1. PURPOSE AND OPERATION METHOD
Digital astronomical controller microBLUE is a modern device, designed for controlling the street lighting.
Controller programming is realized with use of smartphone or tablet from mBLUE application level.
Its basic task is turning on and off of lighting in appropriate relation to sunrise and sunset, including
corrections made by the user. It is also possible to introduce the night breaks and/or activating the
indicated outputs at constant time, specified by the user.
mBLUE is an application for controlling the street lighting. Installed in the smartphone or tablet, allows
for managing the microBLUE controller. With use of mBLUE application it is possible to remotely read
and modify the controller operation parameters, replace firmware when required, and all of it without
opening the cabinet.
2. PROPERTIES AND TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF THE DEVICE
2.1. Properties of the device
• full control and programming with use of smartphone or tablet from mBLUE application level
• simple and intuitive interface of free mBLUE application
• time synchronization according to smartphone or tablet GPS
• Bluetooth 2.0 communication
• access control with use of PIN code
• recording of events
• automatic summer/winter time change
• possibility of programming up to three night breaks or four activations at constant time

• LED on the front panel, signalling states of inputs and outputs, state of wireless connection with
smartphone or tablet, state of power supply
• automatic location of controllers in the application map
• lighting operation time counter (independent for each control output)
• cooperation with twilight switch
• possibility of remote settings and firmware replacement
• possibility of remote programming of fittings with APC- LED system

6. INSTALLATION OF mBLUE APPLICATION
Conditions for installation of mBLUE application:
• Smartphone with operation system Android 4.0 or higher.. Minimum required screen resolution 480
x 800 to display all interface elements correctly.
• Google account added in the smartphone
Google account may be created according to the following instructions:

There are two methods of installing mBLUE application:
1. Start Google Play application in your smartphone, in Search field enter mBLUE
and press find key. Then select mBLUE position. It will display window with the application
description as shown below.
After pressing “Install” the mBLUE icon will appear in the
smartphone or tablet.
Press it to run mBLUE application.

2. Using the link:

or scanning QR code
Using the link or QR code causes direct switching to the application description window. After pressing
“Install” the mBLUE icon will appear in the smartphone or tablet.
Press it to run mBLUE application. Short information appears of how to connect with the controller, as
well as available microBLUE controllers, as shown below.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The manufacturer assures the highest quality of products included in this Warranty Card.
2. The warranty period is 5 years from the sale date.
3. The warranty condition is to deliver the claimed product with intact seal to the service company
with the warranty card and purchase proof.
4. Defects or damages occurring during the warranty period will be removed free of charge during 14
days from delivering the device to the service company.
5. The warranty period is prolonged with time during which the device is unsuitable for use. When
user receives new product instead of the defective one, the warranty period starts from the
beginning. When the product part is replaced, the above principle is valid for that part.
6. The warranty does not include damages resulting from:
• incorrect connection,
• short-circuits in controlled circuits,
• lightning,
• mechanical damages and resulting defects,
• using the device in contrary to the operation manual
7. To all matters not settled herein provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
