Do not cut the power cords. Do not immerse in water or get wet. Waterproof rating IP20.
Explosion. Do not leave this product unattended while using it. Use this product only with batteries of the
recommended voltage. Unmonitored, incompatible or damaged batteries may explode when used with the
product. Use this product in a well-ventilated area.
Fire. The product is an electrical device that generates heat and may cause burns. Do not cover product. Don’t
block the ventilation hole. Do not smoke or use any source of electrical spark or fire when operating product. Keep
product away from combustible materials.
Eye Injury. Wear goggles when handling the product. Batteries may explode, causing splinters. Electrolytes are
corrosive substances and battery acid can cause eye and skin irritation. If eyes or skin are contaminated, flush
the affected area with clean running water and contact poison control center
immediately.
Explosive Gases. Working in the vicinity of a lead-acid is dangerous. Batteries generate explosive gases during
normal battery operation. To reduce the risk of battery explosion, follow all safety information instructions and
those issued by the battery manufacturer and the manufacturer of any
equipment intended for use near the battery. Review cautionary markings on these products and on engine.

Stage 1: Diagnostics
Checks the voltage to make sure connections are good and the battery is in a stable condition before beginning the charge process.
Step 2: Recovery
Initializes the Recovery process, if needed, for deeply discharged or sulfated (desulfation) batteries by pulsing small amounts of
current.
Step 3: Soft Start
Begins Bulk charging process with a gentle (soft) charge.
Step 4: Bulk
The Bulk charging process continues and returns 80% of the battery capacity. The voltage reaches the value set by the voltage
stabilizer(the amp gradually becomes lower).
Step 5: Absorption
Brings the charge level to 90%. The charger will deliver small amounts of current to provide a safe, efficient charge and limit gassing.
Step 6: Trickle
The battery is charged under the voltage specified by the voltage stabilizer. The battery is fully charged and ready to use. In this step,
the charger will only deliver enough current (less than ,or equal to 0.5A)as it is required. If more current is needed, the charger will
switch to Maintenance.
Step 7: Maintenance
Continuously monitors the voltage to determine if a maintenance charge should be initiated. If the terminal voltage falls below a
specific value, the charger will start the Maintenance cycle until voltage reaches the proper value and then discontinues the charge
cycle. The cycle between Trickle and Maintenance is repeated indefinitely to keep a full charge, without overcharging. The charger
can be left connected indefinitely.
7-Stage Charging
Steps range from just charging and float modes to 7 steps, automatically switch from one stage to another stage, which gives
the flexibility to more finely control the charging process, for added precision, safety and battery life.

Charging Times.
The estimated time to charge a battery is shown below. The size of the battery (Ah) and its depth of discharge (DOD) greatly aect its
charging time. The charge time is based on an average depth of discharge to a fully charged battery and is for reference purposes only
.Actual data may dier due to battery conditions. The time to charge a normally discharged battery is based on a 50% DOD. Temperatu
re will also impact charging times.
Charging Times
Understanding Charge Screen and LEDs.
When the Screen shows the battery capacity is about 0.5A, it means the battery is fully charged.
If the reading of the amperemeter declines too fast, it may be caused by the following factors, showing that the battery has to be
replaced or repaired;
-- The battery panel may be sulfated;
-- One or more battery packs in the battery are short-circuited.
In this case, it can be observedthat the electrolyte in the normal battery pack is boiling. We can try to recover the battery
capacity by several times of charging and discharging of thebattery on the automobile lights with a capacity of about 50Vm. It
had better to control andregulate the density of electrolyte (when the battery is in the charging state, the density ofelectrolyte in
winter is 1.29, and that in summer is 1.27).
If it is failed in the setting of the suggested charging current, the reason may be the polarplate is sulfated. In this case, it is
suggested to use a current with battery capacity of 0.03 specified in the ex-factory certificate to charge the battery. This model
promotes the absorption of sulphate, but obviously increases the charging time.
The red“Error" indicator light turning on means the following errors: Short circuit, polaritydamaged, overheating. If one of the
above errors happens, the charger will stop charging, and'after the fault is eliminated; it will automatically continue charging.
