cycle. In th s state the flash ng lamp s off.
Opening The gate s open ng and the flash ng lamp bl nks qu ckly.
Pause Dur ng pause the motor s stopped and the flash ng lamp s on.
After pause t me has exp red (F0) the gate starts clos ng.
Closing The gate s clos ng and the flash ng lamp bl nks slowly.
Stop
opening
The gate has been stopped wh le t was open ng. A new start command beg ns the clos ng phase.
In th s state the flash ng lamp s off.
Stop

The gate has been stopped wh le t was clos ng. A new start command beg ns the open ng phase.
In th s state the flash ng lamp s off.
Types of
Input
There are two types of nput: external and remote control. The external nputs are all dev ces (photocells, normally
closed contacts and normally open contacts) w red to the term nal blocks. Each nput s programmable w th a
funct on. The safety functions match the normally closed contacts. The other funct ons match the normally open
contacts. The safety functions are: stop, internal photocell, external photocell, opening limit switches N.C. and
closing limit switches N.C. The other funct ons are: start, pedestrian start, opening limit switches N.O. and
closing limit switches N.O. The funct ons of term nal block nputs are conf gurable by parameters E1, E2, E3,
E4, E5, E6 and E7.
A remote control nput s programmable as: start, stop, pedestrian start and fast closure start. The remote
controls are conf gurable by parameters r1, r2, r3, r4.
The control board doesn't d st ngu sh between the type of nput but only between the funct ons.
Input Is
activated
An nput s act vated when ts state changes from the standard state. For nstance, a photocell s act vated when
the beam from the transm tter to the rece ver s nterrupted. Wh le a gener c push-button or a remote key s
act vated only when t s pushed down.
All these act ons are recogn zed by the control board wh ch shows these changes on the d splay.
When more nputs are act vated at the same t me the d splay shows only the most mportant nput. The order
from the most mportant to the least mportant nput s: stop 5t, internal and external photocells FH, external
photocells tC , internal photocells tA , start Go, pedestrian start PE, open only oP, close only CL,
Opening and Closing limit switches 1H, Closing limit switch N.C. FC, Opening limit switch N.C. FA, Closing
limit switch N.O. LC, Opening limit switch N.O. LA.
Start
commands
The start commands are: start, pedestrian start, open and fast closure start. They are able to start a work ng
cycle. The funct on of start commands depend on F5 and F6 parameters programm ng.
To know more see F5 and F6 descr pt on.
To know how the fast closure start command works see r4 descr pt on.
To know how the start command works see Standard Working Cycle.
To know how the pedestr an start command works see Pedestrian Working Cycle.
Safety
commands
The safety commands are: stop, internal photocell and external photocell.
The stop commands always stop the gate. Instead the funct ons of photocells depend on F8 parameter
programm ng. To know more see F8 descr pt on.
Standard
working
cycle
A standard working cycle beg ns when an nput programmed as start, open or fast closure s act vated and the
control board s n stand by.
The motor works for a total t me of A1 plus A2 seconds dur ng the open ng and the clos ng. When a standard
work ng cycle s n progress, the pedestrian start commands are cons dered as a start. The working cycle s
f n shed when the control board returns to stand by state. Th s funct onal ty can be handled by parameters
programm ng. The working cycle f n shes when the control board returns to stand by. Th s funct onal ty can be
handled by parameters F0, F5, F6.
