3.1 USO E DESTINAZIONE
Il macinacaffé è destinato solo e unicamente per l’utilizzo domestico.
Altri impieghi illeciti o modifiche tecniche che possano procurare danni a cose o persone sono severamente vietati,
Posizionare il macinacaffè in luoghi sicuri, piani ben livellati e non soggetti a rovesciamenti, non posare vicino o sopra
fonti di calore o fiamme libere il telaio potrebbe subire danni.
Non lasciare la macinacaffè esposto ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole, ecc.).
3.2 PERSONALE UTILIZZATORE
Non permettere che il macinacaffé sia usato da bambini o da persone inesperte senza sorveglianza.
Gli elementi dell’imballaggio non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini poiché potenzialmente fonti di
pericolo.
3.3 CAVO D’ALIMENTAZIONE E ALLACCIAMENTO ALLA RETE ELETTRICA
La tensione elettrica deve corrispondere a quella riportata sulla targhetta adesiva posta sul macinacaffè, collegandolo
solamente ad una presa di corrente adeguata.
Il cavo di alimentazione se difettoso non deve essere sostituito dall’utente, rivolgersi esclusivamente ad un Centro
Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato dalla QUICK MILL.
Non tirare il cavo d’alimentazione, o l’apparecchio stesso, per staccare la spina dalla presa della corrente; non toccare
con mani bagnate.
Per evitare surriscaldamenti pericolosi, svolgere per tutta la sua lunghezza il cavo di alimentazione.

5. INSTALLAZIONE
5.1 IMBALLO
Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio originale, in caso di
trasporto futuro si consiglia di conservarlo. L’imballo
originale è adibito solamente a proteggere il macinacaffè
durante il trasporto.
5.2 ALLACCIAMENTO RETE ELETTRICA
Prima di collegare il cavo elettrico del macinacaffè alla
presa di corrente verificare che l’interruttore generale sia
posizionato su “0”.
Per la propria sicurezza e di altre persone
attenersi scrupolosamente al capitolo 3.
5.3 RIEMPIMENTO TRAMOGGIA
Togliere il coperchio 1ed inserire il caffè in grani.
Non mettere il macinacaffè in funzione senza aver
riempito la tramoggia del caffè.
5.4 MESSA IN FUNZIONE
Prima di effettuare la messa in funzione dopo un lungo
periodo di inattività eseguire la pulizia.
• Inserire la spina in una presa di corrente con messa a
terra dopo aver controllato che la tensione di rete sia
uguale con quella indicata sulla targa dei dati di
funzionamento applicata alla macchina.
• Collocare il macinacaffè in un posto riparato da fonti di
calore o spruzzi di acqua e vapore.
• Versare i chicchi di caffè nel recipiente e chiuderlo con il
coperchio.
5.5 MACINATURA DEL CAFFE’
Accendere l’interruttore generale 5, posizionare il
portafiltro in corrispondenza della bocchetta 4, premere
con lo stesso portafiltro il pulsante 6 fino al
raggiungimento della quantità di macinato desiderato.
6. PULIZIA, RIPARAZIONE O
MANUTENZIONE
Prima di procedere alla pulizia, riparazione o
manutenzione del macinacaffè scollegare la spina dalla
presa di corrente.
6.1 RIPARAZIONE E MANUTENZIONE
Non aprire il macinacaffè, in caso guasti che comportano

riparazioni o manutenzioni, rivolgersi esclusivamente ad
un Centro Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato dalla QUICK
MILL. Nel caso di interventi non adeguati la casa
costruttrice declina ogni responsabilità.
6.2 PULIZIA
Prima di procedere alla pulizia togliere sempre la spina
dalla presa di corrente. Togliere il recipiente di caffè in
grani (quando è vuoto) girandolo verso sinistra. Il
recipiente può venir lavato (non in lavastoviglie). Prima di
riapplicarlo comunque deve essere completamente
asciutto. Dalle tre scanalature d’innesto sulla testa del
meccanismo togliere i residui di polvere di caffè. Tolto il
recipiente, possono essere svitati anche la testa del
meccanismo e l’anello graduato, girandolo verso sinistra,
in senso antiorario, per ca 6 giri (Fig. 4). Ora potete pulire
da eventuali resti di macinazione, usando un pennello
pulito ed asciutto, eventualmente anche uno stuzzicadenti
(non usare mai oggetti metallici). Non usare mai acqua per
pulire le parti inerenti al motore.
7. CONSERVAZIONE E SMALTIMENTO
In caso di lunga inattività staccare la spina del macinacaffé
dalla presa di corrente, tenere al riparo dagli agenti
atmosferici (polvere, sporco ecc.) custodendolo in luoghi
sicuri non accessibili ai bambini. Allorché si decida di non
utilizzare più l'elettrodomestico si raccoamnda di renderlo
inoperante tagliandone il cavo d'alimentazione dopo aver
staccato la spina della presa di corrente. Se possibile
custodire il prodotto nel suo imballo preventivamente
conservato.

contact qualified personnel.
1.1 SYMBOLS
The warning triangle identifies all important explanations related to personal safety. Pay attention to these
instructions to prevent accidents!
The number or letter numeric symbols indicate references to illustrations and parts of the machine including
keys, illuminated buttons, etc.
This symbol indicates important information for obtaining the best machine performance.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage in the event of:
• Uses not in compliance with the intended uses; • Alteration of the power supply cord;
• Modification of any machine component; • Use of non-original components or accessories;
• Repairs not made at authorised serviced centres;
This product meets the requirements on labelling established in the WEEE Directive (2002/96/EC). The
symbol on the side indicates that this electric or electronic product must not be disposed of in a container for
household waste. PRODUCT CATEGORY with reference to the types of equipment listed in Annex 1 of the
WEEE Directive, this product falls under category 2 “Small appliances”.

3.1 INTENDED USE
The coffee grinder is only intended for household use.
Other improper uses or technical modifications which can injure people or cause property damage are completely
prohibited.
Position the coffee grinder in safe spot, which is well levelled and not subject to flipping over; do not put sources of heat
or open flames near it or above it which could damage the frame.
Do not leave the coffee grinder where it is subject to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.).
3.2 AUTHORISED USERS
Do not allow the coffee grinder to be used without supervision by children or people who do not know how to use it.
The packaging must be kept out of the reach of children as it is a potential source of danger.
3.3 POWER SUPPLY CORD AND CONNECTION TO THE MAINS
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage on the adhesive plate on the coffee grinder; connect it to an adequate
socket only.
If the power supply cord is detective the user must not replace, but contact a QUICK MILL Authorised Service Centre only.
Do not pull on the power supply cord or the device to unplug it; do not touch it with wet hands.
To prevent dangerous overheating, unwind the entire length of the power supply cord.

5. INSTALLATION
5.1PACKAGING
After removing the original packaging, it advisable to save
it in case the grinder needs to be moved. The original
packaging serves only to protect the coffee grinder during
transport.
5.2 CONNECTION TO THE MAINS
Before connection the coffee grinder cord to a socket make
sure the main switch is on “0”.
Scrupulously follow the instructions in chapter 3 for
your safety and the safety of others.
5.3 FILLING THE HOPPER
Remove cover 1 and insert the coffee beans.
Do not start the coffee grinder without having filled
the hopper.
5.4 STARTING THE GRINDER
Before starting the grinder after a long period of no use,
clean it.
• Put the plug in to socket with earthing after having made
sure that the mains voltage is the same as the one indicated
on the operating data plate applied to the machine.
• Put the coffee grinder in a place away from sources of
heat or sprays of water and steam.
• Pour the coffee beans in the container and close it with
the cover.
5.5 COFFEE GRINDING
Turn on the main switch 5, position the filter holder at the
outlet 4, press button 6 with the filter holder until the
desired amount is round.
6. CLEANING, REPAIRING
OR MAINTENANCE WORK
Before carrying out cleaning, repairing or maintenance
work on the coffee grinder disconnect the plug from the
socket.
6.1 REPAIRING AND MAINTENANCE
Do not open the coffee grinder, in the event of faults which
involve repairs or maintenance, contact a QUICK MILL
authorised Technical Service Centre only. The manufacturer

shall not be held liable for inadequate operations.
6.2 CLEANING
Before carrying out cleaning always disconnect the plug
from the socket. Remove the coffee bean container (when it
is empty) by turning it to the left. The container can be
washed (not in a dishwasher). However, it needs to be
completely dry before refitting it. Remove any residual
coffee powder from the three catch grooves on the head of
the mechanism. Once the container is removed the head of
the mechanism and graduated ring can also be removed,
by turning to the left, anti-clockwise, for around 6 turns
(Fig. 4). Now you can clean any grinding residue, using a
clean dry brush, and possibly a toothpick (never use metal
objects) Never use water to clean any of the parts related
to the motor.
7. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
If the grinder is not going to be used for a long time,
remove the plug from the socket, keep it away from
atmospheric agents (dust, dirt, etc.) storing it in a safe
place out of the reach of children. If you decide not to use
the appliance any longer, it is advisable to make it
unusable by cutting the power supply cord after
unplugging it. If possible store the product in its original
packaging.
