1. SAFETY INFORMATION
Before using this product, carefully read these instructions and
keep the user manual for future reference.
1. High sound pressure. Hearing damage risk. Do not
listen at high volume levels for long periods.
2. WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Small
parts! May cause choking if ingested. This product is not a
toy – never allow children to play with the appliance. Always
store the product out of reach from children and pets.
3. No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should
be placed on the apparatus. Do not place in direct sunlight
or in the near of heat sources (e.g. heaters, stoves, water
heater, etc.).
4. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing
and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall
be placed on it. Do not use it outdoors or in the bathroom.
Keep away from water and high humidity along with high
temperatures, direct sunlight, dusty smokey, and steamy
places.
5. This appliance should be used in temperate climates only.
6. Never wear the earbuds while showering or bathing, or when
participating in water sports, e.g., swimming, surfing, etc.
7. Stop using the device immediately in case of an abnormality
or failure.
8. Use of earbuds will impair your ability to hear other sounds.
Use caution while using your earbuds when you are
engaging in any activity that requires your full attention. Using
the earbuds while operating a motor vehicle, motorcycle
or bicycle may be dangerous. Surrounding sounds may
not be heard clearly, which may cause traffic accidents
or injuries. Do not use the device in places where when
surrounding sounds cannot be heard may cause danger,
such as roadways, station platforms, railroad crossing, or
construction sites.
9. When using the product while walking, turn down the volume
until surrounding sounds can be also heard clearly.
10. This product contains magnetic material. If you have a
pacemaker or other electrical medical devices, consult your
physician before using this product.

11. Avoid dropping. Dropping or hitting the device may damage
it.
12. Do not use the earbuds without installed ear tips.
13. The earbuds are only to be charged with the charging case
provided.
14. Do not tamper with the product. Never attempt to service,
dismantle the product yourself, or push objects of any kind
into the products, as this may result in fire, electric shock,
or equipment damage and will also invalidate the warranty.
15. Never handle the earbuds and their charging case with damp
or wet hands.
16. Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as
sunshine, fire, or the like.
17. Do not continue charging the battery if it does not reach full
charge within the specific charging time. Overcharging may
cause the battery to become hot, rupture, or ignite.
18. Observe the following temperature limits for this product:
• Normal operation: 0 to 35°C
• Storage: 0 to 45°C
• Transportation: 0 to 45°C
19. WARNINGS: Both earbuds and charging case contain non-
replaceable batteries. Used batteries must not be disposed
of in the household rubbish. The batteries must be removed
from the appliance before it is scrapped. To remove the
batteries from both the charging case and two earbuds,
take them to a designated disposal/collection site. For your
safety, do not attempt to remove the batteries yourself. If the
batteries are not properly removed, they may lead to damage
to the batteries and device, cause personal injury, and/or
result in the device being unsafe.
20. WARNING: Do not ingest the earbuds! Chemical burn
hazard. This product contains batteries. If the earbud with
its battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in
just 2 hours and can lead to death. If you think earbuds might
have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body,
seek immediate medical attention.
21. Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically
crushing or cutting of a battery,that can result in an explosion;

22. Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature
surrounding environment that can result in an explosion
or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas; and a battery
subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an
explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
23. Batteries must not be disposed of with normal
household waste. Recycle them at the collection
points provided for this purpose. Contact the local
authorities or your dealer for recycling advice.
Correct disposal of old batteries helps protect the
environment and human health.
24. This marking indicates that this product should not
be disposed of with other household wastes. To
prevent possible harm to the environment or human
health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of
material resources. To return your used device, please use
the return and collection systems or contact the retailer
where the product was purchased. They can take this
product for environmentally safe recycling.

4. USE
4.1 Charging for Earphones:
Fully charge the battery for 2-3 hours before using the earphones
for the first time, or when they have been unused for extended
periods.
Put the earphones into the charging case, they will charge
automatically, the indicators of case will stay on light. Once the
earphones are fully charged, it will be light off.
4.2 Charging for charging Case
When the charging case is connected with charger (or computer
USB port) by included charging cable, the indicator will display the
battery level. When the charging case is fully charged, the indicator
will show “100”.
NOTE:
When the charging case is out of battery, the earphones will not
turn on/off automatically when removed from or placed back into
the charging case. In this case, turn the earphones on/off manually.

Insert the earphones directed towards your ear canal. Twist gently until the

4.7 Reset
If you have problem to connect the earphones with your device,
don’t worry about it, please follow the step as below:
1. Make sure all devices have turned off Bluetooth Function.
Clean all the paring records if need.
2. Take the earphones out of the case, tap either earphones
by 5 times quickly, prompt sound will be actived, then follow
the pairing step as instruction.
5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Never immerse the earbuds or any accessories in water or
other liquids!
2. Do not spray or pour water or any other liquid on or inside
the charging case.
3. Do not use any abrasive cleaners, chemicals, glass
cleaners, universal cleaners or oil-based maintenance
agents!
5.1 Cleaning the ear buds
If the volume is lower than it should be with the current setting,
clean the earbuds.
1. Remove the ear tips from the earbuds.
Note: Do not pull the ear tips excessively when attaching or
detaching them. The ear tips are very delicate and may tear.
2. Remove any earwax or debris from the earbuds with the
soft brush, soft cotton swab, or other soft and dry tools.
Note: Do not use excessive force while removing earwax or debris.
The earbuds may be damaged.
3. Cover the earbuds with the ear tips.
5.2 Cleaning the charging contacts
If the batteries do not charge properly, wipe gold-coloured contacts
on both earbuds with a dry, soft cloth.

5.3 Cleaning the charging case
When the charging case and earbuds are exposed to foreign
materials, such as dust, sand, or metal shavings, the device may
not charge properly or may be damaged. If the earbuds or the
charging case were exposed to foreign materials, wipe them with a
soft and dry cloth before inserting earbuds into the charging case.
6. GUARANTEES
Guarantees and limitations of liability
Products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date
of purchase, or from the date of delivery to the customer’s home.
Depending on the country, this guarantee consists of 24 to
36 months of validity for the legal compliance guarantee.
For countries that only implement a 24-month legal compliance
guarantee, a 12-month commercial guarantee is applied at the
end of the first guarantee, and supplements it.

Please consult your retailer for information and/or to refer to their
GTCs (General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
For the commercial guarantee
Please go to the reception desk at your place of purchase with
your proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt), the
product and the accessories it came with, and its original
packaging, for all countries other than France. It is important to
have the date of purchase, the model and the serial number or
IMEI number to hand (this information is usually indicated on the
product, packaging, or on your proof of purchase). You’ll need to
bring back the product with the accessories needed for its correct
functioning (power supply, adapter, etc.). If your claim is covered
by the guarantee, the after-sales service may, within the limits of
local law, either:
• Repair or replace faulty parts.
• Exchange the returned product with a product that has,
at the least, the same features and that offers equivalent
performances.
• Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.
Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or
reconditioned hardware and components.

Commercial guarantee exclusions:
• Damages or problems caused by improper use, accident,
tampering/modification or an unsuitable current or voltage
connection.
• Use or storage conditions which are detrimental to the
good conservation of the appliance (oxidation, corrosion),
use of energy, use or installation non-compliant with the
manufacturer’s instructions, or negligence or use of peripherals,
software or consumables which are unsuitable.
• Professional or collective, industrial or commercial use of the
product.
• Products that have been modified, or which have damaged,
altered, erased or oxidised guarantee seals or serial numbers.
• Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for
6 months.
• Battery failure, caused by overcharging or by failure to follow
the safety instructions set out in the manual.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps or vandalism.
• Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by
non-authorised persons.
• Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of
the product: seals, filters, accessories, vacuum cleaner brush
and hose, lamps, overhead projector lamps, washing machine
paddles, etc.
• Software updates as a consequence of changes to network
settings.
• Damage caused by elements external to the appliance (foreign
bodies, insects, etc.).
• The contents of the devices - freezer, washing machine, etc.
(food, clothing, etc.)
• Product failure caused by the use of third-party software to
modify, change, adapt or alter the product as is.
• Product failure resulting from its use without the accessories
supplied with the product or approved by the Manufacturer.
• Parts for normal wear and tear or damage from use: tyre, inner
tube, brake, etc.

The customer is responsible for regularly backing up the data
contained on their hard disk or in the internal memory of their
device, and this before any claim is submitted.
Auchan cannot be held liable for the loss or destruction of stored
data, nor may it be held liable for damage caused to software
resulting from, in particular, a restoration or a breakdown.
Similarly, Auchan is not required to check that SIM/SD cards have
been removed from returned products.
Under no circumstances shall the provisions set out above
reduce or eliminate: the legal guarantee referred to above, and
the manufacturer’s commercial guarantee, if applicable (see
guarantee form).

d’autres sons. Soyez prudent lorsque vous utilisez les
écouteurs tout en vous livrant à des activités requérant
toute votre attention. Utiliser les écouteurs lorsque vous
conduisez un véhicule motorisé, une moto ou un vélo peut
s’avérer dangereux. Il est possible que vous n’entendiez pas
clairement les sons qui vous entourent, ce qui peut entraîner
des accidents sur la route ou des blessures. N’utilisez pas

températures extrêmement élevées peut entraîner une
explosion ou une fuite de liquide ou de gaz inflammable.
Si la batterie est soumise à une pression atmosphérique
extrêmement faible, cela peut entraîner une explosion ou
une fuite de liquide ou de gaz inflammable.
23. Les batteries ne doivent pas être jetées avec les
déchets ménagers ordinaires. Recyclez-les en les
amenant à un point de collecte prévu à cet effet.
Adressez-vous aux autorités locales ou à votre
revendeur pour obtenir des conseils sur le recyclage. Une

4. UTILISATION
4.1 Charge des écouteurs :
Avant d’utiliser les écouteurs pour la première fois, ou lorsqu’ils
n’ont pas été utilisés pendant une période prolongée, chargez
complètement leur batterie pendant 2 à 3 heures.
Les écouteurs se chargent automatiquement lorsque vous les
placez dans l’étui de charge, les voyants de celui-ci resteront
allumés. Ils s’éteignent une fois que les écouteurs sont chargés.

4.2 Recharge de l’étui de charge
Lorsque l’étui est connecté au chargeur (ou au port USB de
l’ordinateur) à l’aide du câble de charge fourni, le voyant indique
le niveau de la batterie. Lorsque l’étui de charge est entièrement
chargé, l’indicateur affiche « 100 ».
REMARQUE :
Lorsque le boîtier de chargement est à court d’énergie, les
écouteurs ne s’allument ou ne s’éteignent pas automatiquement
lorsqu’ils sont retirés ou replacés dans le boîtier de chargement.
Dans ce cas, allumez/éteignez les écouteurs manuellement.

4.4 Mise hors tension
