Solution(s)
1. Fill water to the max water level marker.
2. Unplug the wall-plug adapter and reset carefully.
Water level exceeds the maximum
water level marker. (Mist failure but
lights are normal.)
No mist or abnormal mist 1. Ensure that the water level does not exceed the
maximum water level marker.
2. Confirm that the added water is tap water or
distilled water.
No air flow through the air outlet.
Water leakage
1. The air inlet may be blocked. Check to make sure
there is nothing blocking the inlet and that the
diuser is placed on a hard, flat surface.
2. Check the fan condition. If it is abnormal, please
call our service-hotline.
1. The cover is not closed, locked, or
installed correctly.
2. The temperature is too low or the
humidity is too high.
3. There is water overflow.
4. The splash guard is not installed
correctly.
1. Please refer to the cleaning and maintenance
instructions for cleaning.
2. Remove debris that is blocking the air inlet.
(Debris may aect the spray volume.)
1. Replace/reinstall cover.
2. Adjust the room temperature or humidity.
3. Wipe the diuser thoroughly to
ensure that the device is dry, then restart
the device.
4. Reinstall the splash guard so the umbrella is
directly over the mist plate.
1. The mist plate is oily.
2. The air inlet is covered with dust.
