press and hold the switch on
button for about 2 seconds.
The device is not straight-
ening the hair properly.
The temperature level is too
low for your hair.
Select a higher temperature
level.
The device has not yet reached
the selected temperature.
Wait until the device warms
up.
The device has caused
heat damage to the hair. The temperature was too high. Select a lower temperature level.
The hair has been held
between the hair straightener
plates for too long.
Always glide the device
through the hair. Never linger
on a specic point.
Warranty Statement
All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com are cov-
ered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal consumers. This
warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-professional
purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a
2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective deliv-
ery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law. In the event that repair
is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable
components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is
caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please contact
Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website,
and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance
information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented
by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as
long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model
name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does
not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or
caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial damage that only affect the prod-
uct’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with
user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components,
or from product misuse.

8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or
design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force,
or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any fault or malfunction resulting from
the verication of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment
of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation
to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that
have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modied in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.

cation channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions and rec-
ommendations. Send back the product inside its original packaging, including all accessories
