• Make sure all controls are turned OFF before disconnecting the massager from a power supply
• Do not put the adapter near hot surfaces as this can damage the adapter and result in re or electric shock
• Remove batteries from compartment when not in use for extended periods of time
• Do not use this product if there is unfamiliar noise or noise above normal operation
• Do not insert objects into any openings
• Only an experienced technician should perform maintenance on this product; do not try to do it yourself
Precautions:
• Do not use if you are experiencing any swelling, injury or inammation on your head
• This product is intended for use in a quiet setting, do not use in a public or crowded area
• Stop use immediately should you experience any discomfort or skin allergies
• Seek medical advice immediately should you experience pain or skin allergies during or after using this product
• The unit is not designed to be used while lying down
• Do not use the unit if you have recently undergone a head or eye operation
• Do not use the unit if you have consumed alcohol
• Do not drop the unit on the ground
• Do not use unit for more than 15 minutes continuously
• When using this product after it has been in storage, check to see that the product is operating properly prior to use
• This product is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 12
• This product should not substitute medical care
• The massager has a hot compress function. Users that are sensitive to temperature should use this feature carefully
Care and Maintenance:
• To remove dirt from plastic parts, wipe area with a damp cloth using a mild cleaning agent; wipe fabric with damp cloth. Ensure the unit is turned o and
unplugged prior to cleaning
• Keep in a dry place and avoid excessive heat or cold. If storing the unit for a long time, cover with a sheet or plastic to avoid it getting dusty
or dirty
It is recommended you do not use this product if you experience any of the following medical conditions:
• Have any eye ailment or injury
• Have head injury
• Have suered burn injuries on the surrounding areas of the head
• Have skin, ear nose or mouth disease
• Are taking medication
• Have abnormal blood pressure
• Are pregnant or menstruating
• Have an electronic medical device in your body, such as a
pacemaker
• Have had a metal plate surgically placed in your body
• Have a have physical/mental deciency

BUTTONS AND CONNECTIONS
To Get Started:
1. Carefully open the top of the giftbox.
2. Remove the massage unit from the box.
3. Remove any protective foam or plastic from the device.
4. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet. We suggest using a surge protected
power bar, and plug the other end into the DC jack on the top of the remote.
5. We recommend sitting while using the massager, please follow the tting
instructions before beginnng your rst massage.

GETTING STARTED

Battery Power:
You may also use 4 AA batteries to power the massage
unit, which will give you approximately 3 hours of
continuous massage time.
1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the back
of the remote
2. Place 4 AA batteries in the remote.
3. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the front
of the remote for 2 seconds.
4. Ensure that you do not have both sources of power
connected at one time.
To Fit the Massager to your Head:
1. Place the massager on your head with the eyeholes in front of your eyes.
2. Turn the tting knobs on each side of the massager clockwise to tighten, or
counterclockwise to loosen.The massager should t snugly around your head.
3. Turn the tightening knob on the top of the massager clockwise to shorten or
counterclockwise to lengthen the rise of the massager.You will know you have
the correct t when the massager does not fall o when you move slightly,
and you can see out of the eyesight holes.
Note: Each time the massager is powered o, the default settings are restored once the massager is powered on the next
time. It is normal for the massager to move for a cycle, about 2 seconds, upon every shutdown or startup.
To Power On:
1. Ensure you have plugged the power adapter into an
appropriate wall outlet, and into the DC jack on the
remote.
2. Place the massager on your head.
3. Ensure proper t.
4. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the front of
the remote for 2 seconds.
5. The LED screen on the remote will light up and the AUTO
massage mode will begin.
6. You will now have the option to choose massage
functions or intensity settings. (See MASSAGE CONTROLS
on Pg. 7)
7. To Turn o the massager at any time, press and hold the
ON/OFF button for 2 seconds again.

To Turn on the Massage Timer:
1. Turn the massager ON by pressing and holding the On/O button (gure 1) for 2 seconds.
2. The massager will enter auto mode with a 15 minute timer, by default.
3. Press the Timer button (gure 2) to change the massage time length, the timer will cycle from 5
to 10 to 15 minutes.
About Automatic Mode:
1. Turn the unit ON by pressing and holding the On/O button (gure 1)
for 2 seconds.
2. The massager will enter auto mode with a 15 minute timer, by default.
3. While in auto mode you have the option to adjust the massage time
length, and the type of music being played.
4. Press the Timer Button (gure 2) to adjust the massage time length (see
MassageTimer on page 7). Or press the Music button (gure 3) to adjust
the music being played. (see Music Function on page 7)

Note: Once you have pressed the Mode/On/O button to leave automatic massage mode, you will be able to adjust the
vibration massage, air pressure massage or heat function at any time.

MUSIC FUNCTION
To Turn on the Music Function:
1. Turn the massager ON by pressing and holding the On/O
button (gure 1) for 2 seconds.
2. Plug the included earphones into the earphone jack on the
top of the massager remote. (gure 2)
3. Press the Music button (gure 3) to turn on the music
function, press repeatedly to change the music type
or press and hold the the Music button (gure 3) for 2
seconds to turn the music OFF.

To Adjust the Vibration Massage:
1. Turn the massager ON by pressing and holding the On/O button (gure 1) for 2 seconds.
2. The massager will enter auto mode with a 15 minute timer, by default.
3. Press the Mode/ON/OFF button (gure 1) once to turn o the vibration massage entirely.You can
now turn back on, and adjust the vibration massage.
4. Press the Vibration Massage button (gure 2) to set the intensity of the vibration massage, one
bar being lowest intensity and four bars being the highest intensity.
5. To completely stop the massage press and hold the Mode/ON/OFF button (gure 1) for 2 seconds.

To Adjust the Heat Function:
1. Turn the massager ON by pressing and holding the On/O button (gure 1) for 2 seconds.
2. The massager will enter auto mode with a 15 minute timer, by default.
3. Press the Mode/ON/OFF button (gure 1) twice to turn o the heat function entirely. You can
now turn back on, and adjust the heat level.
4. Press the Heat button (gure 2) to turn on and set the intensity of heat, one bar being low
heat, and two bars being the high heat.
5. To completely stop the heat and massage press and hold the Mode/ON/OFF button (gure 1)
for 2 seconds.

To Adjust the Airbag Massage:
1. Turn the massager ON by pressing and holding the On/O button (gure 1) for 2 seconds.
2. The massager will enter auto mode with a 15 minute timer, by default.
3. Press the Mode/ON/OFF button (gure 1) three times to turn o the airbag massage entirely.
You can now turn on, and adjust the airbag massage.
4. Press the Airbag Massage button (gure 2) to set the intensity of the airbag massage, one bar
being lowest intensity and four bars being the highest intensity.
5. To completely stop the massage, press and hold the Mode/ON/OFF button (gure 1) for 2 seconds.

To Relieve Air Pressure:
1. During any massage that includes the Airbag massage mode, you may press and hold the
Air Pressure Release button (gure 1) located on the front of the remote, which will
immediately release the air pressure in the unit.
2. OnceyoureleasetheAirPressureRelease button,themassageunitwillresumeitssetmassage
function and the airbags will ll again.
3. If you require taking o the head and eye massager, wait until the airbags have deated, or
turn the unit o while holding down the Air Pressure Release button, by pressing the
Mode/On/O button (Figure 2) for 2 seconds.

I am hearing strange noises
coming from the motors in
the massager
• The motors within the massager make regular operation noises; therefore most noises are
completely normal
• If the noises become very loud or straining, shut the machine o and contact a PureTherapy representative
The massager stopped
moving during operation
• If you apply too much pressure on the massager it may stop moving for safety purposes.Try to ease up on
the device and it will start working again
The massager is not working
at all
• Make sure the unit is plugged into an appropriate wall outlet
• Ensure that the power adapter is plugged into the controller
• The 15 minute timer may have run out, select a massage function again to resume massage function
There is damage to the cord
and/or unit
• Stop using the massager immediately and do not use until repaired and inspected by a
professional repairer
I feel a strange pain or
discomfort while using
the massager

• Always turn o and unplug the appliance from an electrical outlet after using, or while cleaning

You must return this massager to a certied service center for examination and repair before using again.

• To disconnect, turn all controls to the o position, then remove the plug from the outlet

Warranty Terms
1 Year In-Home
Warranty
PureTherapy will provide free in-home labor to your product in the case of any damages that occurred during shipping, malfunctioning
of product or defects in product.This is valid for one year from the date of purchasing the product.
3 Years Parts PureTherapy will cover the cost for any parts that may need to be replaced due to malfunctioning or defects in the product for up to three
years. Customer must pay for labor to repair the product.This is valid for 3 years from the date of purchasing the product.
5 Year Structure Pure therapy will provide any damaged part of the product that cannot be xed by parts in the case of malfunctioning or defects in the
product.This is valid for 5 years from the date of purchasing the product.
Extended Warranty
An extended warranty can be purchased from Pure Therapy for 20% of the initial cost of the product.This warranty will cover an
additional year of labor, parts and structure warranty. The Extended warranty must be purchased whilst product is still under warranty.
Extended warranty does not start until initial warranty runs out.
This Warranty is Limited to the Following:
Floor Models If product has been on the sales oor for over 6 months it will not be covered. Product must be sold free of damages, if within 6 month
period for coverage.
Coverage Period Coverage starts on day of actual purchase. For any coverage, proof of purchase and/or registration number will be required.
Renewed Coverage If an extended warranty was purchased, you must have proof of purchase and warranty number available so a representative can conrm
warranty was purchased and that it is within coverage period.
In-Home Labour In-home labor must be approved and arranged by a PureTherapy representative. If damage appears to be outside of warranty terms, work
may be refused and you may be billed for the in-home visit.
Parts All necessary parts for repairs will be shipped to your home at no charge if within warranty terms.
Structure Consumer is responsible for return of product or parts if unused during repair. All shipping costs are covered by Pure therapy upon Pure
Therapy receiving the product or part.
Area Warranty is only valid within Canada and the United States.The warranty only applies to the Pure Therapy product and no other additional
parts, accessories or enhancements to the product.
Adjustments Warranty is automatically void if there have been any changes, enhancements or additions to the product.
Natural Wear Cushion softening, natural markings, fading, natural wear and tear, pulling of fabric, dye variations or any other natural changes that take
place over time and period of usage are not covered under this warranty.
Other Damages In no way is PureTherapy responsible for incidental, consequential or indirect damages to the product. (Including but not limited to loss of
prot, business interruption, bodily injury, medical injury or weather damage).
Transferable Warrantiesarenon-transferableand can be voidif the productisre-sold by anyoneotherthan an authorizedPureTherapyDealer. Extended
Warranties cannot be purchased if the product is re-sold.
Other
Warranties do not cover loss or damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modications, improper use of the
product, improper use of electrical supply, failure to perform maintenance when suggested by representative, any form or environmental
damage, loss of use during repair time, neglect, misuse, vandalism, improper lifting and moving or dropping of the product.
