8. Operation
Beforepunching
①Confirmthediesetonmainbodyiswhatyouneed.
MakesurediesetlockisinCLOSEposition.
Getthe③documentsheetreadyinorder.
④Adjustpaperstoptosetsideposition ofpapertoavoid sheetsedgebeen
damaged(seechartsbelow).WehavemarkedthepositionofA4size
paperonpaperflat.

Inthecase ‘Nogood’,Pleasedrawthedisengagementpinoutwhich
correspondingtothebrokenplace.
WhenuseDIE-F35/Y35 DiesettopunchA4sizesheets,therightfirst
disengagementpinshouldbepull outtoavoidbroken.
⑤PushdownandturnMarginWidthadjustertosetmarginwidth,there
are2/4/6/8mm fourclasses(See chartbelow).
⑥Beforepunchinginbatches,useonetestpapertocheckthesidemargin
and marginwidth.
Punchinorder
①Alignthedocumentsheetsand slidingintothepaperentranceagainst
paperstop, pleasedon’tinsertpunchingsheetsonce too muchotherwise
theedgeofpunchedholeswill becoarse.
Pleaseoperateundermachineparameterpermission.
③Pushdownpunchinghandletopunch.
Afterp④unchingfinished, takeoutthepunchedpaper.
Specialsizepaperpunching
①PaperlongerthanA4shouldbepunchedtwice.Thisshouldbeachieved
byadjustingPaperstop,Disengagementpinsand usingtheslotatthesideof
paperentrance.
PapershorterthanA4, thekeypointistoavoidpaperedgebroken,to
pull outsomedisengagementpinscanavoidthisproblembutshoulduse
suitablebindingaccessories.
