MARK 25 AIR CLEANER USERS MANUAL
READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Pure n Natural Systems, Inc. recommends that a licensed electrician or licensed
contractor install units.
WARNINGS:
1. Always unplug or disconnect the air cleaner from power supply before servicing.
2. To reduce the risk of electric shock or injury to persons, do not expose to water or
rain, do not use in a window.
3. Do not use this fan with any solid state speed control device.
FILTER CHANGING:
1. Pre Filter - Replace every 3 to 4 weeks.
2. Carbon Panel Filter - Replace at least every 2 months.
3. H.E.P.A. Filter - Replace at least every 12 months.
4. Carbon V-Bank Filter - Replace at least every 12 months
Step 1. The Pre Filter is located behind the intake door (service door). The Pre Filter is a
blue and white polyester, pre-tack filter. The intake door is located closest to the
HI/OFF/LO switch on the face of the system. Remove the pins and grill from the air
intake side of unit. The Pre Filter is the first filter behind the intake door. Peel away dirty
Pre Filter and discard. Install the new Pre filter with the white side out. Close door. DO
NOT WASH PRE FILTERS.
Step 2. The carbon filter is located behind the Pre Filter. Follow Pre Filter changing
instructions from Step 1. Remove Carbon Filter, discard and replace with new Carbon
Filter. DO NOT WASH CARBON FILTERS.
Step 3. The H.E.P.A. filter is the box filter (with a pleated media surface) located behind
the pre-filter and charcoal filter. Slip the H.E.P.A. Filter out of the system, discard and
replace with new H.E.P.A. Filter. DO NOT WASH H.E.P.A. FILTER.
Step 4. The V-Bank Carbon Panel is located directly behind the 12” H.E.P.A. Filter.
After removing the pre-filter, carbon filter and HEPA filter, slide out the V-Bank and
discard. Replace with new Carbon V-Bank. DO NOT WASH CARBON V-BANK
FILTER.

INSTALLATION OF MARK 25 AIR CLEANER
INSTALLATION FOR SOLID CEILINGS - We recommend installation be performed
by a licensed contractor, licensed electrician or equivalent.
Step 1. Remove the system from the shipping container. Remove all 4 filters from the
unit. This will make the unit lighter for installation.
Step 2. After deciding on an installation location, locate the studs or rafters which the
unit will be attached to, install eye lags 16” on center. Keep unit at least 10 feet away
from obstruction.
Step 3. Use industrial hanging chain (field provided) attach to one eye bolt. Make sure
chain is tight. Next, connect chain to eye lags on rafter or joists. Continue this procedure
for the remaining three eye bolts and lags.
Step 4. Reinstall filters and connect 120V power cord to power supply.

MARK 25 AIR CLEANER APPLICATION
With 36 pounds of carbon, the Mark-25 provides superior smoke and odor removal
plus extremely effective removal of particles, dust, dander, pollens and other
airborne contaminants.
It is recommended that the Mark 25 Air Cleaner be
installed in areas that have 12-14 foot ceiling heights or
more. The Mark 25 Air Cleaner is equipped with 4 eye
bolts installed 16" on center on top of each system for
easy installation. The installation hardware also includes:
4 "S" hooks, 4 eye lags and industrial hanging wire. 1
unit recommended for every 2,000 sq. ft.
