QNUBU AUTOMATIC SEALER
Qnubu Automatic Sealer es una máquina horizontal de sellado con cinta
transportadora. Con esta máquina puede sellar diferentes tipos de bolsas ajustando
los distintos parámetros (temperatura, velocidad y tamaño de la cinta etc..)
Con esta máquina puede sellar bolsas de distintos materiales como PP,PE, MYLAR etc
Puede imprimir la fecha y lote en sus bolsas utilizando el Data Print Kit incluido en
el producto.
Una máquina recomendada para el sector alimentario y del packaging. Ahora puede
empaquetar sus productos como un profesional y tener su propia línea de envasado al
mejor precio.

1. On/o máquina: encendido y apagado de la máquina entera.
2. On/o enfriamiento: encendido y apagado del ventilador
3. On/o placas de calentamiento: encendido y apagado de las placas de calentamiento
4. Ajuste de control de velocidad: controla la velocidad del motor de la cinta transportadora
5. Ajuste de temperatura: ajusta la temperatura según el tipo de bolsa a sellar.
6. Botón de emergencia: en caso de emergencia, la máquina detiene su funcionamiento.

CONFIGURACIÓN
1. Asegúrese de que el dispositivo se utiliza en un entorno
adecuado, mantener la máquina lejos de niños.
2. Apague la maquina cuando termine de usar.
3. Por favor, tenga cuidado de no tocar las placas de calentamiento cuando se calientan.
Conecte el cable de alimentación, encienda la
máquina con el interruptor rojo, el interruptor
verde para activar el ventilador y el interruptor
naranja para activar las placas de calentamiento.
Ajuste el control de velocidad del motor de
la cinta transportadora.
Ajuste la temperatura con la rueda, elija
la temperatura adecuada para el tipo de
bolsa a sellar.
La máquina estará preparada para sellar
su linea de envasado.

Qnubu Automatic Sealer is a horizontal conveyor belt sealing machine. With this
machine, you can seal dierent types of bags adjusting the dierent parameters
(temperature, speed, size of the belt, etc.)
With this machine, you can seal bags of dierent materials, such as PP, PE, Mylarm,
etc.
You can print the date and batch number on your bags using the Data Print Kit
included in the product.
This machine is recommended for the food and packaging sectors. Now you can pack

CONFIGURATION
1. Make sure the device is used in an adequate environment,
keep the machine away from children.
2. Turn o the machine when you finish using it.
3. Please be careful, do not touch the heating plates when they are hot.
Connect the power cord, turn on the machine
using the red switch. The green switch is to turn
on the fan and the orange switch for activating
the heating plates.
Adjust the speed control of the conveyor belt.
Adjust the temperature using the rotation
wheel, select the adequate temperature
according to the type of bag to be used.
The machine is ready to seal.
