Product Introduction
Thank you very much for choosing this product. The PuraShield Mini vehicle mounted air
purifier adopts a multi-layer purification technology unique to our company. With the Mini,
wherever you go with your vehicle, you will be provided with cleaner air and a healthier
environment.
The PuraShield Mini uses a multi-layer filtration approach for added protection with multiple
unique layers of filtration technologies and UV light integrated into one. It can effectively
remove PM 2.5 particulates, smoke, dust, target viruses and bacteria, and odorous gases.
The filter uses multiple technology layers to eliminate 99.9% of target viruses and bacteria*.
The PuraWard Filter is protected by an embedded micro-technology containing an EPA
registered antimicrobial additive using copper and silver ions to combat many bacteria
and viruses†. Developed and manufactured in the USA, our patented§molecular filtration
media removes aerosols carrying viruses from the air, safely oxidizing the molecules.
With streamlined appearance, this product is easy to use, and highly adaptable with a simple
plug-and-play design and two operating speeds. Power the unit with an included USB power
cable.

When in use, mounting site should not block the airbag or driving activities for
safety reasons.
To prevent damage caused by electronic components’ short-circuit, do not let water
or other liquid or flammable detergent into the product.

Warnings
A 12V DC USB power cable (included) is required for this unit. Any other power supply
may cause harm or damage.
Unauthorized modification or repairs are not allowed.
Do not place metal pieces such as pins, or any other foreign objects inside the air
inlet/outlet, or it may cause damage or at the risk of electric shock.
If the cord is damaged, to avoid danger, please send the product to us or local
service center for replacement.
Please turn off and unplug the product during filter replacement, cleaning, or
moving.
When connected with non-Purafil 12V power adapter, there is no guarantee that
the product will work properly or free from harm or damage.
Do not touch the cord with wet hands.
Do not use near any flammable or explosive materials.
Do not use in highly humid environment, such as bathroom.

Safety Precautions
Do not place the product in any area that may obstruct driving activities or disturb safety
protection, or any other areas that may cause danger.
When use in car, do not place the product in any area that may block the driver’s view,
or obstruct driving activities.
Please only use in dry areas in the car. Please keep the product dry, and any use in highly
humid environment is not allowed.
Do no use near any heat source, heated areas, flammables or explosives, or in direct
sunlight.
Please ensure the plug is well suited into the socket.
If the plug, the socket, or the appliance is damaged, or the unit doesn’t operate properly,
do not use.
Do not touch the cord with wet hands.
Please make sure the power socket is in accordance with product requirements.
To comply with safe driving, actions such as switching on/off the power, plug-in/out are not
recommended.
To avoid accidents, please keep the product away from children and pets.
When in use, do not cover the air inlet/outlet, and please do not put fingers or any other
objects in the inlet/outlet.
Only the filters specifically made for the PuraShield Mini can be used with this product; avoid
using other filter brands.
When repair is needed, please send the product to Purafil’s designated service
representatives, and do not use any unauthorized parts.
No water shall be allowed to enter the product during cleaning.
Please do not pour any liquid or spray any aerosol to this appliance or its filters.
To ensure proper functioning, it is recommended to replace the filter every six
months. To maintain working efficiency, please check and replace filters on a regular
basis, the frequency should base on surrounding environment and actual usage.
Washing is not allowed for PuraShield Mini Portable Air Purifier filters.
Ensure the product is unplugged before replacing filters.

Usage
Mounting position A
For initial use, please put straps
through the buckle strap on the back
of the product.
Mount the product on the back of
the seat.
Plug the power cord into the product.
Insert the other end of the power cord
into a USB port or a cigar lighter
adapter (not inlcuded).
Place the power cord in a hidden
place, or places where driving
activities will not be disturbed.
Touch the power switch lightly to turn
on/off the product. By pressing it
multiple times, the following status can
be adjusted: high speed low speed,

Please ensure the plug and socket insert well and firmly.
Never use this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if the unit is damaged or it is
not operating properly.
Do not touch the cord with wet hands.
Please insert the plug of the MINI Car Air Purifier into a USB port
or a cigar lighter adapter (not inlcuded).
Unplug the power cord from the unit,
and place the unit on a firm surface.

indicator is off to shut down the unit.

filters.
4. Push the filter handle, install new filter. 5. Put on the back cover; press the filter
cover firmly with hands until it closes.

Common Problems Cause and Solution

Check if the power cord is connected properly .
Check if there is any objects blocking the inlet/outlet of the appliance.
Check the filter condition, if it is too dirty change a new one.
Check if the power cord has any short-circuit.
After checking, if the touch button still does not work, please contact
our hotline.
Check if the type number on the filter is CPUM-MINI-CART

Ensure the filter is well suited in the filter slot.
Ensure there is no foreign objects blocking the opening of the filter.
Remove the plastic package when replacing filters.
Check and ensure there is no objects blocking the air inlet/outlet.
Check the filter condition. If it is too dirty, replace the filter..

Ensure the car is powered up.
Verify if the power cord is well connected.
Check if the plug is well connected and conducting well.
Ensure the unit is turned on.
